Please be careful before investing in Man Reality Project. They will not give possession for at least 8/10 years. Man Opus project @ Mira Road launch in 2010 still no confirm date of possession after paying 95% payment in May 2015

Arrogant sales staff. I had bad experience yeatsrday. They invite you for deal and then insult you. I will not recommend anyone to visit there unless you want to get humiliated yourself.

Located on GB road.. Touched to service road... Good location.. However project is Long pending.. Work in progress... But still need to look out for actual possession time

Was invited for a site visit wherein I was stated that they are open for a good negotiation... but the closing manager turned out to be rude during the meet to the extent that he was not ready to have a patient hearing and stated that if I am not ready to listen to him, then I better leave ... Just pondering if this is the state of affairs before booking, how would he treat post making the booking amount ... Sales personnel was much more understanding ...

I am so in love with One Park Avenue that i had to write this review 2nd time. Booking a home at One Park Avenue, Thane (W) by Man Realty is the perfect decision as the quality of the apartments is best and amenities offered at affordable price is a best deal for homebuyers like us.

Sales person don't have manners, they committee and then they don't stick to the words, its all fake, they say one thing and then keep on changing the terms and conditions, never deal with them. Worst project in thane.

2bhk 559sq ft was quoted at 1.3cr excluding parking, while I agree he is a premium builder I feel it's too expensive

Still no possession since so many years, pls inquire befor booking thoroughly

One Park Avenue is a very good project with modern amenities and is surrounded by greenery from both sides of the project.

Good construction with reasonable prices of the flats . 1bhk ,2bhk, 3bhk flats .Large spacious area . Feels close to nature .

Overall good but with amenities will be ready in 2023, single 1 tower Wil b ready in 2021 and rest in 2023 so til then 2 towers Wil come the other one will look dull
