Highly despicable! Atrocious! Will NOT Visit again. I visited this clinic for consultation as I was experiencing hairfall. 1 despicable practice they adopt which really put me off is that they ask the patients to take their footwear off. Patients walk barefoot while all the clinic staff keeps wearing sandals, shoes, slippers etc. I noticed a few more reviews pointing out about this footwear issue. But the clinic staff had responded with LIES, hence I am writing. What the clinic had responded with is a LIE to a review posted by a user. The staff wears footwear and they use washrooms/restrooms. While the patients are forced to walk barefoot or the patients go into washroom wearing their socks as they had been earlier forced to take their shoes off So the clinic wants to take care of health of their staff but expose the patients to viruses & bacteria when the patients are forced to use washrooms walking barefoot or wearing their own socks as they were forced to take their shoes off. 1 patient who was wearing socks said he will throw his socks in dustbin & only wear his shoes to go home once he is done with his skin treatment. Very disappointed with this despicable practise. Never visiting again.

I really wish I could give this place 0 stars. To be very honest the whole place is a sham and has caused me so much inconvenience. I had visited this clinic after a consultation with Dr Kaberi Som, I had some warts on the sole of my feet and was adviced to immediately get cryotherapy. I do not live in India and was here to attend my sisters wedding ceremony for merely 20 days. I visited the clinic with only a week left till the wedding. After reaching the clinic I was told to meet a Dr Rene who told me the procedure. I asked her thrice if I would have any difficulty walking or doing normal day to day activities as I had very specific events to attend in the following days which required me to be on my feet. I was told there would be no issue and that I can walk around freely directly as soon as the procedure is over. Had I know there was even a 0.01% chance I would get blisters or have ANY difficulty walking I would have not gone ahead with the cryo. The moment the cryo was done, the same evening I had 3 blisters on my feet and I couldn’t walk without feeling pain. The blisters did not go away for 5 days and I had uncontrollable and unimaginable pain as it was on the sole of my foot and it hurt to even walk. None of the creams provided were helping in reducing the blisters. After calling them back, most of the staff were so clueless and told me they would get back once someone was available and I was told to come into the clinic to drain the liquid from the blister. Once I went in, there were 3 rounds of residents coming in to observe and give their opinions on the blister and the process, we were kept waiting in the cabin for more than 25 mins, while one resident after the other were coming in to check the wound and were leaving saying the doctor is on the way. Finally after 25 mins a certain doctor Dakshata I believe, came in and was clearly overburdened by the amount of work she had on her plate. She was very rude to my father as he complained about the fact that we had to wait for over 25 mins and were sitting like specimen in a lab. She instructed them to wait outside while she drained the blister. There was absolutely no point to this as the next day the water was back in the blister due to friction just like the days before. When I asked the doctor about the same as she was draining the liquid, the answer was that the water won’t be coming back? I have never been to a worst laser/dermat clinic than Disha clinic all my life. They claim to be a good clinic but the behaviour says otherwise. I feel cheated and stupid because even after confirming the same with multiple doctors, they did not tell me the whole truth. Would request management to seriously look into the working of the place and not overburden the doctors working and to treat it like a clinic rather than a biology lab where live specimens are bought for observation. And to the doctors, that they tell the patient the whole truth even if there is 0.001% chance of something happening to the patient so they are aware and not blindsided after the procedure like I was. I would never recommend any doctors here or the clinic to anyone in Thane.

Update: Sharing for the benefit of Keloids Patients. "Best treatment for Keloids is no treatment". DO NOT GO FOR injection or lesser or surgery. When it discharge/swellen consult Dr and take antibiotic it will heal. Any physical action on Keliod will agrevate and I am writing this after experimenting all possible options with several consultstions with surgeons and Dermatologiest. My rating on Disha is based on my personal experience and it's honest. I had gone through keliods treatment under guidance of senior dermatologist who advised to me to undergo treatment at Disha. I am disappointed with procedures done at Disha clinic. There are many junior Doctors/interns who are not trained enough are assigned to treat patients. While I saw slow recovery in past 9 months but in my last procedure over dose injection and laser was given as a result my keloid scare is aggravated now. It ruined past 9 months of regular treatment now suffering with pain. My suggestion to management is please commit to what you can handle. Patients trust few experienced doctors but delegating such work to junior staffs is disappointing. Patients come for treatment not for experiments.

Had a wonderful experience at Disha , i would recommend this institute for all Dermatologists for fellowship in aesthetic medicine as it was just like a mini medical college , as we were trained (also given hands on) by some of the best Dermatologists in the country! Disha is extremely ethical when it comes to aesthetic as well as clinical Dermatology practice and I'm so glad I joined there because there are many other places where they lack this. I would love to thank all my teachers at DISHA who helped me learn and I'm looking forward to learn more. Kudos to DISHA

The clinic doesn't't even deserve 1 star. I was their patient for around 2 yrs, so I had my treatment from around 5-6 staff members. Except 2, I found rest all staff members to be arrogant. They respect their own time & not patients' at all. & Too greedy for charging more.(Not sure they are incentivised based on it) I shifted my treatment to another clinic a year back, and I noticed the large difference of service.

The experience with staff not cordial. Reached in morning I was asked to remove my shoes outside and the stairs but the stairs were so dirty that your feet bound to get dirty. I followed the instructions but later saw all their own staff were wearing shoes coming from out and roaming about why this double standards?

Absolutely an atrocious staff. The helping assistants are downright lazy, arrogant and mind numbingly inhuman. Could be a probable practice of being so horrendously aloof, the staff, post an application of numbing cream, told the patient to not only time herself for removing the cream, but also told her to wash the cream off her face herself with no assistance. For what are they employed for? Gossiping? Lazing around? Chilling out? The hands down disinterest in actually serving their duty, shows how carelessly the staff has been recruited and managed. Radically disappointing and the institute needs to really look into how to train the helping assistants and make them aware of their actual work.

Reception staff talks very rudely. They don't have manners how to talk with patient. 2 times we returned back due to non availability of doctors. As reception staff confirmed only 1 doctor for treatment so waiting time will 4 to 5 hrs.

Doctor is good but I don't know why the staff doesn't pick up your calls or reply to your texts after you've paid for your treatments. I had severe acne but after 3 co2 laser sessions and 1 dermapeel session it was mostly clear. But after few months the acne is back again and the staff isn't helping me with. If we Pay so much for the skin treatment then I think we should get proper service from the staff even after treatment but that is not the case. I dont recommend it.

The reception staff’s rudeness adds to the frustration. Despite prepaying for a package, attempting to secure a follow-up appointment, even with three days’ notice, is met with claims of being fully booked.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars....consulted Dr torsekar for laser hair removal for face...was warned that it's laser hair reduction and not removal but not even once was told that there is possibility of paradoxically stimulating hair growth if that laser does not suit my skin...had I been warned that I might have not took the treatment or tried on some other area before face..

I've been visiting this clinic from feb, 2023. I was visiting Dr. Vinay. Last date I visited was on 3/4/2023. Now when i visites agin in September, the staff says that as i came back after 3 months I will be charged 800 as consultation fee, instead of the follow up fee. However, I was never informed about these charges, nor do they have it in their file/website. Also i never received any messages regarding the same. If this is the case, the clinic should discuss with patients in the initial visit itself. Such a poor management.

Actual treatment is ok. But the waiting room staff will talk to you like you are idiots. No respect towards the patients. There was a room to face washing when I went there, there was no handwash there. In a skin clinic! On pointing this out to them they said handwash room is separate. My point was that they need a handwash in the face wash room too. Also go here if you like get to treatment or consulted without them closing the room doors. Such a basic thing of closing doors when consulting their patients is not followed. shows their respect toward patients’ privacy. Also when they came to treat me both the doctor herself and her staff left the door ajar open. I had to shout at them to close the door cause I was shocked how they didn’t have such basic manners. But the actual treatment was ok like I said.

Good and co operative staffs. I consulted doctor Vinay for my 9 year old daughter for skin rashes. Doctor was very professional and his treatment worked and within 2 days I could see the improvement on my daughter's skin. I would recommend Dr Vinay for any skin problems.

Excellent experience. Staff are very cooperative. Staff has taken effort to reduce charges. This might be happened in Disha only. Dr. Kaveri Sohm is the best doctor. Her treatment is excellent.

The assistant doctor who treated me for electrocauterization was unprofessional. First, the nurse applied some anesthetic numbing cream on the area to be operated on. The nurse and assistant doctor did not communicate at all where the numbing cream was applied. The assistant doctor ended up operating on some area outside the numbed region. This caused quite a lot of pain and I communicated that to the assistant doctor 3-4 times, who was somehow annoyed at me for experiencing pain and never considered she was operating beyond the numbed region. Finally she realized what was happening when I mentioned it might be the case, and yet she did not apologize for the inconvenience and for the unpleasant and painful experience. She was also very impatient to answer any questions I had. Overall, I had a terrible experience today. Having said this, Dr Torsekar is quite good at consulting and the staff is generally pleasant, apart from the regular long waiting times. Update: I further had a phone consultation with Dr. Gopalani with respect to an allergic reaction I had, and the staff was very responsive. Dr. Gopalani apologized for the above situation and assured me that they will look into it, which in my opinion is the right way to handle it.
