Went for a Friday night early dinner. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait but it ended up being about 10 minutes. We immediately ordered a beer and plain cheese pizza. About 10 minutes after that we ordered the sopressata hot honey special pizza and a sausage one. The cheese pizza came pretty quick but from when the cheese pizza dropped to the other 2 it took 54 minutes. Now I know it was Friday night, it was full but in that entire window we were not checked in on once to know what was happening. When we were finally able to get our waitresses attention we ordered dessert and got our check. At 630 pm they were out of 2 desserts and our pizzas arrived. They pizza crust was delicious. The sausage was smaller than marble size, a bit disappointing, especially after all that wait. I had considered just leaving cash and taking off more than once because of the wait and lack of communication and connection with out waitress. The pizzas were charred but some parts were burnt and inedible. When we did get our total it was on a computer screen with just a total. I would've asked for a receipt but I just wanted to leave due to frustration and hanger. Might be willing go give it another shot on a nice summer day but not if there's many people. Disappointed experience all around despite some pretty good tastes.

Bungalow was busy! We did not make a reservation, though the host was able to seat us immediately. Loud and busy! Server let us know pizza takes 35+ minutes for preparation. We ordered three pies, bread & sun-dried tomato pesto, and salad. The salad was huge and tasted garden fresh. The sun-dried tomato pesto was amazing! For our pizza selections: soppressata + hot honey, nduja + squash, and pepperoni. The pizza was all eaten. Note: their pepperoni pizza is not traditional, and BMB is not best (IMO) for tavern style pizza. The group concluded that the nduja + squash pie was a favorite. Shared happy tasting pizza! I wish they offered n/a beer. Delightful pizza dining!

This place is ok. Maybe overrated to say the least. Nice spot for the location, but had better. Came during weekend Happy Hour which was cool, but the only outstanding parts were probably the Bread + Beet Tahini - unique for sure, and their own Chard'd (white) wine (pictured here). Had high hopes for their pizza that was wildly reviewed. Pictured here is their Sausage and Olive Pizza. Just a bit of sausage. Although we opted to be indoors, it was a bit drafty and cool. Not sure if I would come back.

First time visit on a Friday evening. Late enough that there wasn't any wait and the pizza was delivered much faster than the stated normal of 45-60 minutes. Interior and outside seating areas are very cool, great atmosphere. Started with bread and salad appetizers. Both were pretty good, something about the dressing and bitter ingredients in the salad didn't work for me. Of the three pizzas I enjoyed the cheese the most. Good sauce and crust. The mushroom pizza seemed a little bland, just didn't seem like much was going on. The red pizza with anchovies was ok but without much balance for the sauce it was a touch acidic. Had two glasses of their new in house wine production. One was decent, the other didn't taste like much, will try the beer next time.

The food, service, vibe, and atmosphere were all lovely! Glad we finally stopped in here. We got two pizzas, which were delicious. The adult cheese pizza is definitely a fantastic cheese pizza, the menu doesn’t lie. There’s an extra dimension to the flavor, perhaps the sauce, that I really enjoyed. The muhammara and squash was also tasty. The space is large and has both an inside and outside space. We sat inside, as it was a bit chilly out, and it’s got a bit of a boho, down to earth vibe that was relaxing. Outside space looked nice with the warm, hanging lights, and seemed particularly suited to a summer/fall night sitting around the fire having pizza and drinking beer and wine. Overall vibe felt something from the show Schitt’s creek. Service was great; our servers were attentive and had helpful recommendations.

The place is way overrated. As the kids these days say "mid". And when I say overrated I mean the pizza and beers. We got the olive and sausage pizza and there was maybe 1 sausage ripped into pieces throughout the entire pizza. It literally had very little enjoyable taste to it. And the beers were very very basic and boring. Forgot which two I grabbed but they weren't anything special. Also I tried to tip in cash and the guy stared at the money as if it was foreign currency, which made me laugh. Staff is nice though.

I found myself here randomly. It was a Tuesday so only the Tavern menu was available. I ordered the special: broccoli casserole, bread + cultured butter, & a coke. My total was $42. I came around 6p. It was really busy. I lucked up on a seat at the bar. The service was okay. The bar had a good view of everything. Great atmosphere and vibe. Which was good because the food took about an hour to arrive. They only had beer, wine, and bottled coke. I wouldn’t come back on a Tuesday.

Great Neapolitan style pizza with a very manageable menu. We had four pizzas and my favorite was the mushroom, very flavorful and delicious. The kale salad was simple but good, nothing to write home about. Their drink menu was quite bare so I would have liked to see more options for wine and cocktails. They only had an old fashion option, which was too sweet so I stuck with their wine.

By far one of my favorite spots in the area! Great food, great service, and unique beer! It feels like an escape from the city when I come here! The sourdough bread and pizza crust is delicious 😋 I keep coming back for more! Breakfast and dinner are both yummy!

I walked in on a Friday night, it wasn't too busy and we were seated right away after showing our vaccine cards. We chose to sit in their "outdoor" area, which was enclosed and heated so not cold even though it's mid January. The ordering is done on our phones by scanning a qr code on the table, you also can close and pay your tab on your phone too. Simple and quick! As for food, we ordered the "Soppressata + Hot Honey Pizza" between the two of us. It was sooo good and not too heavy. For drinks I got a hot toddy which was perfect for warming me up. I would definitely come by again, the vibes were cozy and the food was delicious 😋

Visited for Tuesday Tavern night for the first time. Absolutely superb. Elevated Tavern style pizza to levels never before seen. A two step cooking process ensures the crust has a char, an element usually never found on midwest Tavern pizza. Absolutely best in the nation midwest (Wisconsin, Chicago, St Louis and parts of Minnesota) Tavern style pizza. 8.7

Honestly the BEST pizza I’ve ever had. And just when I thought customer service wasn’t important to establishments anymore I was wrong. Thank you Pete and staff for the recognition of a small incident and making up for it- not even worth mentioning what the inconvenience was but the fact that it was acknowledged and made right is just something that I respect 100% and will be back over and over. Your kindness did not go unnoticed and made the night. The atmosphere is beautiful and so comfy. Just really loved my experience.and I can’t say enough how amazing the pizza is!! Even boring ol cheese was AMAZING. Thank you thank you thank you!

I’ve been having dreams about this food since I had it. I had a sandwich (can’t find the name of it) and I ate it so fast. I’m not a sandwich person and I was blown away at how good this was. Both of my friends got the dough boats, and they give them a 10/10. The aesthetic of Bungalow is very cute. The inside is very homey. We could spend hours talking here. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I’ll be back (hopefully VERY soon)! For more reviews follow me here on google or on instagram @audrey.pulliam 💕

Cute spot for groups or a date. They have great pizzas and their own beer and kombucha. They have a nice outdoor area when it’s warm out, even when it’s cold out they have a tented outdoor area that is warm. One comment is that they don’t have any protein options on the menu, the only protein you can find is maybe a pizza topping. Would be great if they had a salad with protein options for people that don’t eat pizza.

"That was the best pepperoni pizza I've ever had!" my son said after this delightful meal. We were immediately drawn to the delicious looking pizzas and beers and tried to take a crew of 7 here on a Friday night. But we got skunked after waiting a while and ended up elsewhere. Thankfully we came back the next day for lunch and were absolutely delighted by how good the salad, pizzas and cheese boat were. Excellent house-made kombucha too. Even though they were clearly busy, the staff were pretty friendly too. The crust truly stole the show, and is definitely in my top 10 crusts of all time.

One of the best breads and pizza experience 🩶 Loved the place! Full of doggos and amazing pizza 🍕 and beer 🍺 We ordered pistachio pesto, mushroom pizza and the adult cheese. All of them were solid!

After receiving positive recommendations about their pizza, I finally got the opportunity to give this place a try. Although I intended to sample their Margherita pizza, I was unaware that they only serve tavern style pizza on Tuesdays. Consequently, I opted for the sausage pizza instead. It turned out to be excellent, with a flawlessly thin and crispy crust complemented by a tangy and flavorful sauce. I certainly plan on returning to experience their Italian style pizza. The only downside I encountered was the considerable wait time after placing my order.

Amazing selection of food. Fresh, hot, and very tasty. The breads were especially delicious! Casual shabby chic atmosphere - really nice. Interesting brews. Service was a bit slow... but we went on a busy Saturday for lunch...
