Even government declared that if shop owner or mall owner charges for carry bag they enetitle 10k fine .....customer should strivly bann relience ...or should stop shopping from relience

A good place to buy electronic items like laptop, computer, mobile, tv, etc. I found the price a bit higher than what you can find online. Also, there are no schemes and attempt by the staff to attract the buyers with some schemes. I think if one visits Reliance Digital during some festival season things will be different. Anyway they have lost one potential customer when I visited last time. I had to ultimately buy online and get a much better deal saving more than Rs 4000/-.

The reliance Mart was not very organised and properly stocked. Many items were in the wrong places. Many items were out of stock or the shelves empty.

Good place for retail buying, though it is not the same pre-covid times. Being in same building having Reliance Smart, Reliance digital is added plus.

What I liked: Rs.500 off I received while buying my footwear! What I disliked: The washroom stinked and the dustbin was overflowing with waste which was not taken care of!

Well, yesterday my experience was not 100% satisfactory! It's a pretty decent mall with almost everything under one roof. But they had very limited stock in children's footwear. Apart from that, everything else was excellent. We bought a few things and played VR games too. That ended the visit on a positive note. Thank you.

While entering Mall, face checking vaccinations I'd, separate sections for various items. Reasonable rates. Attractive offers viz. Buy one get one free or if the bill amount exceeds ₹ 1500/- then additional gift such as 1 kg sugar or flour free. According to me seeing various goods, temptations arise in mind & buyers purchase so many unwanted items. If somebody has idle balance in his/her pockets or purse then spend here as you wish. Credit/Debit cards accepted here. Road facing entrance is easy for carrying trolley towards vehicle.

I liked the place as the name suggest there was Reliance digital, Reliance trends, Reliance Footprints stores. Besides there was some clothing brands and toy store. Shopping was fun and pleasant. Situated opp shimpoli road easy to go and parking and other facilities available. Go with family and friends to enjoy shopping also there is some good food joints as well as you can enjoy some great street food.

Reliance Mall is good mall with all reliance store viz R Ditita, R Trends, R Mart etc etc.. No Hotels or food court inside.. outside thy r many stalls and options.

The reliance trends is biggest joke in terms of customer service.. the staff is rude, painfully slow and they have only 2-3 counters running for upper and lower floor … and the return process is the most frustratingly convoluted experience that I have had … first of all there are no signs or any written instructions anywhere about the returns procedure and the staff make it incredibly difficult for you … they only accept returns on Saturday and Sunday between 11-5 qnd they make you wait and then walk back to get a gate pass when they could have simplified the process… the staff only chat among themselves and don’t care muaah about the Customer… the manager there Sagar has no control and seems to lack the experience and the will to control situations and make things better for the customer

They are following mall policy rn. Only doubly vaccinated people are allowed to enter the mall which is a very good thing. The traffic is decent enough in the mall.

Best place to get different kind of cloths, inclusive of cloths in trend for various age group at affordable prices. Also they have many offers on certain clothes. F.Y.I - They have a Mart at the same place so you can buy your grocery and shop at the same place .

I took the hitachi aircondition from Reliance Digital store on 17th July 2019, after only one service, I did not get the service. If there was a lockdawn then the service should have been extended. In short no electronic things should be purchase from Reliance dijital..

Wide collection. You will get everything needed. Fully vaccinated who have completed 15 days thereafter are only allowed. Still they are providing help if not vaccinated or partially vaccinated and you are carrying list, they will get the goods for you.

It's mall predominantly for purchasing of clothes and footwear. Also , it houses Reliance digital and grocery outlet. It has its own parking facility but you can get open Parking across the road

Parking in the Street takes away one star, else Reliance has nicely tucked all consumer products in this exclusive Reliance Mall right from basement to 2 floors. Basement is exclusively for electronic items mostly refrigerator, home theatre washing Machine etc, ground floor houses TV, mobile etc and the Grocery section, first floor and second floor has the clothes trends outlet and furniture and home appliances. Almost everything available and almost everytime I went there was some sale or offer going on.

Average reliance Mall with reliance digital, reliance trends, smartbazaar and a newly added furniture bazaar. There is also a seven11 store at the enterance, but the street food just outside the mall is far better🙂

very spacious shopping center, spread on 2 floors, every time you visit you will see some changes in counters. now grocery is shifted on second floor under brand name of smart bazar, previously it was in basement area. products you have to search everything, not organized. hence we don't get desired products, if you ask supporting staff they simply say stock out hai.

Can say,if ty had more Verity in different size n different types of latest more outfeet then ppl can buy at one place at a one time.but looking less stocks.sales person is v.helpfull .

Space is small compare to no of visitiors , though every product segments are separated with Electronics on left side at Ground floor while ladies dress section on right side of ground floor , BUILDING is ground plus two , while on second floor is for Grocery, fruits vegetables , day to day use home kitchen item . They need to expedite speedy payment process as there is always que as payment section is conjested, need to improve arrangement.

We bought shoes. Within 2 months shoes got torn. There is no replacement no guarantee no warranty. Do not buy Security personnel are also not good and trained. Though they have sensor to check they touch all pockets front and back and body. Think twice to visit if same is going on

It is a very good super market fulfilling all our daily needs at low prices. Staff is also veth good, friendly, supportive. And I have a very good additional review regarding the washroom facilities. Very clean and hygiene and easily accessible. I simply loved it.

All are requested to check their bill at the time of payment. Display one price at the counter and bill the other amount while billing. After solving the issue, they don't refund the amount, even if you have paid in cash then also they issue a card., But do not give credit in the card. While checking with officials they take their time to solve the issue. We have pledged not to visit again at reliance Mall.

My kid like this mall because of virtual reality gaming. Average mall otherwise but good street food option just outside the mall. Well the latest news is that they have closed the gaming section so now this mall os of less utility to me. I am rating it 3 star now.

It's in borivali west.2 floor mall. Electronics, clothing, groceries and many other things available. Festival time have many offers.

Location is perfect,very close to the station. Variety depends and is seasonal. Best time of the year according to me is close to August near independence day, ganesh chaturthi and diwali.

Well you can see that reliance is taking over everything in India....you'd then expect their stores, malls etc to have the best services? But no....that is not the case. The mall is just so average. The toilets are dirty, they don't even have toilet paper for someone who can easily afford to keep their malls A1 it's is a 3rd class one instead. Offers and clothes are decent buy, grocery store is ok too but you don't get everything you would like to have. So another disappointment.

I get 20-30% saving in each food or grocery item that i buy. What more can i ask for?. Also i can use my sodexo card at this place. Which is a plus point.
