    The staff are not customer friendly nor ready to attend customers. The product knowledge is zero. They so not have any information about the product in the store. Had to google and see as they were not sure!!! Quite strange. I count on sony so had gone to the outlet and dint buy online. But here i got a different experience which is nit that great. The one star is given to the Sony product. And zero for the customer service experience. Hope Sony takes it seriously with regards to its customer service experience. As the competition is too tough.

    Sir my tv is in warranty product that why ,I will call customer care and helpline number but no one is response me. Sir my tv's sound system is not working but company service provider not response to me. I not happy with Sony tv company.

    Worst aftersales...bought home theatre on 13th sep 2018 & was told that next day the engineer will come & do the setup..morning i got a call that engg is on the way he will call & come but that call is still yet to come..and now when i called SONY they said plz call the engg & when i called up that engg he just refused to come today..at the end my day just got spoiled waiting for that unprofessional engg. Very disappointed.
