Horrible management and horrible trailers. Within a month of living there my I had a whole in my floor. Ant infestation. Charles was the worst.

I'm a 51yr old, that has been handicap for 18yrs. I've survived breast cancer & chemotherapy 3yrs now My first HOME since I've moved back from Florida... 5yrs ago. I love the management (Susan). Very nice, no problem moving in. She made it very easy for me.

Cheap and affordable living. Its in a great location. Osolo school district. Friendly neighbors are here for you! Around the corner are convienence stores ..gas stations ..eaterys...and much much more. Located in uptown Elkhart on Cassopolis St. Trailer park has good clean up to date trailers and appliances!! Been here almost 2 yrs now Charles and Anthony and thier crew are a great group of people to live under .. if there are ever any issues they are right there getting thing fixed. Coundn't ask for a better bunch of people !!! Well done

This is nothing but another example of owners taking advantage of it's rental property. The trailers range from 1970 to maybe 1984. All are in disrepair and shabby. For the 220. A week 2 members of my family pay to stay here I only pray nightly that these fire traps don't go up in flames

I have lived here for 8 years! I definitely would reccomend this place! Anthony and charles and the MAINTENANCE TEAM are very friendly and caring people! They have definitely helped me out more than enough! So they get 5 stars from me DEFINITELY! thanks for all you do B&D PROPERTIES! Can I have a year of free rent? My speech was great. My fiance and I moved here in January. This is a very nice place to live. Charles and Anthony always take care of what we need. When we have issues they take care of it with a reasonable amount of time.

Any problem there has been has been handled quickly and professionally , this place has a great maintence team. The only way i could see someone having an issue here is if they made an issue for themselves lol
