Manager is rude and her name is something like rolly or trolly. she is not behaving properly. We expect hospitality, And she is refusing to give staff discount even if we know the staff. so need to fix this problem or her as soon as possible.

Quality food with amazing prices. All of the staff members are professionally friendly. I go there once a week and every time the quality of service and food has been outstanding. Highly recommended specially Chicken and rice box 🤤

An absolutely disgusting experience. I feel as if I have digested a peacock. The people working there have no hygiene whatsoever. I witnessed a gentleman scratch his bottom and prepare my friends order. AVOID AT *ALL* COSTS.

Service became too bad as they are not providing any sauce along with the chicken and rice anymore which we use to get. Depends on people in the counter. Some will provide some will demand for additional 50p for the dip garlic mayo which is not worth for it I personally needed to cancelled the order just because of this.

Excellent food, I loved the chicken and rice great taste, I have tried the mild. You can choose from so many others exra hot or mango or lemon.

Food was very tasty - the chicken wings nice and moist and the Lemon sauce had a decent.

Poor customer service, will not visit again. The staff made a big issue when we asked for a few extra dips and insisted on charging us extra for Piri seasoning on the fries, even though we had already ordered and paid as a group of 10 which was a considerable amount of money.

Food was average but the customer service is really bad. I ordered for collection over the phone and the staff who spoke over the phone didn’t understand was being rude. When we got there to collect our food, the staff member who was by the till was giving us dirty looks and got our order wrong. Very disappointed.

Here to appreciate all of the staff there. They’re amazing! Busy place, lots of work until late & cold hours. Some of you walk back in the cold, ready to repeat, and balance all this w academics, being away from home, life& family. Real superheroes. Really friendly people who keep consistently clean space and make tasty, consistent, comfort food.

The food tastes super but the bathroom and down stairs facility needs to be taken care of better. Best to take ou than dine in

Rushed food not tasty - I’ve had food there before and I know the taste - they are not even bothered about requests - they just say yes. Wanted a bit saucier - the last time I went it was the worst - will not be going back. Asked me to pick up in 20 mins but it took just under an hour - if food will not be ready don’t ask us to come - give the real time

Fresh , Perfect temperature , good portion , tasty

Food quality and taste is satisfactory, but at the price point, could be better. Limited seating capacity. It took around 25 minutes for the food to be ready, which is too long for fast food.

In terms of value for money I do really enjoy their food especially their chicken wrap. I wish their fries were better but most other things on the menu range from good to great. Keep up the hard work lads :)

Ordered few wraps and rolls but sad to say the chicken was very dry and chewy. There wasn’t much flavour in the chicken Very disappointed with peri chips as it tasted like a normal unflavoured chips. Need more peri salt on it. I am a fan of Pepe and usually try the different branches. Staffs seemed to be happy and welcoming. Please improve your food so i can rate it to 5 star.

Still one of the best and most underrated food places in Swansea. Quality and taste is ALWAYS 10/10. Unlike other fast food places or even restaurants here. I recommend it always.

I was in Swansea last night and I just had to try it. I wasn't disappointed. The lady on the till was very helpful and the food was amazing. I'll be back 💪

Tried for the first time tonight. Ordered online so no idea what customer service is like but the food was flavourful and there was a good variety of options. I tried the fajita wrap and chicken tasca. Only downside was the chicken was not very tender and was quite dry but it wasn’t too bad it could just be a bit better that’s all, maybe it was left on the grill for too long. Apart from that the food was good. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.
