Really pathetic builder. Please don't ever buy from HDIL. So basically, they handed over possession of HDIL project 2-3 years after the actual date. This was also after a lot of fight and meeting and cases. They also too additional money before handing over the flats, saying that if you don't pay, we will cancel your flat. After this, the builder being the cheat he is, has kept a transfer fee of 2000-2500 per Sq ft. So even though you have the possession of the flat, you cannot sell it because the builder just wants to make money from you no matter what. Really disgusting people. Big cheaters.
