Room was nice, the advertised hot tub worked, (unlike 3 other hotels we have visited on this trip!) also the room was bigger then expected . Breakfast was good!

Great experience. I really like the room suite. I had a work desk, living room area to sit and have a glass of wine and listen to music. They have a pool for exercise. Nice place. I recommend it to others. I drove there from Richmond, VA. When I got checked in, it felt like home.

One of the worst experiences for a hotel we have had In a very very long time. I can understand renovations… but the lack of care, compassion, and basic customer service on top of rough accommodations are very unbelievable. Our 1st interaction was with an older lady with blonde hair whom we greeted (traditionally being welcomed in to a hotel is a basic …)but she seemed confused… basically and awkwardly waiting for us to start talking. We checked in and we’re basically huffed along with our check in. We were tired and the kids were tired from a long flight and wanted to get to bed. We looked for sheets for the pullout couch and to no avail were any available. Because of the rude interactions at the front desk and trying to get the kids to sleep we sacrificed a sheet off both the beds to get the pullout couch setup for our youngest. In trying to get to bed the hvac unit made crazy noises all through the night like something was inside the unit banging around. The pillows were also the wildest mini square pillows I have every seen in my life. Pool had enough chlorine to kill an ox and I had to use a ton of eye drops after being in it to re hydrate my eyes. The hot tub looked like it had enough algae on the bottom of it to create a soft carpet for those that dared to go into it. Breakfast was ok but the fruit flies were always hanging around. The shower had zero pressure… it was so bad we all opted for baths instead… and washing our hair under the tub faucets. All this on top of paying rates that are higher than what we have paid at places four times the value and overall quality of service. They look like they have maintenance and updates going on but safety wise exits were blocked amongst other safety concerns. Definitely not a good experience

We had an 80th birthday party there. I was just a guest but I was happy with the location. The hotel was easy to find There was ample parking with a nice drop off area. The meeting room was nice, the windows made it look more than just a box of a room. The bathroom was a single, only 1 person could use it at a time and was both male and female. This would be something to consider if you were having a business presentation as group bathroom breaks would take a long time. This was a slight issue even for our unstructured birthday party.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times before over the last 5 or so years as family lives nearby. This trip, however, the hotel didn't meet expectations and in current situation I would not revisit. We arrived late in the day after a long road trip. After 3 in the family had showered, my wife alerted me to the fact that the bathroom was not really clean, having found hair in on floor by the tub. (not matching any in the family.) As it was late, we decided to ask the front desk the next morning to have the bath cleaned and floors cleaned. The next morning we did so and were assured it would be taken care of. After returning later in the day , the towels were changed but the hair remained. Also noted that the tile floors in both the bed and bath area were stained and not the cleanest. I spoke again to the front desk in person to Dawn and Ashat. I requested a night credit for the inconvenience. I was told that the mgr., Prit Soni, would contact me in the morning. I also noted to them that the hotel condition had deteriorated, carpets looking dingy, hallways not vaccuumed with same trash as the day before. I explained that I was leaving at 4 or so in the morning, but that he could call. I later received an adjusted room bill $-40.00. I found this unacceptable. Also to note, elevator seems banged up with broken tile. Breakfast eggs were rubber and inedible unless steamed for days is your thing. Maybe they'll get their act together. I'm not waiting.

This hotel has a no pet policy but the owner has a big labradoodle who’s not very friendly. As I walked into the hotel after work the dog was lunging at me and barking. How can you tell your paying customers no dogs are allowed but you parade around with a pet of your own. Practice what you preach. On top of that the pool and hot tub has not been cleaned in quite a while. I say this because of the smell of the chlorine is very strong indicating that they need to be cleaned and the bottom of the pool and hot tub are a dark grey and there’s stuff floating on top of the water. I will Never stay here again.

The rooms were really nice, but the pull out couch mattress springs could be felt. The pool could use a makeover but was adequate. Great service at front desk. The GPS was a bit off for turning into the hotel.

Comfort is not my usual choice of hotel, but I stayed here for a night when taking care of some family stuff in the area. The room was clean and it was quiet, so that was great. Unfortunately, the smart TV was too smart for whatever hotel cable service was supposed to be on it. I happened to have a Fire TV stick in the car, so I plugged that in to watch. This was a pain. One more thing, and I'm not sure what can really be done about this, but there is a curb in the middle of the road in front of the entrance to the driveway to the hotel. This seems like a small thing, but you have to pull a U turn if you're coming from the east to get in. If you are leaving and plan to go west, you have to go east and turn around somewhere.

I travel a bit for work and this is one of my favorite stops. Good size rooms with a fridge. Front desk people are awesome. It's nice to see the same workers each visit and they even recognize the regulars. They are making even more updates to the flooring. The market area in the lobby is actually affordable as well. Great hotel.

I was a little iffy because of the reviews. We went to visit my daughter who is on base. So I’ll say this, great location to the base. It was quiet, the coffee was amazing. We were on the 3rd floor, the tub drains just fine. Water was available in the lobby all day. The pool is a bit outdated so the water is not a green color it’s an old pool and was just fine. The entrance is indeed on the other side of the median so if you’re coming from one way you do have to turn around to get in. No big deal, you drive less than a minute to turn around. Oh and the tv had basic channels which was just fine as well. Thanks for a great stay, would for sure stay again.

I was very disappointed I booked two rooms . Both rooms the water was taking long to drain out of the tub. We waited 30min for the water to completely drain out. And the next family member to shower. I did hear complaints of other people saying the same thing about the shower not draining properly so it sound like they haven't taken care of this issue. I dont recommend this place.

Location was kind of hard getting into personally think it needs to be lit up more at the main entrance , the service was iffy. Front desk lady on Friday night gave us kind if a hard time being with a wedding party and made a rude comment when asking for pillows and few other things. The pull out couch in my room was absolutely disgusting had blood stains and a big yellow patch in the center of it. I wouldn't let my kid sleep on it I went n bought a air mattress vs my kids sleep on it.

The room wasn’t super dirty, but our air conditioning unit was super dirty and moldy. We stayed here for 2 nights with our baby, and obviously we don’t want her breathing in mold. They don’t move furniture around to clean beneath and behind it either. The lobby and hallways reek of marijuana constantly too. The room was 303 don’t stay her.

We had problems with our FIRST ROOM. They were rather minor but still present. It was if the hotel gave the lower ranked rooms to those who booked via 3rd party. They did offer us another room at a 25% discount. In the SECOND ROOM, 1) the tub had a stopper, 2) the small refrigerator had a freezer, 3) the closet was bigger, and 4) all channels on the TV worked. These were all the problems we had with the FIRST ROOM. Again, no big deal but still these little things do seem to add up. Is you're looking for a PERFECT ROOM, look somewhere else.

Jessica at the front desk really wowed us. I’m from out of town and called to make sure their location was close to where I needed to be, and she was very helpful over the phone. At check in, she greeted us and her customer service skills were superb. Really made us feel welcomed. The room was very spacious, beds super comfy. The pool and jacuzzi water looked a little murky, and the bubbles in the jacuzzi were dirty. Not much of a variety for breakfast.. for them to have such a big breakfast room, I was expecting a bit more of variety but it was alright. Better than most hotels that only serves cereal and yogurt. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Might not go in the pool or jacuzzi again, but everything else was great.

If you are gathering with people from all over, this hotel is in the right place. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and ready to help. The meeting rooms are available in various configurations.

Nice, comfortable hotel. Staff is helpful, and professional. The pool does need a good cleaning though. The water looks really murky, and the tiles on the side are very dirty.

The hotel was very welcoming of our family including the fur baby. The only thing I was not happy about was the pet area outside. It is near a road, there are a few trees in between, but there is also no light. It is pitch black at night in that area. Everything else about the hotel was great but the pet area was a big thing as our pet is fully potty trained. They were SO nice as to let us use one of their rooms downstairs for my family to gather and eat. We are all from 3 different cities so we needed an area to meet and I was so grateful for them letting us use that room. The hotel was clean, breakfast was alright and I have no complaints about the room or customer service. Thank you for a great experience

Staff was friendly, location was great, room was clean but only small complaints. The room had a odor, like a moldy odor, I went to Walgreens nearby to get a candle because the odor was not pleasant. One more thing was the bugs, there’s insects and bugs coming out of the heat and AC vents so I didn’t turn it on because I didn’t want to get a room full of insects. If These things improved or someone sealed the vents and cleaned out the vents, made improvements to the smell, this hotel would be great! Thank you!

Very clean. Desk clerk's we're friendly and helpful. I do suggest that you bring your own snacks. The snack store is insanely expensive. Every Hotel is so they don't lose a star for this.
