Had a terrible experience with Home Centre. I bought a chair from Homecentre, they delivered a defective chair. I have asked for replacement. I have called the customer care so many times but no response came. Once they came to replace the chair, that too was defective one leg was smaller than the others, it wasn't balancing. Its been over a month after delivery of the defective chair. I also went to the store to complain. They didn't give any efforts to that or find out the problem in their system. Home centre has all shiny items but after sale service is pathetic. The system is still not updated. Customer care helpline is even worse. And their standard answer for every query is, " we will get back to you soon". That soon never comes! So if you want to pay for a piece of furniture and never want it delivered or want a part delivery, then go ahead choose home centre! To say Home Centre is such a big chain and provides class facilities, I was way let down with my first buy from them. They too provide fake products in the name of their brand and then let the customer suffer with it! Don't ever buy any product from Home Centre. Their products are of cheap quality especially their furniture. Absolutely ridiculous set of customer service and they don’t even bother to refund money on time. Their call centre executives are even worst. They keep you on hold and don’t transfer call. Never buy any furniture from them. If choice was available I would have rated them negative. Horrible experience all around.

Home centre, literally a huge store for home furniture and decor. Keep at least two hours in hand if you want to explore it. They have huge collection of readymade bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen with price tags attached to every single piece. You can see crockery, decor items like vessels and flowers etc. Staff is less but service is polite and prompt. It occupies huge space and has big logo hence easy to notice. I recommend this gallery if you are looking for elite and quality items for your home and you are ready to spend little extra for it.

Located in Viviana mall this is one of largest stores with variety of home decor items and furniture. You can get all type of furniture's like sofas recliners dinning tables tv units etc, kitchen items likes dinner sets spoons jars pans etc and items for washroom basically everything used in household. They have setup living room and bedroom models according to budget which helps in giving idea how the showpiece or decor item will look and also gives ideas to decorate your houses. Just be careful while shopping don't break or damage this as they charge for same Billing counters are also not crowded like other shopping stores and staff is polite as well.

I purchased all furniture from Home centre (recliners, Dining table, dining chair, other chairs, bed, tables) worth 4.48 Lacs. They gave me dining table with defect in color (white table but looks yellow) all other items from same set looks white. It is looking odd in house. We requested them many times to change the table or just top of the table and give us the matching one but they refused to change the product. They sent someone to inspect the same, he checked the product and said that there is difference in the color, it will get replaced, but today I again got call from home centre saying we can not replace it. Even the madam on the call said that its natural stone where as the table is made of Tempered Glass. What an excuse to fool customer. Cost of the table is Rs. 40850/- and not its useless for me. attaching the pictures of the table I am highly disappointed with home centre and their team. Would not recommend them to anyone as they don't have value for customers money. The policy if not user friendly at all. Never expected this kind of service from such a big brand.

Had a stressful experience after purchasing costly recliners 3+2 from Home Centre, Viviana mall, Thane. For a family party these recliners were purchased and had to then remove our old couch. On multiple committed dates they failed to give us delivery even after constant assurances. After getting delivery within a year the outer surface of these recliners started pealing off. We have to thrice a day clean our house as these small particles are all over the house and also causing health hazards. Purchasing these recliners from Home Centre is not only waste of hard earned money but also a breach of trust as assurance were given on quality and service. Please be careful while falling into their discount and quality assurance sham. We have Filed a case in Hon'ble Consumer Court to get justice as Home Centre choose to ignore our grievances and keep up to their standards as claimed by them. Beware! Please Confirm with them about their after sales service as they refused to provide us the same.

We had purchased almost all the furniture for our new house from home centre in the year 2019. Out of which the modular kitchen was worth rs 200000 and all of a sudden one day my whole crokery unit fell down along with all the crokery it was such a huge loss for us after we contacted for the replacement or refixing the unit they asked us to pay a high amount of 10000. Now that we want to sale off the sofa purchased from home centre we are not able to even get rid of it in scrap. Such bad products.. very upset 😡

This shop is located inside the Viviana mall, Thane west. The store is mainly for house hold appliances and furniture. The products are costly but you can have it on reasonable price during sale or offers. Good store you can visit and explore the options in your loved home.. . .

Good place for all your home decor and furniture needs. Lots of options on readymade furniture and furnishings. They have a very good collection of show pieces , cutlery, paintings, etc. Presently they have good offers going on. We purchased some good show pieces ar very reasonable rates. Staff was also very cooperative.

Maybe since it was weekday everyone was in the chill mode. With the upcoming festive season, lots of stuff added. However the display was not that great. The garden/Indoor plant section has lot of variety and at good price.

This place takes you to a fairy tale dreams of fancy houses. Right from comfortable sofas, beds to side tables, Everything is very classy. It's kind of everything related a home under one roof. All branded cutlery sets, bed linens, towels are there with choices to spoil you. The kitchen modules are as real as to believe in the imagination. Cups and lamps and frames, including artificial flowers are too many options in case of gifting purpose.

Best place to buy furnitures, kitchen stuff, decoration stuff during discount time. My big liking was for those Water fountain Buddha, Ganesha, did buy those frequently of different sizes.

Very unsatisfactory and unprofessional experience. Visited the place on Sunday evening. The place was very full. First observation was staff was not even moderately following the Covid Protocol and majority found without masks. The place was full with customers stranded in really long queues as seen in the photo. 2 of the 4 billing stations were unattended or broken down or no reason. Made the customers wait un queue for upto 30 to 45 minutes just to check out maybe one item. Upon approaching the floor and store Manager Mr. Fazeel, with no remorse or courtesy, he replied us with a link to lodge a complaint like a government office. This was a shocker given that the place is owned "LIFESTYLE" who is a Giant in this business. Manager, did not even tell any reason as to why the billing stations were shut down and unattended even on a Sunday. Won't visit the place again.

I think the best time to do shopping from home centre is during sale only as other time hardly any discount is available on Curtains/bed sheets/pillows etc. There are limited billing counters. But it is very well organized and feels wonderful once you get inside this store. Too many options are available for household furniture.

Lots of variety but the layout seems to be congested. You will not be able to find things. Most of the time they will give the things that is on display. I purchased shower gel box and pumped broke the very next day. They did exchanged that but then me buying costlier thing would be risky then.

Had a pathetic experience. Went there to buy 2 bedroom sets. Went around the store with their staff Mr Safi. Selected one and was told that queen size bed is not available. The next one was damaged and only piece available. Was told that they will fix and send it over. God knows what they think about the customer. Every minute they rush to get a calculator or to check the inventory. My one hour wasted completely.

Visited this place at Viviana mall couple of weeks back for some purchase. I am overall happy with my shopping experience. I was able to choose the items that I wished to. The collection was fair enough and the quality was good too friendly behaviour from the staffs.

Very poor service, purchased furnitures on March 2020 before lockdown but until now furnitures delivery is not received.

I had visited Viviana mall home centre on 14 mar 2020 and purchased few antique. Two set of my antique mirror were not in stock. They confirmed that antique is in stock at warehouse. I paid full payment. Now since lockdown there is no response. Also today when I called service centre they said store is open now. I visited and got to know it is still close. Disgusting service.

The furniture looks great..but a closer inspection reveals cheap construction. Nothing that will last you over 2-3 years. The kitchenware is a bit better. The home decor stuff looks great... So works great.

Had a nice experience shopping at this store. Salesmen have good understanding of product they shelve. Price is reasonable with quick billing and delivery. Only thing they should think of better/stronger delivery bags..paper bags don't help with heavy items.
