PVR is one of the best theaters in Mumbai. The ambience is beautiful & very pleasant. Food canteen is also hygenic & nice. Washrooms are nice & clean with big mirrors. No stinky washrooms. Sound & picture quality is excellent. Amazing cinematic experience. Seats are very comfortable with enough space for legs. Big screen & big spacious theater. Ticket prices are quite high but you can go for morning shows if you don't want to spend much. Overall you will get a very nice experience by watching movies here. Gives value for money. However, that's all there is to the mall. There is Dunkin donuts outside and inside there are mostly empty and closed stores. Very close to this mall is Infiniti mall and it's lot better. The Citi Mall on Link Road Andheri is not a regular mall housing large brands or typical food courts. It comprises a cluster of small shops catering to the commercial/ retail needs. Located close to the more famous Infinity mall, the place however has a multiplex theater in the same complex , which is well patronized. One could easily spend hours window shopping at its various small shops and often land a good bargain. Found a few shops closed as well. Not as popular as the adjacent Infinity for sure

It's a very ok kind of mall. More for offices that anything else. It has PVR cinema attached to it but the entry is different. Please note this mall does not have a food court. Infinity Mall next to it is a better option

Citi Mall is located on Link Road, close to Lokhandwala complex. I have recently visited the place, which is now just a PVR cinema hall. The PVR itself is of a very high standard and definitely is well maintained. The biggest complaint about the place is that entrance to the basement parking is a tad bit narrow and steep, and it is commercial Complex, which is why I don't like it too much...!!!

Mainly known for the PVR cinemas. Great facility with high quality ambience and facilities like drinking water and washrooms. The place would do even better when the entire mall is rennovated and invested in to provide returns like the PVR.

We went to the Citi mall and watched a movie in pvr and the whole experience was amazing

The mall isn't really a mall!! They hardly have any good shops! Only good thing about the mall is the PVR which has relatively cheaper tickets than the pvr's around. Pay and Park is available. There is a bus stop right outside.

It’s a very regular mall and there is nothing special in it. Most people visit here for movie theatre which is good - PVR. There is ample parking.

The mall doesn't really stand out much considering the location its present in. The only noteworthy places to visit in the entire mall would be Cafe and Carters restaurant on ground floor and PVR cinemas. Otherwise there's not much the mall has to offer. Also the inside of mall is home to some commercial firms however moreover looks like some shady place to visit specially when exiting from movie theater which makes you wonder where exactly have I landed after the movie as its completely opposite of the interior you noticed when u entered through theater's entrance.

It's really run down now. Obnoxious parking policies. It's way past it's hay days, no where close to the other malls or multiplexes in it's whereabouts. No great reason to visit it any longer.

Good theatre but most of the people prefer infiniti mall over this. As both the malls are very nearby, people usually go to the infiniti mall. There are some good shops though.

One of the best Cinemas in this side of town. Very god projection and sound. Nicely maintained halls, washrooms and lounges. They also have a special lounge for special events. Food stuffs however is exorbitantly priced. Those priced less are too little in quantity. Parking is easy and location is on road - very easy to locate. And ya, don't worry if you're late by a few minutes, they are usually late too. And with lots of ads before the show you get ample of time to settle down. :)

My always a first option for a movie. I like watching movies here. Very comfortable seats. Washroom is really good 100% hygienic . Service is really good. Cafeteria is very nice. Interiors are just awesome. You get good stuff to eat. The only thing bothers me is the price of popcorn and all, bit expensive.

It's an okaish place. I've never visited the shops inside for shopping, but the turf on the roof is very nice. Plus Carter's Blue is an amazing place to dine.

Dont know about the mall, as i only went for the PVR, the PVR here is okay ,small. Also the entrace to the hall is from between so of you take the seats neat the stairs of the entrance you will definitely get disturbed a number of times.

Compared to it's peers like Inorbit and Infiniti malls in Malad, the look and upkeep of this mall needs to be better. Also the ground staff security guards are clueless about where to exactly park your 4 wheelers.

Watched a movie here. They got recliners here. Washrooms are well maintained. The place outside to lounge while waiting is spacious especially a section which has pretty cool wall made up of dialogues from different movies. Red sofas are placed elsewhere. U have food to grab other than popcorn.

This is one of the oldest mall in Andheri West Mumbai, I had visited for watching movie and the screen is of very high quality and sound system is also very good. During the interval, we had sweet corn and also opted for popcorn. Sweet corn was excellent but popcorn was full of salt, we were unable to eat popcorn due to heavy salt amount. I saw people washing their fingers salt after the movie and it was hard task to remove. If you are also planning for the same, then you can ask them to reduce the salt amount.

For first time visitors, don't get carried away with the reference of Mall in this address , except for the PVR cinema nothing much is functioning here . Rating is only for the well maintained cinema multiplex.

Used to be a premium outlet in mumbai at some point of time in early 2000's but now only hosts a PVR & some random shady shops inside and 2-3 small food joints on ground floor. Parking is expensive and it is annoying to understand they charge 50/- for two wheeler parking.

Citi Mall will have to be rated on two distinct levels: a movie theatre and a mall. As a movie theatre it is one of the best in the vicinity with good seating arrangement, lighting, sound and hygiene. The best about it is that it has a seperate entry & exit independent from the mall, making the theatre easily accessible, in comparison to other multiplexes where you have to pass through the mall to reach the theatre. Rating for the movie theatre would be 4.5 As a mall it is totally opposite. It is the oldest mall in that area. However, it just looks like a couple of shops grouped together. It doesn't look like a Mall; it doesn't have that glitz and glamour of a mall and is in urgent need of an upgrade. Rating for the mall would be just 2.

I have visited turf for our corporate matches. Well maintained turf. Lifts working. Washrooms clean. Place for keeping your food tables are available at turf. Parking available but at very high cost. Metro station is very close. Prefer going by metro.

It's one of the most under rated malls in Andheri West. But one should visit it. There are different shops offering a variety of useful and trendy products. And the highlight is that they have PVR inside the mall. Do visit once.

Citi mall it's not the actual mall where you get more retail shop for shopping here you get most of brokers office who deals in Rental, resale property deal in residential & commercial both some merchandise shop also available inside the mall, some jewellery shop, production house, stationary shop, CA office, tattoo artist but maximum you will get brokers offices inside the mall also pvr theater are available where you watch the latest movie which is outside in ground floor.

This mall used to be Good before COVID Lockdown but now it's just converted as Godown for companies and Small office spaces. Only benefit for people to come here is The PVR ECX movie theatre.

Everything is fine but the inside of the cinema hall needs to have some good fragrance. It has very weird and bad smell. Adding a fragrance will have good ambiance as people need to sit and watch a whole movie for 2 3 hours so i think its essential.

The mall looks so old and they charge 40 rupees for bile parking. Which was the highest i ever paid for parking in a mall. Washrooms looks shady. It was unclean and dark. Only for PVR. Tickets are lowest at this mall. I think the mall is surviving because of PVR. The PVR tickets are cheap compared to other PVRs tickets. But the parking is luxury in this mall.

There are different shops for clothes, jewellery, and other items. Some shops are closed. I had gone to the PVR Audi to see a movie. There are 5 Audi's and stalls for food and beverages and popcorn.

It was a pleasant experience. Going to theatre to watch a movie is refreshing and enjoyable never to go alone always with your gang or family.

Just visited for a movie. Just like any other shopping destination. Didn't enter the mall directly bcz the cina has seperate entrance exit. So.... Movie area has a separate spacious cabin for if someone needs to finish some task, make calls or attend a meeting or just sit & chill with tea or coffee in their hands before proceeding for their next agenda.

Once a prime booming mall, now turned to offices of small medium enterprises or advocates CA etc Toilets are being maintained by an old man who is doing an excellent job but he is ignored like the guy in movie Munnabhai MBBS as no renovation since mall built. All the shops are closed at 11:40 am on a weekday. This place is old and tired. No point to come here. Cinema in same building is running but the mall is empty and 95% shops are closed

The mall’s mostly known to the wider public for its theatre. It’s a good one with respectable sound and video quality despite not being IMAX or Dolby certified. Been to the turf a couple of times; it’s reasonable for the fee and is well maintained. A couple of food joints are around too but well, the theatre’s food is sumptuous enough.

Citi Mall was a major disappointment during my recent visit. The overall experience left much to be desired. The mall appeared run-down and poorly maintained. The cleanliness was subpar, with litter and dust in many areas. It gave off an impression of neglect. Shopping at Citi Mall was also frustrating. Many of the stores seemed outdated, and the variety of brands and products was limited. Customer service was lacking, with uninterested and unhelpful staff. Prices in some stores were surprisingly high given the mall's lackluster offerings. The dining options at Citi Mall didn't fare much better. The food court had a limited selection, and the quality of the food was disappointing. Additionally, the seating areas were uncomfortable and not well-maintained. Parking was another headache, with a shortage of spaces and a disorganized system that made it difficult to find a spot. The overall ambiance was uninviting and did not create a pleasant shopping or dining atmosphere. In summary, Citi Mall fell far short of expectations. Its lack of maintenance, poor shopping options, unimpressive dining choices, and parking hassles make it an establishment I would recommend avoiding.

The mall is pretty silent and only has PVR. Rest everything is a banjar zameen. Citi mall == PVR easily. There's just recently this new thing opened on grand and that is Cartels Blue restro. But overall it's a classic place for a PVR experience. Never disappointing. Ample of parking space and management.
