Renovation
company
left
my
apartment
in
bad
condition
with
paint
splatters,
holes
in
my
ceiling,
bugs
in
my
windows,
cuts
in
the
floor,
no
backs
to
my
cabinets
so
there's
what
appears
to
be
a
moldy
wall,
and
the
floor
tile
was
done
so
poorly
with
many
cracks
and
raised
tiles.
Overall
it
appears
someone
with
0
skills
remodeled
the
apartment.
No
dishwasher,
no
garbage
disposal,
no
microwave,
even
though
the
model
unit
showed
a
microwave.
Stove
was
wobbling
all
over
the
place
when
I
moved
because
the
vinal
flooring
had
a
huge
hole,
making
the
floor
eneven.
Ceiling
fan
wasn't
attached
appropriately
and
is
loud/wobbly.
Was
finally
fixed
after
4
months.
Homeless
and
drug
addicts
hang
by
the
church
nearby
every
day
throughout
the
summer.
Had
to
call
the
cops
on
addicts
outside
my
window
fighting,
playing
music,
and
doing
drugs.
Paper
thin
walls
and
doors.
If
you
want
privacy,
look
elsewhere
because
you
will
absolutely
be
able
to
hear
anyone's
conversation
through
the
door.
I'm
glad
that
I
have
quiet
neighbors.
The
first
several
months
were
bad
though,
because
one
of
my
neighbors
had
a
dog
that
would
whine
and
pound
on
my
neighbors
door
which
echoed
into
my
apartment
sounding
like
someone
was
banging
on
the
walls.
Hot
water
and
water
pressure
is
inconsistent.
No
maintenance
on-site
on
Sundays.
There
is
no
accessible
way
to
find
the
emergency
maintenance
phone
#,
i
had
to
call
the
leasing
office
and
ask.
Would
have
helped
after
my
toilet
was
flushing
for
over
9
hours
throughout
the
night
non-stop.
Elevators
are
horrible
quality
and
incredibly
slow
and
SMALL.
If
you
decide
to
move
here
despite
this
review,
make
sure
you
measure
the
elevator.
I'm
grateful
that
I'm
on
the
3rd
floor
so
I
don't
need
to
worry
about
the
elevators
that
much.
No
dishwasher,
so
keep
that
in
mind
if
you
want
to
hand
wash
dishes
with
limited
countertop
space.
Roaches
everywhere
on
the
first
floor.
Bike
room
is
filled
with
HUNDREDS
of
dead
cockroaches.
I
found
one
this
month
(October)
that
was
dying
in
front
of
someone's
apartment
door.
And
find
several
crawling
around
the
doorways
of
the
1st
floor
apartments.
I
found
a
roach
in
the
laundry
room.
Speaking
of
the
laundry
room,
it's
adjacent
to
the
garbage
chute.
Why
is
that
important
information?
Because
sometimes
when
you
head
towards
the
laundry
room,
you
will
get
the
unmistakable
and
putrid
stench
of
trash
that
lingers
in
the
hallway
and
laundry
area.
Washers
are
almost
always
disgusting.
Littered
with
dog
hair
and
other
debris.
As
of
10/30,
my
faucet
broke.
It's
so
obvious
that
they
cut
corners
on
EVERYTHING
they
could.
Paying
1400/mo
for
a
300sq
ft
studio
with
the
most
cheap
appliances
is
a
scam.
Not
to
mention
I'm
paying
110/mo
on
utilities,
so
im
paying
for
all
of
my
utilities
as
well.
$1510
for
a
cheaply
remodeled
apartment
that
constantly
has
problems.
It
constantly
smells
like
sewage
and
trash
in
the
ground
floor
near
the
packages
and
leasing
office.
The
"security"
guard,
if
youd
call
them
that,
who
is
tall
and
skinny,
was
literally
sleeping
at
his
desk
and
is
often
not
even
at
the
desk.
I
was
working
on
getting
a
subletter,
and
I
swear
they
purposely
took
their
sweet
time
to
process
everything,
not
to
mention
how
unorganized
they
are.
My
subletter
was
working
with
Sean,
so
he
sent
his
docs
to
him,
but
he
was
out
of
office
so
couldn't
complete
anything.
Instead
of
offering
to
handle
it
herself,
Keyara
said
that
we
have
to
wait
tomorrow
because
somehow
Sean
is
the
only
person
available
that
can
process
an
application.
What?!
Then
what
is
Keyara's
job?
Additionally,
once
we
got
to
the
lease,
they
took
their
sweet
time
getting
it
out
to
my
subletter.
Saying
we
would
have
to
wait
until
tomorrow
because
Sean
was
busy
with
something.
Note,
there
was
2
whole
hours
left
of
the
day
to
complete
a
lease.
I
know
it
doesn't
take
that
long
because
I
used
to
be
a
leasing
agent.
It's
unacceptable
that
Sean
is
apparently
the
only
one
that
can
process
applications
and
lease
contracts.
What
exactly
are
the
other
people's
jobs
then?
