They also serve couple of starters, varieties of Dosa's, Mocktails & Dessert. I visited Paratha house, they have A/C seating. I tried their Thokri chaat, Chaat was stuffed with green moong sprout, brown channa & sweet dhai on it topped with some sev. It was mouthwatering. Even i tried their Mal Mali Paratha, which is best selling Paratha, stuffed with Panner, Cheese & Potato. Served with Pickle, Dal Makhani, Chole, Raita & Salad. Quality of Paratha was impressive. Service is also quick which i liked the most. Atmosphere is also very pleasing & hygienic. Highly recommended this Paratha house for Youths & Families, Specially college students get 10% discount!!!!!! Must visit, if not yet visited...

Good Parathas. Taste is medium to good. Heavy quantity, two parathas are more than sufficient for two persons. If a group of four people, you may order Paratha Basket with 4 different choice of Parathas. The restaurant is small. From outside, it's not even easily visible. Map location is correct though... One can take a walk from Vile Parle station.

If you love eating parathas this is the right place to visit. Your taste buds would truly appreciate it. The parathas were soft and the fillings were in the right proportion, served with chole, black dal, raita and pickle. We tried the following: - Cheese chilly garlic Paratha - Mal Mali Paratha - Spring Onion Paratha - Tokri Chaat - Kheecha Chaat - Gulabjamun with Rabdi Would recommend the above mentioned chaats as well. Quick and efficient service. Apart from parathas they also serve dosa, chaat, rice, different kinds of drinks.

As the name suggests it's the Paratha house and we can find varieties of parathas. Each Paratha is served with dal, chole curd having 4 prices enough for one. They also have a basket of 6 . Which is a good option to try their varieties if you are 3 people. Best among all the varieties is cheese paratha and cheese chili Paratha. Felt all other paratha stuffing was less so did not get that yum taste. Budget friendly and Jain options available.

Inki Khasiyat inke khaane mai pata chalti hai. The best you can have here is Parathas. All types of parathas are available with extremely superb raita, chana masala & dal makhani. You can choose any one of it and it'll be the best to taste. This was my first visit to Khasiyat and it was an amazing time spend with a really remarkable meal. Staff is polite and welcoming. The service is fast and prompt. Do visit.

Loved the Paratha basket. Cheese chilly garlic and cheese masala pav sandwich is a must try. Also, do try cheese khicha papad chaat! its amazing. Honestly, think they haven't compromised on the quality of the food. Kudos to the Khasiyat team for great food and hospitality.

Well this place is known for serving a variety of parathas. They serve paratha with Chhole Dal Makhani and raita. We liked the food. This is small place with limited tables. We had a cheese garlic paratha which was relishing.

Excellent - Unexpected Quality of Food! As the name stands - Parathas are definitely a speciality - khasiyat of this place. Had an opportunity to visit with friends for a lunch. Managed to order enough to feed 30% extra! Portions are hefty and truly scrumptious. Quality of Black Dal could have been better while Chole were too good. Talking of Parathas, while there are many of Cheese and Paneer etc etc - my favourite turned out to be Alu Paratha and Laccha Paratha. These are too good and special. Must try. Place is always busy with waiting so go with enough patience and yes, enough appetite too.

Frankly speaking.... I am not so sure why every parantha is above 300 per piece. And parantha basket is 750 bucks. I mean is it being layered in silver or gold foil or what. Not so sure...if worth the investment. Samosa bhel was fine though.

Excellant Paratha thalis were served to us at Khasiyat. We were so hungry and needed a place which will serve us quality food quickly. 1 Paratha Thali can easily serve 2 people with moderate appetite. It is the only pure veg restaurant near Vile Parle Station straight from Station Rd. We also ordered Veg tawa pulaav . Overall food was tasty , healthy and place seemed hygienic.

One of the best parathas I have ever had.... The food here is amazing and the Quantity also they serve you is good. My personal favorite was cheese chilli paratha which they serve you with Chole, Black Daal and pickle. We had even tried Butter idli which was also delicious.the place is very close to Vile parle station and is below the foot bridge. The ambience is not very good but they have recently renovated the place.

  • 4/5 Ruudra P. 9 months ago on Google
I highly recommend trying their Chilly Cheese Paratha and Paneer Paratha with Chole Bhature; they are absolutely delightful! Among the various restaurants in the locality, this place stands out for its exceptional North Indian cuisine. The flavors are rich, the spices are perfectly balanced, and the dishes are cooked to perfection. While the food is undoubtedly the highlight here, it's worth mentioning that the ambience could use some improvement. Although the focus is on the culinary experience, a more inviting and well-designed atmosphere would elevate the overall dining experience.

I have been a regular since 1996, I think, and am always amazed at the quality (and quantity) of the food. The parathas and even Pav Bhaji are to die for. More importantly, throughout these years the service has always stood out as being warm and welcoming.

Good place for Paratha lover's. Select your own choice of Paratha right from aloo, onion, methi Gobi, panch kutti , muli and many more. It is served with chole, black dal , dahi and salad. Simply tasty. One can try fruit punch also from the mocktails Also good for south indian food and Bombay pav bhaji. It's small joint but food is yummy.

  • 5/5 Nikita A. 4 years ago on Google
The Parathas here are delicious. If you are a cheese lover then do try Cheese Garlic Paratha. I also tried Aloo Methi Paratha. It was as delicious as the raita, chole and makhani dal served with it! Ambiance is not fancy but the portion size is good. It's very near the Vile Parle station.

Good food. Parathas, pav bhaji and south Indian food is usually good here. Not a very spacious place but the service is good. Not too far from the railway station and close to S v road as well.

Khasiyat is a small restaurant near Vile Parle station. Indeed a perfect place for paratha lovers. This is because they offer 2 vegetables, raita, salad, pickle with the hot yumm paratha which enhances the overall taste. Other then paratha, chat and other items are also good. Being Only Veg restaurant, even Jain people enjoy the food here. A must try Place. Food quality is great and price is worth. Place is slightly congested but food covers that flaw. ya
