There was honestly nothing much to experience in the store. All they had were the phones on display and everything else in boxes! It would've been a lot better if they had other devices in the store to show people how the phone connects with devices such as TVs, music systems, tabs, phones and computers. It's what I had expected to see at least. This just looked like a massive waste of space to me and I felt sorry for having traveled so far to check this place out! The lighting in the store didn't help either. So if you just want to check their phones out, there are a whole bunch of unboxers who do a much better job of it on YouTube.

Had visited parle store to buy 9RT with lot of excitement. Moment you enter they judge your attire and make there guessing whether you have potential to buy. Nor they seem interested in explaining product features. Like they are forced to work there. Giving a frustrated look whole time. Bad experience. Won't recommend this place. Indeed bought from local store.

Mr Rashiq shah gave Me the worst customer service anyone could give . Don’t expect this type of behaviour with a top class brand. Also such people don’t belong to the billing / main counter. His words are aapka 7000 nahi aaya on being said might take time to reflect got an answer abhi tak 1.5/2 lakh aa gaya tumne kiya nahi hoga. Pathetic

If you any time plan to buy one plus phone please never ever visit this store . The sales persons are not at all service oriented and customer friendly. Every sales person have their own terms and condition. And mainly return value is less than Amazon return value , so please opt Amazon or any other one plus store not the store at Irla. Note : dint want to give even a one star . But dint have any option lesser than it

Went there to get my phone charged at the charging station and here's how the conversation went. Me: Hi can you please get my phone charged. OP: Yes but it'll only charge at 3W Me: But my phone is discharging faster than its charging OP: In that case put it on charge Me: But it's not charging there OP: Then you can put it on charge Me: But can you give fast charging cause my phone isn't charging here OP: In that case you can put your phone on the charging station or else we can't help you It's so so weird that one plus doesn't give fast charging in their own store and gives so weird answers. Pathetic service

They don't have airbuds trial versions. I don't know why they call experience store. I called to chk for Z2, but no luck. They only have high end 12k latest launch. Experience center should have all their models for customer to feel the product. Else why will anybody visit it and they waste on rent and staff. Better sell online.

Nice store...purchased my one plus mobile from here. It's a one plus exclusive store only ...so always recommended to buy from the store rather then on online portals as you could get the phone checked , updated and installed there itself...Good exchange prices available too.

Very bad experience, I was using oneplus nord smartphone and that smartphone was totally a trash, oneplus has degraded its premium mobile segment , I trusted OnePlus that was my fault, Once there was a time when oneplus was launching its flagship phone my fav was 6t McLaren edition. But honestly speaking you will get more Powerful smartphones that will give you better experience than this trash brand OnePlus.

No one was bothered to even ask us what we wanted. When we approached a person, they brushed us aside saying that it was outdated. We needed a back cover for 1+ 5T. If the company doesn't want to look after a customer who has been with you for 5+years, it says something about the customer care. We got what we wanted in a shop next door. I have a 1+10(my husband has a 1+5T) and we meant to buy a new phone soon but his next phone is not a One plus, if this is how I was treated

Dont purchase anything, they dont answer anything for aftersales warranty or help, & i purchased tv & within 2 month tv screen got blocked. Person came from service center & told your screen will be replaced but one month has passed & no one has came & no one is answering when it will get fixed. They are fraud dont purchase one plus tv.

I will give minus rating to this store but since I don’t have an option I have given 1 star. We purchased OnePlus Nord 2T from this store today and their salesman Prince has very arrogant and unprofessional attitude. After the billing we we’re moving out of the store, this salesman called us and asked us to show bill and box. Most shocking thing, without asking us he simply opened the seal of the box and unboxed the phone by himself. We had brought this new phone and we wanted to unbox the phone by us but he said it’s compulsory to unbox and activate the phone in the store only if this is not done then warranty is not valid. This is the most stupid thing which he said as the warranty totally stands on the bill. He simply clicked the photo of IMEI number and sent the photo to his whatsapp group. I feel he just had the sales target and because of which he did this. This was totally not acceptable and at the end he simply said sorry and accepted his mistake. But again the emotions behind unboxing the new phone are just gone behind their stupid targets. I would better buy the phone online instead of wasting my money in their so called experience store.

This one plus showroom is located in vile parle and it is the only one plus official showroom in Mumbai. You will find many smart phones show room here like redmi, sumsung, Moto etc. The staff is cooperative and they have sittings available inside the showroom. They also have bottles of water available for the costumer incase you have travelled a long way and come(the thing I liked the most).

Very very bed service i m go to store pree booking two piece OnePlus Nord ce 3 light but i recommend don't go to store.

I had visited the store twice in 2 months time. The staff least bothered about your needs may be because the store has enough customer than their needs. The staff behaviour is arrogant and unprofessional. I will never ever visit the store again and maybe I'll stop using OnePlus from now on. Thank you OnePlus for making it so special.

The green line issue is handled separately now. They just ask you to send in your phone and charge and you get a coupon of 30k to 36k to get a new one plus phone

It just fits OnePlus reputation. The place is neat,clean and tidy. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, polite and attentive. I will make special mention of Mr Sarvesh who was very customer friendly and helpful in guiding us, even if the place didn't have the product we wanted

I myself am a very loyal customer of oneplus since 2018. I have a very good and beautiful experience with the store at Vile Parle. First of all, when you enter the store, you are happy to see the orientation, the calmness of the store and the air-conditioned interior is very impressive. The sales staff in the store is also very appropriate and perfectly listens to every visiting customer and then recommends the right OnePlus product to them as per their expectations. Had very Bad Experience. Wanted to buy OnePlus 10T. With exchange and ICICI bank discount offer. Wanted to buy 2 phones with exchange of my OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 6T. Not sure why but they were offering lesser exchange value than Amazon. It was not expected. Atleast they would have matched exchange value with Amazon. But talking with sales person we felt that they don't bother if sales happens or not they were so rigid that "itna hi dunga Lena hey to lo warna niklo". Had worst feeling. I am going to order two OnePlus 10T on Amazon. I'll suggest avoid going to OnePlus store in Irla. You can try other nearby OnePlus store if you want to purchase any one plus item from one plus store.

Came here for the first time.very clean well maintained store,very helpful staff. Got a good deal too.after sales service information also shared. Here parking is not allowed .the area gets a bit crowded during peak hours. Pay and park is available around the area though.

The staff is very friendly and interactive. Currently Oneplus 7 pro is on display and sale. Only mirror grey colour is available now. Nebula Blue will be available for sale from 28th May 2019. Nebula blue is available on display in-store. The Overall experience was very good. It was fun to buy the phone as it is getting sold out really fast. There are many payment options available. EMI from HDFC is also available. If you use SBI Credit card you get flat Rs.2000/- off and for SBI Debit card get flat Rs.1500/- off. Oneplus phone cases, chargers, backpack bags, are also available for sale.
