It
was
my
first
visit
to
Noggin
Salon.
I
had
an
appointment
at
4:45
pm,
and
I
was
on
time;
when
I
walked
out
and
turned
engine
in
my
car,
time
on
the
clock
was
5:12
pm,
so
I
spent
total
of
27
min
including
walking
to
and
from
the
washing
station
to
get
my
hair
wet,
haircut
itself,
styling
(which
I
specifically
asked
not
to
do),
waiting
for
receptionist
to
finish
talking
to
another
client,
spinning
the
wheel
of
fortune,
paying
for
the
service
and
walking
back
to
the
car.
As
for
the
haircut
itself,
Danny
was
pleasant
and
nice
but
when
I
noticed
that
hardly
any
hair
was
cut
off
(I
have
a
short
pixie)
and
asked
to
cut
it
shorter,
it
was
not
done.
I
walked
out
with
the
same
length
on
the
top
as
I
walked
in.
$60
(plus
$10
cash
tip)
for
a
barely
20
min
haircut
does
not
justify
the
service
I
received.
The
whole
experience
was
very
disappointing.

In
my
40+
years
of
experience
in
different
salons
(as
well
as
countries),
it
was
the
shortest
time
that
was
spent
on
my
haircut

Why
would
I
want
to
come
back
for
adjustment,
if
right
there,
on
the
spot
(sitting
in
the
chair)
I
pointed
out
what
needs
to
be
fixed
and
it
was
not
done?
Why
not
use
designated
time
(45
min),
as
in
all
places
I've
been
before,
to
do
a
proper
job?
4-
It's
doesn't
matter
what
certificates
hairdresser
posses,
it's
how
the
job
is
performed
which
in
my
case
was
really
bad.
I
absolutely
don't
mind
paying
$60
for
a
haircut
but
it
should
be
done
properly.
A
client
asks
specifically
not
to
do
styling
and
blow
drying
but
it
was
done
anyway
(because
everyone's
getting
it?)
Where
do
you
see
professionalism
here?
Am
I
missing
something?
An
experienced
and
educated
professional
would
listen
to
the
client,
to
begin
with.
And
if
(as
the
owner)
you
think
that
20
min
(close
to
17-18)
for
a
haircut
is
normal
practice
(charging
$60),
I
feel
bad
for
the
customers.
