Our most favourite multi cuisine restaurant in Mumbai! Be it Indian varieties including street food options, Chinese, continental or any other cuisine this place has a menu that delights almost all the age groups! They cater top notch quality food and lip smacking taste. Their outlet in Palladium is huge with super comfortable seatings and classy calming interiors! Service on point and well trained, polite staff! If you want a great overall dining experience then this is the place you must visit! We visited this outlet for a lunch and we ordered their most popular margaritas, few varieties of Mumbai street food and Chinese! Food & beverages at this place are so satisfying! Be it taste, presentation or portion size it's excellent in all aspects! Pavbhaji fondue, piping hot bhaji, perfect in taste and aroma along with super soft buttery pav. Presented in fondue style the bhaji remained piping hot till last bite. Bambaiya Ragda Pattice, I bet if you can find this good pattice anywhere else! Pattice stuffed with fresh vegetables in center and so well fried with that perfect crunch on the outer shell. Ragda loaded with masala and served along with two different chutney, this is a must try when at this place. Along with this we also had Pani puri. Pan fried Noodles, served on a sizzling plate, noodles loaded with exotic veggies and topped with a wonton. Medium Spicy as it should be. Chocolate hot fudge sundae, a perfect dessert to complete the meal. Lovely presentation and fresh ingredients. Overall, this is a must try place and an excellent option for family/fiends lunch/dinner plans. We always had an amazing experience at this place till date, and it's our favorite multi cuisine restaurant!

The taste of Nachos has gone pathetic. The quality of food and service is horrible at this outlet. Their Signature Nachos are not freshly prepared and the sauce is not prepared at order but kept in a hot cheese pot as told by the staff. Wont suggest. Even the cheese corn balls dint taste good.

Been here today. Average food. Very over priced. Little quantity. Poor service. This is what you get here! I would not recommend this place to anyone and would not give a second visit as well.

Cream Centre, a successful brand has proved in last six decades - Don't be eye candy Be soul food... Generation after generation, foodies are bringing their family and friends to Cream Centre, where they are totally confident to get their favourite vegetarian delicacies and create great memories... We have planned a get together with friends in Cream Centre, High Street Phoenix, Sky Zone, Lower Parel, Mumbai. Timing - 11am - 12 am Cream Centre is a veg Bistro serving all time favourites of global cuisines (Continental, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, North Indian, Indian, Fast food, Street food) interpreted through an Indian lens. The success mantra of this prestigious group is Cream Centre has adapted to the changing trends and created original innovative delicious dishes. The most amazing part of the success story is excellent service and co-operation among the staffs and the neatness in presentation of the dishes. This outlet is huge, with more than 150 covers, tastefully designed with ample amount of natural light & beautiful view of city life through huge glass windows. Our meal has started with signature beverages - 1. Passion Fruit and Rosemary Lemonade 2. Blush on Ice frozen Margerita 3. Sunset Drive frozen Margerita 4. Masala Cola 5. Masala chaas Must try these and many more are there on the menu to enjoy the relaxed refreshing feelings. Beautiful presentation with bright colours and natural ingredients. The delicious mouth-watering dishes we have ordered are - 6. Pani Puri - this delicious platter has made us all happy. Neatly presented. The cracking of crunchy puris, stuffing them, adding chutneys and pouring mint water - the best feelings. 7. Bambaiya Ragda - this is another classic local street food of Mumbai City. Served warm and beautifully. 8. Delhi papdi Chaat - Everyone loves chaat and to chat πŸ˜‚ Chaat platter with thick fresh dahi on top. The pure happiness. 9. Sizzling Schezwan Vegetable Pan Fried Noodles - this is an excellent creation, served along with tossed exotic vegetables. A great dish for Chinese food lovers. 10. Asli Makkhan Pav Bhaji - this exotic Desi Fondue platter is amazing. Served hot. Must try this dish. Signature yummy dessert - 11. Chocolate Ultimate Heaven Sundae - a huge dessert dish. Easily four people can share. Served in a tall glass along with scoops of chocolate icecream, vanilla icecream cut pieces of banana. Good service by the cooperative staffs and store manager Mr Ignatius.

Cream Centre, the classic favorite since years Cream centre has been favorite among the vegetarians. It now has a bar so your alcohol is sorted and it also a separate jain menu. The staff is extremely kind , the ones who served me, Kishori Bajirao Gavin the manager was amazing . Overall what I loved was the variety it offered. From Lebanese to Italian to Indian, they have everything possible. Plus it is PURE VEG. The menu is so vast that everything you think is there from nachos to enchiladas to paneer chilly baos to chole bhature to hummus. We had all the classics from nachos , onion rings , chole bhature. We also had the icecream soda 😍 We also had fresh sugar cane juice and cucumber πŸ₯’ cooler. They have crazy mocktails and cocktails. Their sizzlers and pizza were looking so good though we didn’t try , but we saw other the tables. Their enchiladas were brilliant. I really couldn’t complain anything. And we ended with the sizzling brownie. The best ever.

Strike1: Wasn’t crowded but they took a long time to clean up and get us a windowed table. Had to be reminded that we were waiting with a baby. Had to wave from the table to get their attention and to have someone come over to take our order. We ordered some veg bao’s(good), corn cheese balls(okay), pasta(okay) and sizzlers. Nothing lived up to the hype that my friends and family had created about cream centre. Strike2: Sizzler was outright bad and nothing like the awesome sizzlers you get at Kobe’s. Strike3: They forgot our lattes and had to be reminded twice. Finally asked them to cancel the lattes but they were insistent that the coffee would be out in a minute. We were bored by the time the coffee arrived. The staff is friendly but lacks sophistication and their service is slow. Food is overpriced and over hyped. I want to acknowledge that they MAY BE really good at making Chholey Bhatura and such stuff that I did not order. But given the overall experience I wouldn’t come back here.

Cream Centre is the best place to have Indian food and much more. It’s a veg restaurant. The ambiance was lit and good crowd. We ordered:- 1. CHAAS 2. PANI PURI- A Mumbai Classic 3. BAMBAIYA RAGDA PATTICE- Mumbai’s all time favourite. 4. DELHI PAPDI CHAAT- chaat made of papdi, yogurt, soft bhalla, mint coriander chutney. 5. SUBZ DUM BIRYANI- spiced vegetables and rice cooked in Dum. 6. Pav Bhaji at Cream Centre is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can choose among many menu options. Service was pretty amazing as well. You’ll get some amazing dishes in your budget. Good experience overall.

Tried Pasta in Pasta and Steamed wantons in black bean sauce. Pasta in Pasta was average, tasted like sphaggeti in tomato ketchup. Mac n cheese was too less to even describe the taste. Wantons were amazing. Good quantity and taste.

Heard a lot about the place. Ordered Tikki Chaat, which was cold. When told the Manager about it - he was like - Sir Dahi hai naa - isliye thanda hai, baaki yahi hai. His name is Brijesh Jaiswar. Quite pathetic experience in customer service, leave aside the food which was anyways not out of the world

Good food, following the Cream Centre legacy. Choice of multi cuisine, pure vegetarian menu. Starter portions are small but sizzlers are big enough to feed one person. Simple but Elegantly decorated. Service can be a bit faster. Moderately costly.

Really nasty nachos. I don’t think the person who designed this dish has ever eaten nachos in their life. It was essentially a bowl of liquid watery processed cheese, chunks of canned refried beans, with 4 large soggy nacho chips stacked in a tower above it. Inside the watery processed cheese there was capsicum and soggy lettuce. Capsicum and lettuce do not belong in nachos. It was the worst dish I’ve ever had. When I asked the restaurant for some type of discount because I received wet soup instead of nachos, they said no. They don’t care about customer satisfaction, & the food is simply horrible

There is nothing more romantic than delicious food. In my happiest childhood memories πŸ˜‡ Cream Centre is one of the memorable part. Many family lunch and dinner, sometimes with college friends later with colleagues, that's the way I am connected with this popular brand. Cream Centre is a successful brand for last six decades. As a pakka Mumbaikar am a great street-food-lover. Cream Centre is always our most favourite destination for it. Pure happiness is sharing delicious food with friends. That's the way, I am always. So planned it together in Cream Centre, High Street Phoenix, Lower Parel, Mumbai. Timing - 11am - 12 am (all days) Pure vegetarian restaurant. Cream Centre is a vegetarian global cuisines hub. More than 150 covers (now allowing only 50% occupancy, as per govt. rules) Nice place with happy vibes, spacious, great city view through the huge glass windows. If you visit before sunset, can get natural light too. Chilled masala cola, Masala chaas, Passion fruit and rosemary, Lemonade Blush on Ice frozen Margerita, Sunset Drive frozen Margerita are served on table first. We are foodies and the elaborate menu of various cuisines are very interesting. There is something special for everyone, which can bring back childhood memories. For me obviously - Pani puri platter, Delhi papdi chaat, Bambaiya Ragda, Asli makkhan pav bhaji - These are the best street food forever. Started our meal by few plates of these classic dishes. The taste, quality and quantity are always the best here. Served quickly. An excellent Chinese signature dish, you can try is - Sizzling Schezwan Vegetable Pan Fried noodles with exotic veggies. The taste is excellent. The tangy spicy touch is superb. Dessert of our fantastic meal - Chocolate Ultimate Heaven Sundae - Easily 2 - 3 people can share this dessert. A tall glass is loaded with scoops of chocolate and vanilla icecream with fresh banana pieces. Want to thank this outlet manager Mr Ignatius and the energetic team of staffs and chefs for my lovely memories with friends.

Food is ok. Tried the onion rings which were way too oily, the fries were decent. Concept of family sizzler is good. The worst part here is the service. They are not trained to talk to customers.

One of the best places to have Veg food in Mumbai. A great selection of food on the menu. I'd highly recommend trying Chole Tikki Chaat, Paneer Sizzler and Chole Bhature. Service is really good and Mr. Uttam really helped us with recommending the right things to order as per our preferences. They also serve alcohol here.

Worst service, the cut lemons served were stale and inspite of request for fresh cut lemons same stale one were served. The person attending our table was as if obliging us, even the water in the finger bowl was cold and not sufficient to dip the fingers, and on the top of it this restaurant is charging 10 percent service charge, which is exceptionally high. They cannot charge you service charge if you deny the same. Please check your bills before payment. The quality and taste of food was okay and the quantity was less than expected. IT IS NOT THE CREAM CENTRE WHICH IT USED TO BE. " CAVEAT EMPTOR "

I don't know why are the waiters in a hurry to send you off the place. I can understand this is there is heavy rush and there is a long queue and there are many people waiting, but nothing like that. The food taste is average and no reason other than you want to sit for some time in the mall. The place is alright and given the prices are high, not a frequent visit place.

We visited this place on a Sunday evening and it was crowded with average waiting time of 25 minutes. After long wait we were allotted a table. We ordered Chole bhature, a sizzler and soft drinks. It was weird that you have to order chole and bhature separately and they don’t provide a combo. However taste was good. Service was poor in spite of them charging 10% service charge. Sizzler was okay in taste. I would say prices are on a higher side. But food tastes good. Can visit once a while…

The place has great ambience and staff who provides great service. I oredered Chole Bhature and sizzlers. Chole Bhature was good,it was not a combo. You need to order chole and bhatura seperately. Will recommend for chat ( Ragda Pattice) and pasta also tasted well. Its completely veg bistro , you can get alcohol also here. Recommend to visit atleast once as it is one of the well know chain in mumbai for vegetarian people

Love the vegetarian food at cream centre. We tried the American corn cheese balls which are spectacular and a regular at cream centre. The baos were great but could be improved in terms of more variety. The nachos are another regularly ordered item and cream centre offers the best in town. The service was quick. The ambience was decent but a bit claustrophobic in my opinion.

We were offered complimentary chat but it was average and in return they wanted reviews even before we could finish our food.they came twice just to get the reviews while we were still eating which I feel was negative part to disturb during meals. Otherwise the hospitality and other food was decent.

We had the minty lavender drink here which was very refreshing to the palette! And boy, the Jain sizzler did not disappoint, it packed just the right amount of tangy saucy flavour. One of the heartiest meals I have had in recent times! ☺️

Went there for lunch on a... It has now become my go to place at pheonix mills, the food is great, the service is apt and the ambience is quite good as well. This time I tried their north indian cuisine.. I had ordered paneer tikka masala (orange gravy) paired with garlic naan and a glass of chaas. The paneer gravy was not sweet, not too spicy and didn't have any food colour( I was surprised that I didn't have any food colour on my hands :p), the paneer was fresh.. and the naan was quite good as well. The chaas was refreshing... Must try combo

The food was stale and not fresh, even after replacing it 2 times. The yellow dal tadka was stale and smelt funny, the curd was also stale and the whey had separated from it. The dum aloo kashmiri had baby potatoes which had gone bad. The only acceptable thing was the Amritsari aloo kulcha. We sent everything back as it is and only paid for the kulcha, which was palatable. You go to a fine dine expecting good quality, this was not at all up to standards!

Always loved the food here. Chhola Bhatura is the North Indian specialty here. Paneer Chilli Sizzler is also very good however the quantity is less as compared to cost. Price over years seems increased as compared to quantity. However they have maintained quality and taste. The service has slowed down over time. They surely need to improve upon that. And at the current prices they should increase quantity else patrons footfall will definitely drop. We were pleasantly surprised when they asked us to review chef's new recipe of noodles with Chinese style paneer which did taste good but could do better with a pinch of reduced black pepper.

The only hotel I have seen who has different pricing for Chole (395rs) and bhature (135rs), totalling to 530rs - absolutely crazy and money minting business. No taste in food ordered and quantity also not as expected considering the 5 star rate card on the menu. This is topped by 10% mandatory service charge for some sloppy service. This hotel is pure veg. Seriously think twice before going as you will end up just emptying your pocket.
