Mabruk is a Lebanese restaurant in Sahara Star amd recommended for all if they have a liking for Lebanese food. It’s one of the old restaurants but the taste and originality is still that great and authentic. The hummus, pita bread and falafel here are great. In case you are a non vegetarian then the shish touk is a great choice. Sheesha is also very good quality and herbal. Staff is extremely attentive, polite and courteous. You can enjoy a good relaxing dinner here along with the beautiful View of the hotel and the water by the restaurant. Must for anyone who like to have good meal - a little bit high on budget though. Will require spending 2000 plus each person is what I believe but nevertheless enjoyable

Mesmerizing view.. running out of words to describe its beauty. Mabruk has one of the best views in this city. Only thing mabruk needs to work on is vegetarian food (savoury and main course) options which are not many. Baklava was lovely amd worth it but savoury not upto the mark taste wise as well as costwise

Authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine in luxurious fine-dine setting - this is all what Mabruk is about. The grand dome-like ambience, seating by the pool side with waterfalls and enchanting live subtle music makes for an exquisite dining experience here in this award-winning restaurant of Sahara Star. The head Chef Jihad made sure we had a beautiful evening complete with a satisfying meal. We were welcomed with a refreshing lemongrass mint cooler. Started off with Mezzeh cold platter. Hummus, Mouhamara, Babaganoush, Fattoush - all the dishes were so well prepared and tasted heavenly, my favourite being mouhamara and hummus. Hopped onto the hot platter next which had a couple pieces each of 7-8 dishes. The chicken kebabs were my favourite! So soft and creamy - just melted in the mouth. For main course we opted for the lamb leg biryani - Kharoof Mahshi. The quantity is huge, even for 2 people so make sure you have ample appetite. Ended the hearty meal with Baklava and Knefeh, the traditional middle eastern desserts. Loved the crispy sweet baklava topped with pistachios. Do visit Mabruk for the soulful food and warm hospitality.

Hotel Sahar Star is home to many amazing restaurants, one of which is Mabruk - The Mediterranean. As name suggests, they  serve Mediterranean cuisine. It is located at the same level where all its other restaurants are located. Mabruk has won 8 Times Food Awards for best Lebanese food starting from 2008 till 2018, which speaks volumes for itself. One of the biggest contributors to this  success is Executive Chef Jihad el Shami who has been instrumental in curating the menu and getting all recipes from his homeland. He has been with the restaurant since the beginning, it has been approximately over 11 years now! Sahara Star with its unique architecture, is one of the most beautiful properties in Mumbai and perhaps Asia. The ambience of the  place is so beautiful calm and peaceful, that you are bound to have a memorable experience every time you visit. Beautiful Arabic  music plays in the background and they also have artists performing live from Thursday to Saturday. The instrument they play is Rebab. Talking about what all I tried at Mabruk with recommendations from the Executive Chef - We started with a refreshing drink to begin with Lemon Maa Ward! A very popular drink in Arabic countries. It is a blend of Fresh Lime Mint and Rose Water. Served chilled, a pleasant relief from scorching heat in Mumbai. Mediterranean cuisine usually starts with sauces to set the taste buds right. We were served 3 sauces -  Harissa, Tahini and Tomaya. Harissa (red) and Tomaya sauce are hot and spicy where as Tahini sauce made of sesame seed is mild. We started with Lebanese food - Mezzeh Cold and Mezzeh Hot both served together along with Pita bread! Mezzeh Cold had Hummus, Moutabal, Mou'Hamara, Fattoush Salad and Labneh B'Toum. Hummus was Chickpea Puree with Garlic Lemon Juice and Tahini. Simply Superb. Also personally loved Labneh B'toum which was mix of Yogurt, Cheese with Mint Olive Oil and Garlic. Tried Moutabal for the first time which is roasted ground aubergine with tahina, lemon and parsley. Even Mou' Hamara was very interesting a mix of Walnuts, tomato and chilli relish. Along with Mezzeh Cold, we also tried Mezzeh Hot. Lebanese food, all of it is served together on the table, that's how they like their food. Hot platter had Falafel, Sambousek Jibne, Safi'ha B'Jibneh and Batata Harra. Falafel being one of the most common and famous Lebanese dish made of Chickpea and Broad Bean Patties with Tahini is a must try. I personally loved Sambousek and Safi'ha. Sambousek is a Lebanese samosa, stuffed with Feta Cheese and thyme. Safi'ha is Halloumi and Zatar stuffed mini open pie. Even Batata Harra was yum - spiced potato with coriander. Before moving to the mains we tried another drink Koshaf, another popular drink. Base is of apricots mixed with orange juice and mango pulp and generously topped with nuts. A thick drink and so filling and yum! For our Main course we had Tagine Khodar, a traditional Moroccan Vegetable Stew with Chickpea, Almonds, Prunes accompanied by Couscous Rice. I have tried different types of Tagine at various food festivals in Mumbai, but this one had at Mabruk, was by far the best Tagine I have had in Mumbai. Last but not the least, tried the most famous Lebanese dessert - Baklava. Served in the most authentic and original way as served in middle eastern counties, this crispy pistachio pastry is to die for! Amazing and must try! Would just like to say one thing about Mabruk - Mashallah! Would recommend all my Sadeeq (Friends) to definitely pay a visit!

Mabruk, Sahara Star. The place has an amazing ambience with comfortable seating arrangements, palm trees and water body flowing besides the restaurant, they actually resemble an Oasis. coming to the food we tried: - 💥 Falafel is deep fried balls made with chick peas and broad beans with tahina. The balls were perfectly golden fried and tasted amazing. It is Egyptian dish originated in Egypt but is famous through our Western Asia. Dessert. Baklava: - Baklava is rich dessert pastry made made of layers filo filled with pistachios and sweetened together with honey. The baklava was so delicious and tempting, a perfect end to your meal. Overall, Mabruk is an amazing place to try some authentic middle eastern cuisine. The service is also quick and the person who was I’m charge of our table, Neeraj was also excellent. Much recommended 😃👌

One of the best place that serves Mediterranean cuisine in Mumbai. It’s authentic, the staffs are friendly, they help you explain the dishes. The cold & Hot Mezze is something you can try over here. The overall all vibe is excellent. The restaurant just completed 12 years. Chef Jihad is the backbone of Mabruk. Overall, this place is all about experiencing the Mediterranean cuisine and great hospitality. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

5th July 2019 We joined in the 12th Anniversary celebration of one of Sahara Star's crown jewel resturants named Mabruk serving a vast array of delectable Mediterranean cuisine. Chef Jayed from Lebanon and his team laid across a platter of colourful and mouth watering dishes featuring a wide variety of meats, mezze platter dishes and the traditional Hummus. All dishes packed a flavourful punch with just the right amount of middle eastern which some say is an acquired taste. The evening started with starters like Laham Meshwi (Lamb), Qarrid (Prawns), Chicken Shashlik, Falafels and the like doing the rounds. The chicken Shashlik was the best of the lot and blew our minds away. In the main course although there were plenty of options to choose from including Morghabya Dajaj (Chicken Dajaj, A traditional preparation of Chicken boiled along with Chickpeas and Cous Cous), Siadih Samak (The most mouth melting fish in a semi gravy preparation of strong middle eastern flavours) and the like, the highlight of the evening was definitely Kharoof Mahshi which consisted of an entire lamb being oven roasted overnight post marination and served on a delectable bed of minced rice and veggies. Desserts were equally special with almost every dessert being different ranging from your traditional Baklava to Umm Ali (A preparation of Rice and Milk similar to traditional Kheer) which simply sent foodgasms down your spine. All in all a wonderfully spent evening and one which we would love to re-live again someday!

We had the hot and cold mezzo platter, the meat platter and some refreshing mocktails which left us feeling so satisfied at the end of the meal. We enjoyed our time spent there, the staff were so courteous and we relished ending our meal with the famous baklava. I highly recommend this place to all. Its amazing and so is the food 🍲

I went here on my bday alongwith my wife. This place is a part of Hotel Sahara Star. This place is really awesome and spacious. If you are looking for a beautiful architecture and Lebanese food, this is the place. Almost everything tasted yummm. I opted for a weekend set menu of Rs 3540 which I got for Rs 2832 per person using Dineout app. This comprises of a fixed menu which is available in the attachment. The only catch with this place is that you have to pay per person, otherwise you won't be allowed to share food with the other person. Instead of going for a La Carte menu, I would suggest to go for this Weekend set menu as you will get to taste various Lebanese delicacies.

Mabruk Sahara Star If you're in the mood for some good and yummy Mediterranean or Lebanese food this is the place Exceptional Menu Curated by Chef jihad Nadeem shami The food was of great quality and the place has quite a cool vibe, tables are set besides a fountain with candles on borders which makes this Place perfect for a date!with some good environment and lite music. We had quite a lot of food and it was great! The reason I put 5 stars is that you will get authentic Mediterranean Spread here. However, the food taste is absolutely fantastic! We ordered the kafta Meshwi which was a type of grilled mutton kebab which tasted very different as compared to what you eat regularly. It's a must try for sure. The Falafel Roll was amazing! The dip spread inside the roll was too yum! Now, if you really hummus then you could try their cold Mezze they had around 8-10 types of hummus. The flavour & base of each hummus is unique in its own way and I would recommend it for someone who loves proteins in their meals.. We ended with baklava...it was royal & rich in taste. Crisp layers having a filling of fine pista..must try!! Overall the place is great, it's a must try and I think the night vibe is even better! Guys if you have plans to visit Mumbai and your flavor of choices are star category hotels. I bet you that a Sahara star near domestic airport will meet your expectations. Staffs - friendly in nature and they smile from their heart. Covid rules - perfectly they follow Food - 5/5

In simple words, Mabruk means Congratulations. An authentic Lebanese restaurant, Mabruk is located at the Oh so Legendary Sahara Star Hotel. A flight of stairs take you to the beautiful restaurant. The waterfront view is one of the plus point of this place. The Chef here, Mr. Jihad El-Shami, goes the extra mile to brief you about the dishes. Being from Lebanon himself, his passion and love for Lebanese food is clearly put across on the table. According to him, the best way to eat Lebanese food is to get all the dishes at once on the table and then start eating. Lebanese food always has a never ending flow of Pita Bread and Pickles. I had the Zaatar Pita here, which is absolutely to die for. Zaatar is an Arabic Spice mixture sprinkled on the pita while cooking. Cold Mezze Platter Hummus - Classic traditional hummus. Not too strong, but just the right flavor Moutabal - Roasted eggplant which is mixed with tahina and garlic. One of tbe best Moutabals i have had. Mou'hamara - Made of walnuts and red peppers, Mou'hamara is something that you will like only if you have acquired the taste for it. A little different than the one I tried at other places, but the taste really stood out for me. Fattoush - Classic Middle Eastern Salad, this had fresh tomatoes, onions, radish and bell peppers along with fried Pita bread. Brings freshness to the plate and the palatte. Baba Ghanouj - A different varoety of egg plant dish, this has roasted egg plants too but mixed with mint and bell peppers. Labneh - My all time favorite dip, this is just hung curd mixed with garlic and minimal spices. Hot Mezze Platter Falafel - Classic Falafel Tikki, made with chickpeas and deep fried. Goes best with the labneh dip. Sambousek Jibne - Sambousek is like a Middle Eastern Samosa. It's stuffed with feta cheese and thyme and deep fried. Something that I tried for the first time and enjoyed the flavor. Sambousek Laham - The nonveg version is stuffed with minced lamb and pinenuts. The lamb inside was beautifully cooked and the flavor really came through. Kibbeh - Made of minced meat, broken wheat and Middle Eastern spices, kibbehs are deep fried to give it that crispy texture. Manakeesh - It's basically a flat bread but Lebanese style. It's usually topped with either cheese, zaatar or meat but here, keeping in mind the Indian audience, the Chef has modified it and added some veggies to it. Batata Hara - My favorite of the lot, fried potatoes tossed in garlic and chillies, tastes best with zaatar pita. Mahancha - M'hanncha is basically stuffed filo pastry and is originally from Morocco. They have the veg and nonveg versions in this too. M'hanncha Laham is filled wirh minced meat. M'hanncha B'Khodar is filled with vegetables. Both of them are flavored with Ras El Hanout which is a spice mixture of North Africa and used in abundance in Moroccan cuisine. Dessert : Kunafeh - There are 2types of Kunafeh, one is made with thin pastry and the other with semolina dough. Both have cheese layered on them. The kunafeh served here is made of semolina dough. The texture was perfect, sweetness was perfectly balanced. Must try. Baklava - Classic filo pastry filled with pistachios and drizzled with sugar syrup. Perfect crisp taste. Love it. A well deserved appreciation to the staff and hospitality here. Prompt service, happy faces, what more could you ask for. If you are in the mood for Authentic Lebanese food, you have to visit Mabruk.

The spectacular ambience which is breathtaking and the live music with delicious food! A perfect dinner date setup and also a good time with family and friends.. The places serves sheesha and the fragrance is super powerful We had a beautiful seating just by the water. The staff is extremely courteous and the service is quick. We started off with : 1) LEMON MAA WARDA This is an extremely refreshing drink. The appearance is in a margarita style glass. Lemon juice with strong punch of mint, little sugary and salty. Very nice! 2) KOSHAF This is a mango puree style drink. Thick mango pulp with the tanginess and sweetness which goes well with the cold Mezze Platter 3) COLD MEZZE PLATTER This consisted of fresh hummus(made with chickpeas), fattoush (thick yoghurt based paste with spices sprinkled, was a bit too sour for my liking), moutabbel (made with eggplant and topped with some pomegranates), muhammara (walnut based thick crumbly paste) 4) HOT MEZZE PLATTER B Jibneh Manakeesh is a mini pizza style made of flatbread topped with cheese and Zatar spices and veggies, Safiha b Jibneh is the best one which is a stuffed with mozzarella cheese and topped with zatar spices. There was Falafel which is the best I've had till date, Crunchy and crumbly. Soft and fresh pita breads served along! 5) BAKLAVA This is phyllo pastry sheets stuffed with roasted pistachios and sprinkled with the same powder and dunked in sugar syrup. The best! 6) BELGIAN CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM AND BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM I personally loved the belgian one as it was very very smooth and chocolaty. The blueberry one was tangy and different than the regular sugary ones. Definitely worth experiencing this amazing place 👍🏻

I just can't get enough of all the Sahara Star restaurants. Love all of them. I visited Mabruk the Mediterranean restaurant last week and it's my new favorite already. Hands down one of the best Mediterranean restaurant in the city. The Chef did a wonderful job and complete Justice with all the dishes. The ambiance is cozy, warm, calm with slow instrumental music and flowing water. We started off with a mezze platter which included hummus, babaganoush, labneh, tabbouleh and shankalish the feta tomato dip. Everything was so good. Loved it all. This was served with super soft pita or khaboos, marinated olives, tahina and harissa dip. My husband was in food coma. The hummus and shankalish the feta dip were out favourite. The appetizer platter was equally amazing. Perfect falafels, safiha, batata harra, sambousek and mahancha. The falafels were crisp, moist and delicious. The Safiha were mini pies stuffed with zaatar and halloumi. Say no more.. just gobble them up. So delicious. Spicy, Tangy batata harra, feta cheese stuffed samosa and the vegetables stuffed phyllo pastry were delicious too. For mains we tried the tagine and the vermicelli rice. The tagine was a stew made with chickpeas, prunes, almonds and vegetables. It was delicious. Ended this amazing meal with a baklava. So so good. A place perfect for a date, special occasions or just to pamper your loved one. 1teaspoonlove totally recommends Food-5/5 Ambiance-5/5 Service-5/5 Vfm-5/5 Return Index-5/5

Mabruk Long awaited review. Had been hearing praises about this restaurant for almost a year but the calendar couldn't fix my day here but it finally happened and I visited Mabruk last Friday over dinner with my mother. Located at the luxury hotel, Sahara Star, this restaurant oozes class, style and absolute standards. Nonethless is the warm hospitality and staff that makes your experience memorable. This one night i'm surely gonna remember for a really long time because what could be more beautiful than sitting on a cozy couch listening to sweet subtle live music and also the sound of water while being surrounded between lights in this globe shaped hotel. We were fortunate enough to meet chef Jihad -el -shami who curated such a lovely meal for us. We began with an Apricot-Mango & Lime-mint welcome drink. Next we hopped on to the Mezze platter which is a must have. Mindboggled upon the crispiness of the Falafel and on the other softness of flavorful chicken. The Hummus, Labneh, Muhamara and baba ganoush with Pita breads was a meal in itself. I had already imagined in my explorous mind that it's gonna be Kabasa rice for maincourse and there it was ! So in the past I had Kabasa rice which had only meat and nuts however the one here had more of vegetables and some chicken with roasted nuts. There was cauliflower, potato, brinjal and boneless chicken, roasted pistachio, caahew and almonds. Not high on any spice and easy to digest. Now was time for dessert. So generally a Lebanese restaurant the speciality is always Baklava. Thin flaky sheets filled with pistachios. However, a surprise treat for me here was the Jaggery and Date icecream specially by Mr Sujit and Mr Niraj who took such great care of my entire experience at Mabruk. If you're looking for a good authentic Lebanese dinner then Mabruk is the place for you.

I recently visited a Mediterranean restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with my dining experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with beautiful decor that transported me to the Mediterranean coast. The menu was extensive, featuring a range of dishes that showcased the best of Mediterranean cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood and the authentic spices used in the dishes. The service was excellent, with staff who were knowledgeable and passionate about the food they were serving. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic taste of the Mediterranean.

If you love Lebanese food and can't travel to Lebanon, don't worry. A part of Lebanon is here with us, Chef Jihad El-Shami at Mabruk, Sahara Star, Mumbai. It was an evening to remember with Jihad (15th year in Mumbai) as he went a step ahead to make it a memorable evening celebrating our daughter's birthday. A special birthday song for her by the staff there. Now coming to food - Jihad suggested us Mishwee Michael (charcoal grilled Lamb and Chicken), Safi'Ha Bil Jibneh, Humus and Chicken Shawarma. The Shawarma took me back to my days in middle east. If you want to have real Shawarma, then this is the place. The one we get in other places in Mumbai should be termed as Chicken Mayo Roll. By the time we had these we were FULL. The Kharoof Mahshi could not be ticked and hope to have it next time. The food is not spicy but the you get the pure feel of all flavours, To increase the spice level, salad is served which serves the purpose but a word of caution, eating all the chilies will kill the flavour. I did it and then repented. Before leaving we ordered one Shawarma as takeaway, the stomach was full but the urge was still there. Writing this while having the Shawarma for breakfast. Mr Amit attended us and was very polite and helpful. For those who are aware that the service charges were removed recently, Mabruk doesn't;t charge any. It is voluntary now. Ambience - family says it was beautiful, in fact they had some photo sessions. For me satisfying my tastebuds is the ONLY thing as I am not a fine dine type. Final Verdict - A must visit if you love/ want to try authentic Lebanese food. Price - Avg 3k per person without liquor (out if syllabus for me). Side Note - tried booking a table, the previous day but the call back system didn't work, but walk-in was smooth.

I had stayed here 2 night 1 day. Hotel was more lucrative in four years ago, but now it needs some renovations. I have had all breakfast lunch and dinner in veg menu. All are as usual 5* specially breakfast.

Very good place and lovely ambience. Only if prices of the dishes could have been a little low compared to the quantity, it was a 5 star. Also very less veg - jain options but chef was kind enough to make something for us.

I had the pleasure of visiting Mabruk last month with my colleagues, and it was an absolute blast! The food we had was incredible and made the whole experience so enjoyable. We indulged in the mouthwatering Lebanese cuisine that left us all in awe. The variety of flavors and dishes were simply outstanding. We even tried out their sheesha, which added an extra element of fun to our evening. The non-vegetarian options were a hit among my colleagues, and they couldn't stop raving about the delicious meat dishes. The zatar-infused dishes were a true delight, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to authenticity and originality. We couldn't resist ordering the batata harra, and it definitely lived up to its reputation. The mtabbal was creamy and packed with flavor, leaving us wanting more. The head chef's talent was evident in every bite, and we appreciated the culinary expertise that went into creating such fantastic dishes. To top it all off, we indulged in the heavenly umm ali, a dessert that was pure perfection. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, setting the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening. The staff was friendly, attentive, and contributed to our overall enjoyment. It was an unforgettable experience filled with food, fun, and great company. Mabruk truly knows how to create a dining experience that leaves you with wonderful memories.

The Sahara Star Hotel is one of the few hotels that has a restaurant dedicated to Middle Eastern cuisine. Mabruk is sprawled on the lobby level of the hotel flanked by tall palm trees, which only adds to the Middle Eastern vibe. Furnishings are comfortable and smart, with each table alit with flickering candles. Sit outdoors for a cozier mood dining and enjoy your exotic meal near to the pool or surrounded by lush foliage. In short Mabruk is a paradise within itself. Both Lebanese and Mediterranean fares are tackled here and are prepared with authenticity as well as excellence. Chef Jihad El Shami has been nurturing the restaurant since many years and is a very warm hearted person we met here .He personally ran us through detailed descriptions of each and every dish. He also gave us a wonderful insight into the history of many dishes I just can't express in words how excellent service and staff is here. Mr.Sabeno was looking after over table. He was such a kind and polite person! His communication with that constant smile on his face, and detailed information about every single dish that we had, was really impressive. Coming towards the food we started off with Blue Alaska mocktail with Hummus B'shawerma D'jaj and pita bread. B'shawerma D'jaj is hummus topped with chunks of grilled chicken. The presentation was a treat to the eyes and the dish, a treat to one’s soul. Shish Taouk Chicken - Marinated chicken shish kebabs with an unforgettable flavour. The chicken was tender and succulent. The dip served along complemented the kebabs beautifully. Absolutely delightful. Lemon Maa Ward: Basically this is a traditional welcome drink made of fresh lime, mint and rose water. Rafissa D'jaj- Coriander flavored chicken stew with lentils served on a bread. A hearty and wholesome meal to be relished with some breaks.Every bite of the chicken carried bursts of rich flavours. We ended our meal with Umm Ali. Enticing, Exquisite and Extravagant. The dessert was definitely the highlight of our drool-worthy platter. It was warm, smooth and just soooo goooood. It was a butter rich pudding baked with cream and nuts. If you are looking for authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean food you must try this place you gonna love this place. Food- 5/5 Ambience-5/5 Service 5/5

Mabruk, Sahara Star. Mabruk is one of the speciality restaurant located in Hotel Sahara Star that specialises in Lebanese and Middle Eastern Cuisine. The place has an amazing ambience with comfortable seating arrangements, palm trees and water body flowing besides the restaurant, they actually resemble a Oasis. The entire menu is designed by Chef Jihad Chami. The chef personally greeted us and explained the whole concept of the restaurant and explained us each and every dish we ordered. Now coming to the food we tried: - 1. Hot Mezze. ? Falafel: - Falafel is deep fried balls made with chick peas and broad beans with tahina. The balls were perfectly golden fried and tasted amazing. It is Egyptian dish originated in Egypt but is famous through our Western Asia. ? Samboussak Jibne: - Basically it thin flour dough stuffed with feta cheese and thyme and deep fried. It was perfectly golden deep fried and was delicious. ? Safia’ha B’Jibneh: - This is Mini open pie with halloumi cheese and Zatar stuffed. This was very delicious and I like it very much. ?Batata Hara: - Small sized cubes of potatoes tossed in Lebanese sauces, tomota and coriander. This was very good, had perfect flavours in it. 2. Cold Mezze. ? Hummus: - Hummus is very popular dip across the globe. It is made using chickpeas, blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. This place serves one of the best hummus in Mumbai. I loved it very much and my personal favourite too. ? Moutabal: - Moutabal is made using roasted Aubergines along with some fresh parsley, lemon and tahini. This is good and had that roasted flavour of aubergines. ? Mou’hamara: - This is basically a pepper dip made using ground walnuts, pepper, olive oil and garlic. The dip was very good and delicious. ?Fattoush: - Fattoush is salad made from mixed greens and vegetables like Raddish and tomatoes along with deep fried khubz. The salad was also good. 3. Main Course. ? Tagine Khodar: - Tajine is tradition Moroccan dish which has vegetable stew along with some almonds and prunes served with cous cous. The Tajine was good and tasted delicious. 4.

Years of seeking out Lebanese and Mediterranean restaurants across United Arab Emirates (and now Mumbai) have taught me this: When you find a good one, gather as many people as you can and then order as many healthy dishes as the table can fit. You will surely be wowed with the magic of the food and the warmth of the homely, friendly service. The strategy holds up when dining at award winning restaurant Mabruk at the luxurious, prime property of Hotel Sahara Star.

It was our anniversary and we decided to dine with a slightly different cuisine as compared to the usual Indian, Chinese etc. We liked the ambiance, the service and oh the food was so so good.

Good Mediterranean food - the Warak Inab B'Zeit (stuffed vine leaves) was very good. The falafel, babaganouj and hummus were good. The Batata Harra was also fairly good. The portions are fairly small, considering the prices. Service is a bit slow.

Near by there are Local railway station, near by huge stores are there, every required things are there. They itself have Spa and Saloon. Morning buffet breakfast was so tasty and specifically Sunday brunch was so tasty. This was my second visit and as usual great stay. Hopefully I will come again. Main importantly my front office team, everyone are unique in each way, everyone has a great smile, everyone are ready to support, they always made us to feel like we are in our own home. Thank you for all support you have given to us ❤️.
