Don't overlook the reviews stating the team is unhappy, disengaged,, or downright disgruntled. My kids had fun but at the expense of waiting, A LOT! Some never even spoke a word, just grabbed their harness and pulled them to a place they needed them. The teens were so disengaged, it took 2 to 3 times longer to do anything. Many attractions were shut down, likely too few staff. Those that were there were inattentive, never spoke, completely unhappy or were downright rude. I've never been so uncomfortable purely based on how the staff was acting. We paid good money, the kids had a good enough time though hence the 2 star review. I will not go back, it was utterly disappointing. I'm not asking for Disney Theme Park quality enthusiasm but pretend to be interested in what you do and help the kids.

Can I give this place 6 stars? Friendly, attentive staff. VERY clean! I saw every worker doing some kind of cleaning/wiping down. The stations were all in good working order. They have massage chairs near every station which is nice for the parents. The music and lights were fun & I can’t think of anything else they could add to the place! The cafeteria was reasonably priced. I got 4 huge chicken strips, waffle fries and a pop for under $10! We spent 4.5 hours there & loved every minute. Definitely worth it to go with the platinum package so you can have unlimited access to the go carts.

Pretty cool place. Came part of a private group after hours. Not everything was open which I understand, but I'd totally pay for the go karts! The track looks fairly simple but the vertical rise and fall look really fun. The kids enjoyed themselves for sure!

Fun place if it was better equipped. Disappointed it is so expensive and the lack of harnesses make lines super long. 3 bumper cars not charged or broken so couldn’t do double ride. Sky walk thing closed. Rock climbing area only had 4 harnesses and no time limit so you wait in line an hour or more if the kids don’t want to leave. There are tons of people working here but it’s like they’re all just standing around. It’s an awesome place but disappointed on todays visit.

So I booked my 3yo golden birthday here because it’s his favorite spot. It’s a Tuesday so the crowd is light. I’m sad to say I’m extremely disappointed with urban air and how they handled my baby birthday experience. To start off upon walking in they set us up in the wrong private room, then I was told that they don’t offer bottled waters just pitchers of waters. The staff was nice about getting us set up to the right room but the room was dirty, floors were sticky and the decorations were bad. Welp lesson learned. Last time booking a party at urban air.

What a fun and clean place! My 10yo went to a birthday party a few months ago and asked if she could have her birthday there as well. It was pretty expensive but you only turn 10 once! She had an amazing time and said it was the best birthday ever! However, it can be easy to lose track of kiddos, but all kiddos were found safe and sound. My only suggestion would be more/bigger signage to the different areas of the park because it took me a while to know where the trampoline area was located, the place is soo huge!! I'm not sure if we'll have another birthday there, but we'll definitely come back for a visit!

Ridiculous that there are only 4 harnesses in the climbing area and no one gets a time limit. One kid stayed in there over 30 minutes. This is so expensive for kids to wait so long. I asked the people monitoring and they said kids can stay as long as they want and they can’t ask them to leave. Literally one kid just ran throwing a ball at the worker the entire time. I even asked the team lead and she said everyone just waits until the next kid wants to leave. No time limit. And I guess 2 harnesses are broken.

Great place! 51 inches height restriction for the tube maze. 52 + inches to drive the go carts however the bumper cars allow for shorter children.

Birthday party was a big success 🎉😀. The kids were happy and they had access to everything. Our host checked in frequently and we were provided everything we needed. I would recommend a slightly bigger size kid party (like 10-12 age minimum) if you buy the deluxe package, to take full advantage of all the activities, that younger kids might be too nervous to do. Otherwise the basics will tire them out just as well.

They say they are banquet friendly, which Is why we paid to host our football Banquet at the establishment. I would definitely have to disagree. We spent over $900 for a team of 14 kids and two pizzas. There weren't even enough seats for the team. We had no where to put the banquet cake, trophies or drinks because the food table is so small. All the parents were standing the entire time. I would not advertise hosting banquets at this business. Yes, the boys had. A great time but the rooms are very small and are not ment to accommodate large groups of people. Our host was good and the staff was friendly ,but disappointed overall with the experience.

We were looking for a trampoline park, this place had SO MUCH MORE! With 6 kids ages 7mo to 13 years it's hard to find a place for everyone. But this place had it all! We spent almost 4 hours and the kids were still having a blast!!!

My daughter and her friends had a great time here, jumping, eating and playing. The food was great and the host was really helpful. We can’t wait to return.

Was excited to bring my two nieces here! Heard great things and overall we enjoyed the experience but ended up leaving earlier than we would have liked. Tons of kids running around unsupervised, loud and disrespectful, while the parents sat on their phones in the birthday party rooms unaware. Two kids had a fistfight in the ball pit. Long lines for go kart (TOTALLY understand) and a few of the attractions we were excited for (paying the extra $$) were not operating. When you pay for your ticket, they should give you a list of attractions that are available and open THAT DAY so you are able to pay appropriately for what you’re actually going to get.

had my son’s 10th birthday party here & had a WONDERFUL experience! Mel was our birthday host & she was super sweet & so kind! whatever we needed she was on top of it! she was the BEST! Tony was the manager on duty & he was also super helpful & kind. they provided candles & a cake cutter which was helpful because you can easily forget the little things like that. we had an amazing experience & will definitely be returning!

Tony was amazing! He was the manager and he made us feel welcome and showed us around the park before committing to a package size. He was friendly and patient and took his time with us. I could see he was juggling many other things, but he kept an excellent attitude with us and we could tell he had everything completely under control. We had a great experience and we will come back. The place was clean, staff was very accommodating and friendly, and everything was in great working order. Thank you, Tony, for the wonderful first experience.

A little pricey depending on the age group of your child but fun. I like all the adult seating. I wish they had a small area for toddler to keep them busy while older kids play.

I had my daughter birthday party here with family and friends. A big party of 14 kids, yeah I know, lol. They say that the first impression is the one that will last. The staff at Urban Air was by far the most helpful I've ever experienced at any establishment I've ever been to! The manager Christian helped me through the slight confusion I had by it being my first time here. That's a great guy!! From the moment we sat down at our table we were graciously greeted by Sarah (asst. Case Manager ). She was absolutely attentive to our wants, needs, and much much more. Urban Air is lucky to have employees such as these two individuals. I rarely write out my reviews but, this was most definitely a experience that I had to speak about! Saying thanks can not be enough to express the appreciation, gratefulness, and down respect for Sarah (asst. Case Manager ) and the way she made us feel so comfortable and catered too. So much so I had to give her a hug! A few actually! May God bless you in all of your days to come!

My wife and I took our daughter and her best friends in for her birthday since she had off from school. Tony R. The OPS Manager was awesome with providing over the top customer service. He made sure to give the best package and other recommendations at their venue. Our kids had a blast and us as parents were very pleased with the outcome. Overall we were happy with the cost and the level of customer service provided here at Urban Air. Will definitely be back with our kids since they had a blast and were tired when we got home.
