Don't go there as outlet is out of stock and selling leftovers only. At one time, it used to be my favourite place for shopping. Now if you visit, you will be wasting your time. Also, they don't have any great offers.

It's a good place to shop if you have loads of patience and don't mind getting disappointed sometimes. The prices are okay but their collection lacks variety. Exchange offers are the worst time to visit this shop as the clothes in offer are really not up to the mark during these times. The staff and place are decent. The location is very convenient.

This is one of the more popular outlets of Brand Factory in the city. A large variety and number of brands are available here. The apparel is reasonably priced and almost always some or the other deals are running. The staff is nice and helpful. The location is easily accessible by road and public transport too. Proximity to Marine Drive makes it a popular spot for youngsters too.

They took over some vintage premise, nothing is organised, everything is mixed up and even the stock is as if it's the end of a stock clearance sale, like sab khatam ho chuka hai bas wrap up karne wale hai.

When most of the BrandFactory outlets have shut. This is the one, in the heart of south mumbai is still operational with wonderful offers and collection. Just there is a new of some renovation and addinh of aome more good stocks. Billing people should me more expert as they fumble about the offers and discounts.

Compared to Brand Factory outlets in Bangalore, this store doesn't have much varieties and also the number of brands available here is comparatively less than outlets of Bangalore. Offers are ok, as they run same offer across India I guess.

They carry all the big names of the fashion industry, and sometimes you might find pieces available at local shop price or even cheaper than that on several days when they run big offers like Old Clothing Exchange or Shop For 5000 & pay 2500! So it's overall the great place to buy some clothes or refresh your entire wardrobe!
