Their customer care execs (who have absolutely no clue about diets and requirements) sit and make absurd recommendation to customers. I was told that i would be given a (1000 - 1400) cal diet with 60 gms of protein. and im a fairly fit guy with a regular workout routine

I was recommended by a friend about this company I ordered high protein diet veg food from them i was not very happy wth their food as I found it acidic and gassy it was always beans chickpeas and all sorts of grains hardly any veggies that too not healthy ones I really suffered w their food discontinued after 4 weeks since I couldn’t find any decent Tiffin service I live abroad so I did not know any other decent place not only they r expensive for the kind of food they send but their quality of the veg protein food is not good not worth ordering anything from this company

Foods are good but there are few areas which can be improved, 1. Foods are bit pricey because of delivery charges, 2. delivery at times are pathetic. at times one has to call multiple times to get food. I faced such situation. if you are ordering such pricey food ( one gets tiffin delivered in Mumbai in 100 bucks from other sites )you wont like such pathetic delivery with excuse that the executive is stuck in jam and all. 3. they should allow people to order food one day prior, why they ask to order for 10 days, I don't know. because I myself don't know my plans for next 10 days. and they don't even offer any discount for that. so when I am not sure for next 10 days, I my not order from them, I shall preffer swiggy and order from "Healthie" or Fresh Menu , which provide exotic healthie food. so they should think about that

I am with Caloriecare for over a Year. Have barely had any concern on quality of food, packinging except for one or two rare instances. If ur one who want simple food with not so mucu spice and need healthy choices, just go for it. my only complain with Calorie care if their operating timing. If meal needs to be cancel one need to inform previous day before 3? It's little ridiculous. How will a person know he/she may be sick next day. and you don't deliver in all parts of Mumbai as well.

Been a customer on and off from 5+ yrs and would have tried all meal options by now. Great service overall. Few feedbacks- pls also disclose carbs of meals apart from protein and fat. Pls give fish/seafood more often... Gets boring to have chicken almost everyday in high protein meals. And yes- pls keep up the 👍 great work. You are a life saver for busy bees in Mumbai.

The food at Calorie care is of average quality and the menus can do with more application of the mind. If you order and assortment of cuisines on any given day, atleast three ingredients will be common to all dishes, which makes it, not interesting to eat. The non veg indian item is cooked with so much oil, it cannot be called a calorie controlled meal. Also, the sandwiches reach fine but the rolls reach soggy and chewy and are usually half discarded. Soups are absolutely tasteless. Healthy food certainly doesnt have to be taste free or boring. I'm sure you can do a better job.

Really great service for those who want to start eating healthy! Great range of dishes and 10 day subscription helps me stay on my healthy diet! Updated website makes it much easier to navigate and the live chat helps alot! Been a loyal customer for over a year now.

Most disgusting service, very unprofessional. The charge you 120 Rs per day as delivery charges for the meals and the dont even bother to clarify the same. The website is also absolutely misleading. Breakfast is 135 while we are charged 184 including GST and delivery. Lunch is 165 but we are charged 215 and diner is Rs.175 on the website and we are charged 226. Its been a while since GST was introduced they should add that as well as cost of delivery to the website. Also the people don't bother to ever revert back when you call them . I had taken a package with Breakfast lunch snacks and diner but i was not sent snacks. When i contacted them they said i have taken a package only with breakfast , lunch and diner.
