PANEER
DUM
BIRYANI
[INR
300]
The
Biryani
was
cooked
nicely
using
an
assortment
of
vegetables
like
French
beans,
carrot,
cauliflower
and
a
variety
of
spices.
The
end
result
was
a
fragrant
and
yummy
Biryani
which
was
a
proper
balance
of
vegetables
&
rice
and
was
aptly
spiced.
It
was
served
with
an
air-fried
Ragi
papad
and
a
pomegranate
&
mint
raita.
The
Raita
was
the
proverbial
“icing
on
the
cake”,
it
stuck
a
proper
balance
of
freshness
from
the
mint
leaves,
creaminess
from
the
curd
and
sweet
&
sour
flavor
from
the
pomegranate
seeds.
The
packaging
was
uh-so-perfect
and
spill
proof.
It
was
delivered
in
a
cloth
bag
and
within
the
promised
timelines.
The
prices
may
seem
a
bit
steep
but
they
justify
the
healthy
food,
the
quality
and
the
taste
they
serve.
