There are no washrooms for visitors. Such a disgusting attitude of the facility management. I went accompanying my son for interview. I was waiting in the main lobby and there is no proper washrooms for visitors. They showed a temporary room in the basement which is used by car drivers. Even that is bad for car drivers. They have to improve the facility standards

As you can see in pictures there's one lift man per 4 busy lifts. He takes request for floor number so the passengers won't have to touch any surfaces. In light of pandemic, they have took these unique measures to prevent the propagation of virus. Also note they don't allow outsiders park inside the premises without an email.

The building is good but the inside is not at all maintained. Except for lobby area, I think they don't care to maintain anything. Poorly lit almost always in hallways. It does have ample amount of parking so no issue with that. ICICI Bank Lobby on ground floor have you covered when you need to withdraw cash. Tea Post in lobby area is where you can get quality food and beverages.

There's No Parking facility inside premises for visitors, too much waste of time for finding valid parking for vehicles at outside area.

Third class management regarding parking. Despite of lot of space for parking only car parking is allowed, motorcycles are not allowed to be parked inside the premises. And outside the premises RTO department is taking actions against parked motorcycles. Genuine problem for motorcyclists. Why such discrimination with bike rider??? Did this mean visitors who are coming by car is valueable for the management.

Worst it park..... Connectivity is so bad there.... No public node of transport is easily available there... And it's worst at night.... Also they r still under construction.... They also don't have ample of parking space

The Ashar IT park is commercial building located in Thane West, Waghle Estate, Jayshree Road. This is a hub for many companies like Teleperformance, IDFC Bank process, Shaadi.com, ICICI Bank process, etc. Visitors are only allowed with a valid reason and have to carry a personal ID card. Also, one should be completely vaccinated with both the doses.

I visited this place last week.. There are a lot of business companies inside meas MNC. There is a call centre, BPO process. The atmosphere is good inside and outside. Park in is available. Canteen food is also good. Cleaning is excellent inside the building.

I am working in Ashar IT park, front security taking money to get a vehicle park inside ... when I asked the reason then all security argued with me and said "Hamara Man Hum Jo kare".. worst part

It does not have basic cellphone network coverage when you go to park your vehicle at ground 0 level.

A commercial building with many BPOs n the Income tax office located in it. Decent crowd and the cafeteria in the ground floor is bearable. The wierd rule the cafeteria management follows is you cannot shift chairs, no matter how big the crowd is. If it's a crowd bigger than 6, the rest have to take a different table and the sad part is no matter it's your first day there, they will tell you like you broke a law and ran away with their daughter. In short very curt. The lifts are a slight mess. The washrooms what I found were not upto the mark. The security is great. All in all, a decent place to work which can be alot greater.

Worst place i have ever seen. BPO is just a hell of sheet in regarding career. No scope there don't waste your time.better u opened your any lil business by yourself. U can achieve more money seeking tea biscuits rather than going their. No improvement in incentive it's take a long stay to get 1k or 2k + incentives.Create your own path rather than going with others path.

It's located in thane west it's a business park, you can get auto from station which cost around 20rs and by bus cost 13rs per person.

They need to maintain it properly. It doesn't look like IT park. Water leaking during mansoon in parking areas. Vehicles are not managed well by security gard.

The route from Thane station to Ashar IT park most of the times have traffic and includes 3-4 signals. Around the building there are many food stalls which are very affordable too.

Best place to work multiple fast food joints in basement. Nearby upvan and Pokhran road Sharing rickshaw easily available from Thane station
