This is a treasure of a Shoppe to go to. It was a beautiful drive out there from Ozaukee County. I saw a segment on TV Fox6 and was happy to have seen it on the news. The Museum was very nice and well laid out, learned a lot actually!! Found many items to try at home and also as gifting ideas. The staff were helpful and extremely friendly! I will be back for more honey items.

No purchase for admission. Fun scavenger hunt to play and appropriate for any age. Good selection in the store too!

Very interesting place to learn about bees, I liked it a lot and my children even more. The gentleman who attends there is very kind.

Tastiest honey you'll find around these parts. They also have a museum that's free for you to peruse. You can order online and they'll ship it to you, or you can pick it up in person. I'm a big fan of the basswood and am hoping they bring it back into stock. Haven't tried any of their snack items, but I can vouch for the honey. Good honey can really make all the difference in a cup of tea. If you're even slightly curious, just stop in and buy a honey stick; if it isn't the tastiest honey you've had then try a different flavor—they have a lot of varieties.

A great tiny museum that has a bunch of good information stuffed inside. An easy 20-30 activity for the kids, and very delicious treats available to buy.

In the middle of nowhere but has a neat little honey bee museum and gift shop. The honey bee museum is free though, so that's really nice. It gave me something (free) to do with my kids on their spring break.

This is a really neat little place that was perfect for a summer excursion. The museum is nice and cool and we got a nice break from the heat. The kids learned a lot about bees and making honey! We bought a few things in the shop and we absolutely love the vanilla honey sticks, if they had more than one package I would have bought more! We were hoping for honey lollipops as well but surprisingly they don’t have any.

Very few people there which allowed a leisurely pace in the museum. Very educational to learn about bees and honey making. Nice prices in the store.

My parents took me here as a kid 20 years ago, just revisited today with my boyfriend. So cool! We had fun, learned a lot, and enjoyed talking with the owners. My sister has strict dietary restrictions, but can get have their honey products as a treat, they are delicious ❤️

I went with three kids ages 5, 6, and 7. They were amazed by the live honeycomb and watching the bees in action. They did learn quite a few things that day but the best part was the ice cream sweetened with honey (while I enjoyed the raspberry flavored dark chocolate filled with honey patties). We spent about a half an hour there including walking the 10 minute trail they have behind the building.

What a great idea nicely executed, they have created a "destination " with a museum that is small but very well done highlighted by a young friendly and knowledgeable woman to answer questions and provide additional insights. Then there is the store. All top notch, reasonably priced and delicious varieties of honey and honey products, i highly recommend this place

Really cool museum with an impressive array of educational books for purchase (as well as honey and treats). The highlight, though, is an active hive that they have put glass over half of which gives you a really awesome view into how bees live in their hive!

Interesting small museum all about bees and bee keeping. The retail store has incredible tasty treats from ice cream, candy, spreads, honey, candles, lip balm, and books for adults and kids. They are open on Saturdays seasonally and open until 8-3:30pm M-F.

A quaint little store and honey museum. There are free samples to try the different products that are made with honey. My favorite part is the sneak peak in a functioning wild beehive inside the museum. Do not expect to spend more than an hour or so, but it is a interesting insight into the importance of bees in our society.
