Manager of this place is old school talent!!! Staff is very hard and smart workers!!! This business place is example = which one school is better = OLD SCHOOL UNDERSTANDING BUSINESS MUCH BETTER THAN COMPUTER SYSTEM!!! GOD BLESS THIS TEAM!!!

Fabulous staff! Fabulous customer service, just all out amazing location. Explained in detail my contact prescription. Answered all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable before leaving with my glasses and contacts. Jennifer was my sales person but the four ladies that I interacted with on August 16th 2022 at 5:45 pm were the most amazing group that assisted one another as well as the customers that came through the doors. I plan to never visit the awful service received at Niles, Touhy location or the inconvenience of my time at Chicago Brickyard locations again.

Not a children friendly place. Accepting my toddler were all over the place, there was one customer service lady(couldn't catch her name)who was rude and passed comments to one of her workers, "it was like zoo in here, you missed the fun". Giving a stars just because of that employee. Other than her the doctor, the pretest employees and Lily who was assisting us, they showed excellent customer service and professionalism.

Dr.Fazelian is an amazing optometrist! I have an eye infection and she has been very patient and kind with me. I had several concerns during my appointment and she made me feel so much better. I really appreciate that she always takes the time to answer my questions and has such a calm demeanor. Her assistant is also very sweet. Thank you!

Jennifer was very knowledgeable and helpful in securing the right glasses for me. She looked at my previous pair I had purchased in the system and we discovered that the pair was discontinued. In order to help me, she assisted finding a similar style that I ended up liking even better than my previous pair! She was very personable and she created a welcoming atmosphere that makes this store a place I would gladly come back to when I need a new pair. Thanks for the help!

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable! Everything was efficient throughout the whole process. Dawn & Joe were great in assisting me. My glasses arrived before the date they predicted and they are the best fitting frames I’ve had in over a decade.

Absolutely love this location! Dr. Mary was very knowledgeable, professional, made me feel comfortable, & was able to get the exact perfect prescription I needed. Daniela was helpful in getting me the best deal with my insurance for the glasses & contacts I was buying. Store manager Dawn was very friendly & provided terrific customer service when I picked up my glasses to ensure they fit perfectly and I was happy. It's difficult these days to find a place with great customer service, highly recommend this location.
