I couldn't even reach the hotel to rate its room and service. The location is very bad, with no road. I took a taxi and waited in traffic for half an hour, but I still wasn't able to get there. People with luggage can't even get to the front of the hotel. OYO! should take care of these things too. I booked the hotel because I trusted OYO!, but now I have uninstalled the app. Thank you for your help, OYO! Thank you very much.

The person cancelled our Agoda booking, saying that No rooms available, but the rooms are being given in cash , they trap the Guest who books online, when you arrive to place they says that they haven't recived the congoo of booking, they are liar, I have raised complaint to Agoda regarding that, it was midnight. Worst hotel ever seen.

Recently (4 Days before)We have stayed here. Sharing a true and honest feedback regarding hotel, read this before booking. People from India and outside Indian, for all of you, read this before checking in. Cons: 1) Pathetic Services # You repeatedly call them for basic need - Water #Tap in bathroom- not working, after calling for service, they came after 15 min, check and go, came after 10min , do something, but even at night same failure. # Most Pathetic- behavior of Reception people- mannerless . 2 /3 people are there , but not proper greeting usually do in hotel reception. At the time of entry in register and payment, they will will show so caring , but after that they started Pathetic services , commenting at your behind and laugh- when you complete entry and leave for room checking. 2) TV not working-when we called for services, came and checked and said not possible to correct it. You have to check earlier before checking. 3) AC room - but not working. They will say under maintenance 4) Amenities of hotel. 5) Crowded road, no proper place of car parking. Only Pros: 1) Location near CST 2) Spacious Room Note : Don't book this hotel through any third party like GoIbibo, MakeMyTrip, Oyo, etc. They will always deny it.

Scam scam scam alert. We were humiliated and got scammed by the hotel. No respect at all for the customers. We paid all the money in advance and they didn't let us check-in. Money scammed and no refund processed. Very bad area and untrustworthy place. We felt very unsafe with the place. Don't book this hotel. We do not know their local language and were mocked. Very filthy attitude and at last we were forced to leave to go to another hotel at 10 PM as we felt unsafe. And no refund was processed for us. Very very bad experience.

Worst rooms - AC not working, room paint all like 10 years plus (paint cracks on walls), no dental kit, bathroom tap buttons damaged, no hot water. Worst service, No manners & ethics by staff especially Manager Mohammed and house keeping boy Inayat. Don't recommend your enemy also to this C grade hotel.

Worst service. We had our booking done before hand with advance payment, on arrival they told us to pay full amount considering as their so called policy.After which, they told that they didn't had any vacant room so we need to shift to another hotel room and return back in the morning. The next morning we went there, so they told us to stay in the other hotel giving some lame excuse. After 1 & 1/2 day, the hotel in which we were staying told us to leave the room as they had bookings of that particular room and sent us back to hotel Park Palace. Reaching there with our luggage, the manager told us that they had no empty room to offer us and therefore they would send us to another hotel nearby.Like we've booked this hotel, but ain't able to stay there, and sent here and there. The owner and the manager has no respect to talk with female and the guest. Instead of accepting their mistakes they're suggesting us multiple options and telling us what we should do. I request anyone thinking to stay at this rubbish and unprofessional hotel, please don't do that🙏

One of the worst stay so far staff is so rude and rooms are so worst tv not working phone not working all taps in the bathroom are not properly fitted they dont even give water bottle. These pests were not confined to the common areas but were also present in the rooms, including mine. It was distressing and completely unacceptable to encounter such unhygienic conditions throughout the premises. To exacerbate matters, there was no room service available. I was astounded to discover that the hotel failed to provide basic amenities such as food. Even worse, they had the audacity to charge exorbitant prices for water, an essential and often complimentary item in reputable establishments. This lack of services and the blatant money-grabbing tactics left me feeling frustrated and deceived. The overall hygiene of the hotel was deplorable. The stench permeating the air was unbearable, making it difficult to spend any significant time in the hotel. The uncleanliness and lack of proper maintenance contributed to an atmosphere that was both unpleasant and unsanitary. Furthermore, the TV in my room was non-functional. After a long day, I had hoped to relax and unwind, only to be met with a malfunctioning device. It was just one more disappointing aspect of my stay at this dismal hotel. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Hotel park palace to think twice. The lack of windows in both the room and the bathroom resulted in excessive humidity, causing an unpleasant stench that permeated the entire space. To make matters worse, a mouse had somehow infiltrated the room, leaving behind its droppings on the bed, pillow, and blanket. The presence of cockroaches added to my discomfort, as they scurried around freely, even crawling on me while I attempted to sleep. Shockingly, there was no room service available, and the hotel failed to provide any food options, leaving guests in a precarious situation. To add insult to injury, the hotel even charged for something as basic as water, which was unacceptable. The cleanliness of the mirrors in both the room and bathroom was subpar, further contributing to the overall disappointment. Regrettably, this hotel lacked a free cancellation policy, making it a complete waste of money. I strongly caution against choosing this establishment for any future stays. Furthermore, the television in the room was completely non-functional due to disorganized cables and the absence of a setup box. This lack of attention to detail and maintenance only added to the growing list of grievances during my stay.

TOTAL SCAM!!! Before I check in, I asked about the room’s hygiene, and the receptionist said its very comfortable and hygienic but I got the worst room in there. The bathroom was very dirty before I got checkin, The floors are all dusty even in my room and in the hallway too. The bed was not organised well. The receptionist was very rude to me when I questioned about the cleanliness in the hotel, he didn’t even care about the consideration about his customers. If anyone want to select this 3 star hotel and local lodge, go for lodge because atleast in local lodge people we will get better sleep. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL. ITS TOTAL SCAM!!!

One of the worst hotels in the city. Room with cobwebs and had a foul odor. Worst bathroom, not fully clean, with a foul odor. I asked the staff to clean. He went on to say "yaha pe aisa hi rehta log paan khake thukte hai woh clean nai hota" . And hotel rooms are available on the 7th floor, which has only one lift. I had a tricky scenario while checking out my room. When I got out of my room with my bags, I noticed that the lift was not serviceable. Then I decided to go in steps. When I opened the emergency door which is the way to stairs, I was surprised to see the steps littered with debris and a foul odor. I covered my nose and began walking up the stairs, and when I reached the second floor, I realized there was no way down because it was blocked with all destroyed goods such as cupboards and sofas. I eventually crossed it by hopping on it. and made it to the ground floor. It was a truly dreadful experience. If you book this accommodation, please think twice. I recommend that you do not book this hotel. Pay a little more and look into other hotels.

If only I could give this Oyo a negative five! 1. They denied my stay claiming that the price I paid was too less. 2. They demanded extra money from me at the reception. 3. They provided me with a congested room where I could barely stand, forget walking. 4. The guy at the reception was extremely rude and mannerless. He had no respect in his speech. Oyo's customer care wasn't helpful as well. They denied shifting me to another hotel, so I had to pay extra to not go homeless. Final word: This Oyo takes advantage of people's helplessness. Not recommended.

Hotel park place and OYO I did the booking for this place and when u arrived at Hotel park place the receptionist refused to give me a room saying they don’t have a room for 3 people and told me to contact OYO ! Slum location, rooms are low class, if you are lucky you you will get to see dead cockroach in the drawer, and bathroom smells like rotten garbage, There is no hot water, no shampoo, no conditioner, rooms are horrible and small Not worth it for money, There is no drinking water as well Behaviour of staff is not professional

Park Palace Hotel Khadak Mumbai. Cheating passengers by charging extra. For room booked by saying premium rooms. Foul mouth staff, giving bad words. 99% of Hotels in Md Ali Road B ward are without licenses.

Rooms was Small but neat and clean but the location is not so good , Service is also not upto the mark.

They said that of tv fridge and breakfast but there is only wire for tv no tv was present. No fridge and no break fast or dinner were served . Very bad behaviour from the service people there

Its completely opposite to the pics sbeing shown anywhere on net. Poorest location- every cab driver denied entering the overcrowded street and dropped us on main road. Too conjusted and unhygenic place. Rooms are small, with almost no service.
