Teach your staff to talk decently. Sat in a section where we were told to sit. Apparently they allow only family "family is only if there are girls/women. One of the staffs came over and told us to in very rude way "Idhar mat bhaito, chaiye to uddar jao", Dude learn to talk with some basic courtesy.

Loved it,and still loving it, and continue to love it, the time they give, no hurry for order free to have chat with loved ones. The Mogalai biryani and Gobi Manchuria is outstanding with curries and others. Go there and feel the taste you definitely love it.

Only found a leaky water thermos. Plumbing may need a bit of attention & maintenance. But otherwise n

Never eat biryani in this hotel, biryani rice is not at all acceptable worst biryani rice ever had this happed to me more than 2 times

One of the best stays in Ballari. Great Room service, spontaneous & courteous staff. Food & Amenities are home like. Loved the 4 day stay.

This is great hotel with pleasant view, easy to find, food is very delicious, staff is polite this was a very good experience staying there.

have been here couple of times, and boy it didn't disappoint me. The rooms are spacious including the bathroom. With nice ventilation. You won't need any lights during the day.

The hotel is old and rooms are average. Complementary breakfast which is limited only 4 plates for 2 person. Which I experienced first time.

Staying in this place takes you back to the good old 90s. Feels like going back in time. Except for the TV set, everything is pretty old. It made me realise that this was once considered as luxury at that time. Breakfast is complementary and you share the place with the people who come here for breakfast. If you go after 9 the place will be a beehive, so much so that the waiter actually makes you wait quite a while to take the order. Come before 8 and the whole place is yours to have fun. At around dinner time it's the bar and restaurant that takes centre stage. If you're on the first floor, you can listen to all the fun they're having! For all the vegetarians out there, they have a separate place to serve only veg food, so you don't have to worry about that. You'll have to take care of your own drinking water as it's not included in the bill, forget about having a snack bar. Enjoy the place for its vibes of the yesteryears!

We don't get water bottles, in rooms even kept water mug buy there was no water inside after paying that much money no basic requirement in hotel. When I inquired for drinking water, the hotel receptionist replied that water bottles are not in stock and that he should offer water in a cup instead of a water bottle When I asked why the room boy was supplying water in someone else's bottles, they said, Reception said water bottle are not available hence he done this activity reception person asked me to pay the charged for water bottles and supply sudden arranged initially water bottles was not available bottles...

I would love to give -0 Star if possible. Worst experience ever.. Mentioned 3 star hotel on the Web also on booking sites.. Don't know how it is categorised as a 3 star hotel. Reception guys are not responsive. They say no for everything. We don't get water bottles, Brush,paste and kettle for rooms even after paying that much money. Curtains stinks 😩, woody smell in the room. Bedsheets not washed it seems. Please do not visit with kids. They don't even provide hot water for kids to drink. Hot water only comes at morning 6:30 you don't get before that. If anyone needs to leave before 6:30 they have to bathe in cold water only. We have booked 3 people in double A/C room,and paid extra for that, but they not even provided extra bed for extra person. Buckets and mugs in the bathroom are in bad condition. The overall experience is worst with the hotel.

Presently AC Bar is k but more cabins make for individual seeting.

I have come across this restaurant through Google . It's just excellent, absolutely delicious food , best breakfast and pizza and staff is so friendly. I hope next time definitely I'll visit.

Room food everything s decent , near and clean

This is one of the pathetic hotel stays I have been to. The room wasn't cleaned there were spider cob webs everywhere, room was full of cigarette smell soo suffocating it was, the receptionist was so freaking rude to me, his response triggered me to write this feedback. Due to time constraints we had to have lunch there, it was luckily ok, but the washroom was a corporation toilet yuck 🤮 just don't wanna think about it. Never ever go there 🙏 Do not fall for pics they put up online it's totally opposite.

Sorry to say sir service is very poor in restaurant ,v ordered 1 full Tandor 1 Hydrabadi curry ,2 roti , 1 garlic nan , 1 kulcha , sir around 2 30 entered order place ,tandor came after 25 to 30 min ,that also cold . Then worst part v were waiting to get our next order waiter could not got it i my self went to kithen requested for our food no use after 15 min v got d food . Due to late service v did not order for rice etc , Sorry to say it's shows management is overlooking over estimating with over confidence as u know ur establishment is Renown's , Sir u can make good fortune if u take your time to look forward .

Wt the hell very bad service they taken food order after 1 hour also they didnt serve and the receptionist vishwanth hi is drinking on the main entrence in frant of the castomer and not talking respectly with the castomer miss behaving also room service is totally wrost dont visit this lodge u didnt get respect

Nice experience visiting this hotel. Its right on the highway, yet closely connected to city. Hotel has lot of ample spaces to park 15-20 cars. Has space to have a little walk in the morning. Right in front of a mall. Food was also good at room service. And the best part is the price, as if you are traveling and needed for 1 night stay, you can not get better than this.

When it comes to restaurants, they have good food and and different places for different categories of people. You have a family section. Open garden type of restaurant with drinks and also a place where its more friends can enjoy their drinks without getting disturbed. They also have a great room service. This place is recommended to all kinds of travelers, like business travelers, couples or even travelers for a good rest. There is a great food court right opposite to the hotel, with good options for evening snacks.

Rooms are very dirty and smells very bad Washroom is also not clean very sticky and smelly..

At bellary it is one of the best and finest hotels available. And the food they is top class.. Not to mention the service they provide is also very good. The food worth the money we pay there. The hotel is also near to the bus stand so that its easy to get there. The hotel has near by shops which can get any thing you want even good clothing, medicine,etc..

Its a nice place to visit with a family and friends.... It serves both vegetarian cuisine and Non-veg... It has even bar also but bar and dining are separate here... Its even good for kids also... It has good parking facilities.. The hotel has lodge with a moderate price... The only thing is hygiene should improve....

On 25 of sept night I took chicken kebabs (they gave rotten one which is not crispy n rotten smelly) and one leg piece (not fried properly, didn't wash it I found chicken 's blood on leg piece) please I wasted 350rs which was not at all nice .. not good response, service and security ppl also fr money they show us respect (touching our bikes n giving us even if it's locked) worst worst worst... People think twice before spending ur money .. never ever ll step into ur hotel .. getting vomiting seeing leg piece blood response.. 🙆🙏🙏
