Though iam great fan MI Xiaomi product ,I have visited this shop last week but experience bad customer service. We have asked some information about product guy was really ignored not even take any pain to describe it or to listen it. He was on phone constantly talking,not attending any queries. Iam not against of using phone but use it in back office. Very poor !

One of the worst places to buy a phone. The salesmen are very rude and they don't have any sense of how to talk to people. They take your phone in their hand, and give a 5 star review to themself. So don't trust them, cause they are not worth trusting!!

Semi-Literate, rude "I know it all staff" don't even have any basic mannerism to talk to customers. They were least helpful in experiencing the product and were trying to sell me an already open Box (may be a used product). When complaining they were rude and were teaching me that the Xiaomi manufacturs millions of products and thus, the box may be broken but still be legit (basically thinks the customer is a duffer). when asked for a packed product, they instead say 'We have received the product in the morning only and this is the only product available' The staff I was talking with doesn't even bother to keep name plate on his shirt, coz may be he wants to be rude to everyone. Nothing against the Xiaomi it's a great brand but you need to educate your staff at the panvel store, teach them some basic etiqutes or atleast conduct your interview properly and hire your sales team properly.

Helpful and friendly staff. Better to go in shop and purchase on the spot if you can't wait or don't have time for online order.

Decent place easy to shop around a d get things. Most popular place to shop hear is definately the big bazar as that is one properly priced. Yes you can also shop @ max where you will get good quality clothes . They are popular food joints around like caffe coffe MacDonald is there as well. Yes please sure you have taken your 2 vaccines before you get there as that is compulsory. Rick are easily available outside so no worries.

This is only good mall in panvel till Belapur.... Have decent branded shops which one may need.. Starbucks,mcdonalds kfc, burger king, coffee day maple, mistore,shoppers stop, max, tanishq and lenskart are few stores here...pvr , poptates and barbeque nation are popular and famous here..so fully packed in limited space but awesome

Very bad behaviour and service, like station shop Yesterday i visit showroom he stop me out side the shop and then talked about phone.

New outlet with ample parking for 4 wheelers all stuff in one level. They have a basement not sure if it for parking or other purpose. It was very crowded a big relief for locals.

One of the best place for latest mobiles and other gadgets from MI. Staff is extremely supportive. Only thing was.. there were no price tags . dont know the reason behind that.

This place loacted near the panvel bus stand. Parkings are available. People can enjoy here with and friends. At the top floor food court is available. If you really looking for good ambiance then barbeque and pop tates are located. PVR is also available on the same floor

The staff of Orion Mall Mi Store don't have manner how to talk with customer , They don't even know which models of TV they have In store and what's feature in that, if we ask them any question they react like we demanded lakhs of rupees loan to them

I purchased my MI 55inch TV from here. Post I reached home within 2 hrs the technician was there and he fiitted the TV set. The TV is also good.

Had the most unpleasant experience today at Mi store in Orion Mall Panvel. Went to buy a 20000mah power bank. Was shown display pieces. Agreed on one. Was asked to wait in Billing Q. Waited for half hour. When my turn came. The billing cashier Ahteshaf Khan just turns around and says product not available. Not my problem wrong info given to u. Refused to connect me to his seniors. Another store sales person Vicky Sharma came n said the same thing, u can speak to the mall manager. Finally when i refused to budge from the cash counter they connected me to Mr.Ashraf P. Phoolwale who apologised for stock unavailability and agreed to make it available asap. Mi should seriously look at its customer centric initiatives rather than just price points. At this rate Soon no one would want to touch them
