Good place in Bandra west. On the main road and close to the main shopping centre Elco market. Nice collection and different brands. Lot if stuff is available on discount. Makes the price reasonable and affordable. As it is fairly have some time on your hands to go through the store in detail. Of course lots of other shopping destinations nearby. Happy shopping.

The place is under renovation. I am visiting this mall since last 3 years and I always got what I want. It has good collection and has much more variety than other trends. Also it is colourful and soothening to eyes. Multistorey mall with separate display of cloths for ladies, gents and kids. You can find each single thing which is branded, authentic and genuine of which quality is guaranteed. After renovation gets complete it is going to be leading mall of the Bandra region as it is located at Prime spot. Price is reasonable. Service is ok ok and you should not expect more than them as things are not settled yet but still they are helpful. Surprisingly the most beautiful thing of the mall is Kids play area which is near counter and it is really huge and very colourful, eye catchy. It's a concept to be praised. You will see more footfall here soon. Definitely a mall to be visited often.

I like the place as its affordable and trendy. The collection at this particular mall is bigger that the one at Atria mall. You can choose outfits and go over to the online shopping machine, scan the barcode and have it delivered to you. The only thing is that though they are trying to give out various promotions for online shopping, they still have a long way to go as their staff is severely undertrained and unaware of the store policies and offers.

It's a multi brand store ! You will find good brands and mid range to upper mid range clothing accessories etc. I liked it !!

The styles and fit here aren't really meant for the Modern generation of people. If your someone who's into European tight fit fashion , this definitely isn't the place .The brands here aren't that great

Hated it ...! They dont have one specific color of chinos i wanted to gift my husband,i have searched for it in 3 outlets ,others atleast have the color and no size, these ppl dont have the color only and say k iss branch me woh color nhi aaya..very bad exp..

We went to this shop as a whole family. We had wonderful experience in shopping here. We were there for nearly 5 hours. We took time to choose our clothings both in quality and economically wise ones. Much of our clothings are from non-branded but with great quality. We shopped for all like Men, women and children. We used coupons and had a great discount of nearly 40% in total price.

Good Collection of brands with great Discounts and offers...

I usually shop pretty often here, but this time was actually the worst. I came to exchange an item i had bought yesterday, when we went to the billing counter the employee took the defected item and disappeared for almost half an hour, we kept waiting in the end i had to myself go down and see what the problem was, the employee argued saying how can the item be defected, it was torn from the waistband and we had just bought it yesterday, like seriously you'll need to improve your service and the way you treat your customers, i mean half an hour is too long a wait for a simple exchange.

Tday i visited the trends outlet at bandra west...what a staff..they r so helpful...my 2year old son tripped allmost half d staff at 3rd floor rushed to his helped hm..tried alot to soothe him..very thànkfull to you all...very good stuff...great discounts...n helpful staff...

Trendz - Bandra West, Hill Road. Approx 1.5Km from Bandra West Station, Ground + 2 Floors store. Perfectly placed on Hill Road just besides Elco Market. If anyone wants to shop for Casuals & Ethenic Wears for Men & Women this is one place that you should ideally have in ur must visit list. Do not visit by 4 Wheelers. 2 wheeler is fine. Trendz is offering discounts on some selected products. Decent range of clothing to offer at reasonable price. Reasons for 3 Star - Parking issues for 4 Wheelers and that too it's chargeable which I find unethical as the visitor is gng to shop in the store. Security guards were seen dragging the 2 Wheelers like dogs to make space. Which can lead to damage of vehicles. Less staff. Ground floor Billing counter is non operational for billing 1 need to visit the 1st floor.

I never visited inside the Trends, but I everyday go around this place,. I always found out there holdings and in those holdings have more expensive clothes, those clothes I can afford for half year, Literally it's so expensive for like that me people. But that's good place and full secure .. Visit once Thank you...

The line is refreshing if I must say. I found their collection pretty unique and trendy. The price sure is reasonable and promotional offers are one to go for. Quality of the clothing is decent too. It's a great place to purchase clothes for kids as well. I really liked the variety of clothing they have. This place is surely one my favorite places to shop.

Their 'discounts' are not actually discounts. They waste your time by putting up false signs saying 50% off but when you go to pay, they make up stories and tell you that the wordings are a little tricky of the discount offered. Honestly, it's not tricky. It's a fraud. When I asked to speak to the manager, one manager was putting make up and she asked to call 'Kavita' and Kavita didn't answer her call at all. I just wanted my time trying clothes and searching for sizes because the staff is not bothered to help for sizes but they are busy joking around and gossiping. A real disappointment.

Terrible experience. The cashiers do not have adequate knowledge. They lack proper courtesy and decency to talk to customers. Extremely disappointed with the interaction. Would not recommend this outlet.

I would have given 0 star if that would have been an option. Trends has provided coupons which gives ₹500/- discounts and these guys denied it on the face. Further the T-shirt which I selected they denied me to give it as it is not mentioned in their list.

The clothing is very nice but the children play area is kept in a very bad condition. Needs upgrade gives a very bad impression on the whole place

If I had the option of not giving even 1 star I would have done that but since I don’t have that I would give 1 star. I have shopped at Trends before, but this time I have experienced the worst service ever which will make me not come again. The staff give you a different information and the people at the counter gave me different informations, and then they say sorry after I have spent almost 4 hours shopping around thinking that there is discount. Because I was given false information I requested to meet the manager to come up with a solution but instead he told me, I can’t do anything. The manager is not skilled enough to have the position of a manager he has not trained or communicated with his own people, he has no effect with missing a repeat customer all he did to me was trying to be a sales person, he was so ashamed that he left the staff to deal with me. That’s not a manager. My total bill was almost 24000 rupees and all this problems there was no apologies or compensation given by the staff or the manager. Staff need more training on how to deal with a customer and know how to explain the customer, and the Manager needs to be changed as he does not deserve to be in a position where he can’t make a decision. Horrible service. Trends have lost me as a customer and I would not recommend a serious buyer to go there because of the service.

Trends is a popular shopping place of Reliance group where mostly clothing and costumes/perfumes are sold. There's a wide range of designs and pricing is comparatively reasonable.

Multiple choice real confusing. The prices are low so you get tempted to buy more. The denim option are really good. To top it up they have offers if you buy 5000 worth they give you minimal price gift options. Formal wear are few. Casual floral and trendy options are lots

Too many staff! All counter has 3-4 sales people but all were useless nobody wanted to help to find out right cloth. All staff just stands and looks at customers but doesn't bother to assist. They keep talking to eachother.

The AC here never works, and though there were display boards showing a discount scheme, at the billing counter discount was refused, there was argument between the salesperson who had accompanied us and the billing person. Am definitely avoiding reliance trends in future

Staff is extremely rude. This store is in middle of the busy hill road so ofcourse people have shopping bags in hand already from street side shopping. If they have that much doubt on people who are carrying existing shopping bags then they should arrange for a bag deposit counter rather than being rude to customers who want to shop comfortably.

Good place to buy quality clothing. They have a decent assortment of dress and casual shirts and pants and the men's department is on the 2nd floor. Note the discounts and offers displayed throughout the store. When I asked about the discount at the cashier, at first I was told that there were no discounts. When I mentioned the sign that I saw next to the clothing racks the discount was magically available. This put me off on the overall excellent shopping experience.

The staff doesn’t know the offers going on and fool the customers at billing. For parking there is a gunda handling who always wants more money for handing over the keys back. I remember we had entered the mall around 8pm and got a call from parking gunda at 9:30 that 2 hrs is over and take your car as time is over. I told him to wait as I am at billing counter. After 10 mins I sent my mom for getting the keys and he started demanding overtime money. I told the billing person what type of service is this and they told that they will stamp and redeem the parking cost. I told mom to come back and we went again to take the keys. To our amaze that gunda is saying that you have to pay for overtime this stamp is only for 2 hrs redeem not full. But I have paid and it’s not even completed 2 hrs.. why should I pay? JUST BECAUSE AT 10pm TWO FEMALES CAN BE THREATEN SO HE IS STILL DEMANDING MONEY AND NOT GIVING THE KEYS! After telling that my car has dashcam and all recording will show when I entered, he gave me the keys! Then screaming that gaadi wale log aise hai paisa nhi dete.. what nonsense is this! We have faced issues like this earlier too but because my brother was there always we ignored! But after this I am not coming back again here! Thanks Reliance!

Don't get me wrong, the clothes are fantastic. I bought four great cotton linen shirts and the prices were terrific. But. What is it with staff members scrolling on their phones on Instagram while you're trying to talk to them? More interested in their social feeds than helping a customer with their needs. Maybe I'm a different generation but service is service. And the lady who served me wasn't with me. She was face down on her phone. But I got what I wanted. The picture shows one of the shirts.

Terrible customer service. There were long lines but none of the staff were willing to open additional check out counters. I will definitely spread the word here and internationally not to shop here.

This place has a good collection. 4 floors full of clothing options. But guess what, they have NO DRINKING WATER or proper WASHROOMS for their shoppers.

The place is situated near to the bandra station. This mall has enough variety of to choose the best fit for you. The prices are reasonable. I went for my diwali shopping and I received coupons and gifts worth almost 80% of my bill.

Nothing that great

Nice connections of different brands. They also offer discounts on some of the products like footwear or on some selected clothing brands. They also gave discount coupons (online/offline) coupons to us. On shopping of above 6000 they offer a dinner set or a mixer grinder for just 400 Rs extra, and shopping of above 8000 you can get a blanket or a luggage bag. The staff working there are also very polite and helpful while shopping.
