I just moved to the neighborhood and was pretty nervous about finding a salon I liked. I tried Refined Beauty; I got my hair cut and colored by Erin. I really love how my hair looks. I got curtain bangs for the first time and have been really enjoying them! I also got a subtle balayage all over and have been obsessed. Erin is very good at what she does. Happy to have found a great salon on my first try in this neighborhood :)

Gaby did an incredible job! It was my first time at the salon. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was also my first time trying balayage style and Gabi did a great job talking with me for what I was exactly looking for and explaining the process. It turned out even better than I was expecting. I visit refined beauty for several reasons, and I am never disappointed. I adore the staff at the salon, everyone is very nice and personable. I see Ben for a cut and color [BLONDE], his attention to the small details is impeccable. He does an awesome job, I have no trouble explaining what I want done and Ben always understands and helps get me to my hair vision. I would absolutely recommend Ben and any of the Refined beauty staff to a friend!

I’ve been getting my hair done with Ben for almost 4 years. I moved to Chicago and I still come all the way to Naperville to get it done. I LOVE how dedicated he is. Always ends up making my dream hair color come true ✨ the staff team is also very welcoming and helpful. I can say this is like my second house 😂 I’m mostly stuck in this place for like 5 to 7 hours and I LOVE IT ! 🙌🏾 If you are thinking of doing something risky and creative and fun I recommend BEN ✨

I used Refined Beauty for my wedding party plus ten bridesmaids! The team was super professional and accommodated my large wedding party well. I loved my hair and makeup look and appreciated Jessica’s suggestions for what complements my hair and skin. I really felt that Jennifer, Jessica, Erin and Gabby cared about me as the bride and made my experience stress free. We did not start super early in the morning and we finished with plenty of time for touch ups. The team even arrived before our start time and looked glam and in heels! I felt like a celebrity with how they pampered me and even gave me an emergency Mrs swag bag after my services. I cannot recommend them enough and look forward to their services to come!

I wish I could give Refined Beauty a hundred stars!! I had my and my bridesmaids' hair and makeup done with Refined Beauty. Communication beforehand was effortless and Jessica always sent helpful emails and reminders. My trial with Erin was so much fun and Erin took the time to get to know me and to understand exactly what I wanted. I could tell immediately that Erin was extremely passionate and knowledgeable regarding wedding hair and makeup. On the day of our wedding, Erin and Ben were both so great! We all looked so beautiful! They were professional, friendly, and fit right in with our group. Ben did an excellent job, especially with my mom, who is extremely particular with her hair. The bridesmaids' hair withstood a very long day full of pictures and lots of dancing. Our makeup, done by Erin, was absolutely stunning. I was so impressed that all of our makeup stayed on all day and night despite us all sweating from the heat. I just had a Sugaring & a Signature Facial with Hannah! It was incredible! I love the way she explains the process and the benefits of each treatment. Hannah is very knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. This was my first time having the facial done and it was an hour that I surely needed! It was relaxing and my skin felt so energized after! I can’t wait to go back for another one soon! Definitely recommend Hannah ☺️

Erin did my hair and I got 24 inch wefts. The hair matches my actual hair in color to the T! I also wanted the hair for a specific date that was a week away and she made expedited shipping happen! I got them the day before and she quoted me a 4 hour gap; but was done in under 3 hours. The only thing was I could not get longer than 24 inches (custom) at that time; but I am glad I chose to still get the 24 inches because it’s longer than I thought! I love Erin and will be coming back for my maintenance. I also love their products. Glad I found them from a quick google search :-)

I was looking for a new salon/stylist and saw that Refined Beauty had great reviews and thought I would try it. I am somewhat picky about my hair and was very skeptical. As soon as I entered the salon they made me feel welcome! I got Missy as my stylist and was sooooo happy I did! She was so welcoming and explained everything as she was doing it and listened to what i wanted and gave great suggestions! I love my new cut! Thank you Missy!

Fantastic salon! I came in for a long haircut and foilyage color with Erin! Her work made me feel so happy and beautiful! She really took the time to listen to my ideas about what I wanted and even made some suggestions I hadn’t thought of! Everything turned out wonderful and her attentiveness to detail was super obvious once we were all done! I will definitely be working with her again soon! I recommend getting their new hair treatments! I am so happy with my service!!

The space here is super cozy. I’ve been seeing Hannah for sugaring for years and now still make the drive from St. Charles because she is awesome. She is super detailed, skilled at what she does, and friendly. It feels like catching up with a friend while getting the best service. Great vibes. Highly recommend. If you feel your skin is sensitive to waxing try sugaring!
