Good icecreams and Friendly staff. Taste has been retained over the years, wish i could say the same about the prices. Store closes sharp at 1am so if you have a late night hankering for icecream, it needs to be before 1.

A hard to miss place on Gulmohar road, an outlet which has been here for quite a long time. Renovated a couple of years ago and now has sheltered outside seating area for the rainy season. Here one can find ice creams n shakes in the flavors of the season like strawberry, mango, sitafal, etc. And also lot of all season flavors like coffee walnut, roasted almond, tender coconut, etc. Ice cream lovers have 3 choice to choose in the base i.e., cup, cone Or waffle cone, and 3 sizes in cups small, medium, large. One can choose to have a single scoop or double scoop ice cream. You also have an option of choosing different flavors in each of the double scoop. They also have shakes in the menu and it's available in all flavors present. However, the shake consistency is quite thin. I tried the tender coconut shake which was more like ice cream blended with some milk. There are chairs outside and inside there's an L shaped bench attached to the wall which serves as a seating area. They are open till midnight and more at times. All in all a great place to visit with frens and family even at late night.

This Naturals outlet in Andheri west is the first outlet of the company established on 14th February, 1984. Ice-cream quality is amongst the top as compared to baskin robbins and other brands. Cleanliness/Hygiene and ambience is best. Seating is available. Parking is somewhat difficult during day time. Must try: Sitafal, Litchi, Pitch, Roasted Almond etc. They have established their brand over "NATURAL FLAVOURS(Fruits) DEPENDING ON SEASON". You can enjoy the natural pulp over a scoop/cone. Cost is economical Rs.65/scoop. You can also buy family-pack and can even order over zomato/swiggy.

AHMED is very rude & unprofessional. I asked for 2 icecreams of different flavours. He immediately billed 1 without stopping to listen my full order & said i should have ordered in a single go. My mood was spoiled in a jiffy & i got out with just 1 ice cream. Lots of ego has peeped in the staffs. Management should look into it, especially the guy AHMED should be fired.

Nice place for ice cream. They do follow covid norms hence seating inside has stopped. Few chairs outside which are usually full. Currently they are serving only ice cream and not shakes.. Does get crowded from 8 pm till 1030 pm minimum. Due to metro work, road has been dug up, so parking car will be big hassel..

Ice creams here are great like every other naturals ice cream parlour. This is the oldest naturals ice cream shop. Seasonal ice creams like strawberry sundae are delicious.

I usually prefer tender coconut shake at Naturals but at this outlet i was let down. The shake just tasted like milk and a bit of coconut in it. It was bad in short. This outlet is not on my list for the next time. Prefer other Naturals outlet for better experience.

Great ice cream, good choices. Quantity is a bit less but worth it. Lots of seasonal fruit ice creams. They need to do something about parking. Also certain windows are for online delivery. Need more space to serve inside and definitely more cashiers. Can get really crowded during summer weekend nights.

Naturals have the best fruit flavored ice-cream in India and this store is something special as it was their first store. There is a very good outer sitting area but the store itself does not have any air-conditioning inside.

They literally add fruits in the ice cream 😭😍❤️ Everyone must try the Tadgola Sundae, Mango, Chocolate almond, Choco chips, Berries, Coconut, coconut milkshake. All the flavours have their unique taste 💯 Highly recommended.

Wish they had more room indoors (just about 5-7 seats) but it's more than compensated by plenty of space outside. Gives a feeling of sitting by an ice creat truck. A double scoop for the designer who did the facade! Beautiful! And of course they offer all the signature greats - tender coconut, spicy guava, anjeer, mango...

My most favourite ice cream :) Ordered tender coconut, sitaphal , Chikoo ,mango . Loved all :) Always a fan of Naturals ice cream .

The taste of Coffee Walnut was superb. The best part was this shop was open till late night. Here the ice-creams are really good, the coffee walnut ice-cream had big chunks of walnut in it. I would suggest to always get waffle cone, it takes the experience to another level.

No doubt in the quality of the ice creams they serve is amazing as always ! However the working staff need to have some discipline and respect the customers and not differentiate between them! Sadly I experienced this at naturals as well naturals now!! Maybe time to revisit the the communication skills and introduction to humanity

Very bad service. I ordered numerous ice creams and many of the famous flavours were not available. I placed order for three take aways and the ice creams were packed without any dry ice. The staff did not even inform about the dry ice not being available. I was assured that the ice cream would be cold and frozen. I got home to find soup instead of ice cream. No sign of dry ice or anything to keep the ice cream frozen

My old time favorite. Started going to the outlet near the Juhu bus station back in 1990’s and now the location has moved and many more branches. High Quality ice cream still outstanding flavors - gotta have the fresh coconut (my fav). Over the years though service has deteriorated - seems rather unorganized and chaotic to place the order; very popular so hard to find a seat and really miss the in-car service. All of this maybe consequence of CV-19 (thus 3 stars but product is 5 stars).

The experience was fine. Too much crowd and long queues and my tender coconut flavour ice cream didn't taste that great. Usually the coconut pieces are soft and tasty this time that wasn't the case. The rest of the flavours were good. They have a very small seating area.
