This property is not at all good. Keeping bad hygiene, bad services apart, the rude behaviour of staff is big concern. We can see the owner ashwin the way rudely he is replyinh to customers calling all of them fake whichever brings out the reality and talking coldly. Talking about service this place has many bugs, cockroaches in bed as it is very old and pics uploaded are very old. Kitchen sink is clogged nd give bad smell, curtain and pillow has stains on it. When we request them for service they behave as if we are begging as we can read this review posted here one year ago( now this person will delete reply from there and copy paste same comment here again) be careful guys.

Visited the place sometime back, the property is not clean and maintained. The services are also not good. The management is very rude, not at all helpful. Worst experience ever.

this place is a scam. they charge double...furniture is old and shabby. They don't want to deal through cheque or online transfer highly unprofessional

It was a really bad experience for me and my friend, we were scammed by the manager who added unnecessary bills which he request in cash. Apart from this, the manager was very rude throughout our conversations. All the guests I talked to were unhappy, if you are planning to stay there, I would suggest you be ready to get scammed. The staff asks us to write good reviews however when ask for anything, we get completely ignored. Never going to stay here, ruined my entire Mumbai trip.

Excellent service apartments for long stays. The place is very clean, has strong wifi and all possible amenities. It's located in a quaint area with close proximity to all the best that CBD has to offer. We've had the best time here and look forward to staying again many more times for all our navi mumbai visits.

It was Bad experience! The pictures uploaded are old, curtains are filled with chocolate, water purifier is not service since ages, bedsheet is clean but pillows are not and has stains. Big thing is bugs and cockroaches who act friendly unlike owner ashwin who has cold behaviour. The positive thing is temple nearby but kitchen sink is clogged so it gives foul smell, but they’ll do room spray so you can get relief for few minutes then again get used to that smell. Most of the 5 star reviews looks dummy with new accounts and they use 2 repetitive words 1) NICE 2) SERVICE (now they’ll edit it), i can write essay on it but that’s all for now.

I stayed in both 1BHK and 1RK both are really worth the rent. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Daily cleaning is there. It's located in a residential area. 1RK photos and videos are given

My friends and family had a horrible experience here. Staff is rude and not at all cooperative. The rudeness is visible in the answers to every review that is against them. Save your money and sanity by giving this place a miss.

Absolutely lovely place. It is located at a walking distance from the main road and many eateries, mall, starbucks , zudio etc are closeby. The place is hygienic and clean. The staff was helpful and let us check in early. The caretaker and his wife were professional and friendly. Definitely recommended.

Even if the room size was best for a family of 3-4 members or couple but the services provided were very poor. According to the cost/bill of the stay services were not provided. The garbage section is very stinking. The garbage bags are not replaced every day. Neither the bathrooms are cleaned nor the bedsheets are changed regularly. Not preferred for a long stay of 3-4 days.

The place is Ok for people who are not fussy about facilities. It has basics and cleanliness is poor. Bathrooms are unclean mostly with hair and spots on walls. Bed sheets are clean but pillows are bad. so incase you have neck issues you will have tough time. Privacy is a bit hampered as you might have noisy guests around. During my stay in Dec , i had neighbour who woke up at 3 am. Also, there's no food, no tea coffee sachets and possibly the aquaguard is unserviced in ages. Even plates and spoons were missing. Garbage of many days was lying in kitchen cupboards and i had to request for cleaning. Overall the pictures taken are older and the sofas and linen as well as curtains are dirty. Some room Even has chocolate cake on curtains. The owner seems to be not bothered by all this is my guess. You can order anything from Swiggy and you will get delivery. Don't forget to get your personal toiletries here!!! I can write an essay here...but that's about it for now...

This could be Great place! The location is good, with convenience stores only walking distance away. All equipment in the apartment works fairly well. It's only because of the management of this place that this place is sub par. The staff is argumentative and low in patience.

Apartments were really nice and we'll furnished. Amazed to see milk bags that too fresh one. Every area in the room and also the locality was good. Housekeepers were wearing mask and helped us whatever we asked for. Overall great place to stay for a while or a month at the best price. Thanks collar camp's

The apartments are premium and affordable and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Our stay was blissful and their service staff is very cooperative. Totally recommend it ✌🏻

Seawoods Grand Central Mall is on a 5 minutes driving distance. A new international airport is coming up with two miles.

Very good service from the caretaker Bikram and his spouse. They attended to our requests in a timely manner and were respectful. Location is close to basic facilities.

Overall, I had a great experience with Oberoi Apartment.The rooms were clean, very comfortable staff are incredibly helpful, They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

The big proble here is the cockroaches and bugs. The pillow covers are not cleaned and big issue is the kitchen sink which smells a lot as it’s clogged most of the time and stinks badly. The owner seems to be unconcerned about all this service as he is very rude in conversation. This place is overpriced compared to service given. I can write more but why to waste energy on such low class stay. 😏

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the studio apartment with Four Petals. We stayed in the apartment for a week in October and enjoyed so much that we came back 4 days in November. Everything you would want and need including wash machine, microwave, hot water for shower, filtered water machine, cutlery, fantastic security, elevator. Caretaker Vikram was friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The host of Four Petals was quick in responding to questions and concerns. Location is very nice. Very close to a DMart and great restaurants and shopping. We would certainly stay again the next time we are in Mumbai.
