DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I was recording because I did read all the bad reviews and It came out it was all true. Listen his tone of voice when my friend ask a simple question. All rude people!! We could not even enter, the security guy was awful, he was being rude to my friend because he could not read her ID, like if that was her fault, he is saying she gave an attitude when she never said anything and was just shocked about the way he was talking to her. Parking people was rude too, they talk to you like if they are doing a favor for us by letting us in, definitely such a bad experience and they cut all the enthusiasm you might have, so sad there is never a good Latin place to go, I’m Latina and I feel more welcome in American places, such a trash place to go.

This place is horrible. The security guards are so unprofessional and rude. They want to be cops so bad and want authority but abuse it so bad. The way the security guards speak to women is also horrible. I am 5’2 and all of 100 pounds and the big Hispanic bouncer/security guard got in my face which is not right. They also broke my real id and said it was fake and said “I could go cry about it”. The place is also filled with men who don’t know how to keep your hands to themselves. If you want to get groped and possibly roofied this is the place to go. Overall very unprofessional and would never come back or recommend someone to come here.

NO! DO NOT GO! First, parking is 10$ which is absolutely ridiculous. Second, they charge 20$ admission CASH ONLY. Who has cash these days? And the ATM they have will charge you a 10$ fee. Are they serious???! Third, drinks are really bad. 10$ for a small drink that has no significant amount of alcohol. And last, security is the worst. We were a group of 4 dudes and 3 girls. Only three of us were 21+. At some point my gf was holding my drink so I can pull my pants up, and another girl had a sip from my friend's drink. And then a security dude just grabbed the girls and kicked them out with out a warning and without telling us that he did so. So all of a sudden we were 4 guys that didn't know what happened to the girls that were with us. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Please do not go to this place.

Completely horrible 7 of us came came here for 2020 New year's and we all completely regret it!! The guards have no respect for people over 21+ they cater to kids 18-20 as if they are priority. They kicked me and my friends out aggressively for no reason knocking off my thousand-dollar 14k Oakley's and his glasses too with no remorse, I am a rail roader and am now following a lawsuit after this and paying a layer outrageous money just to prove a point to shut them down.

They advertise $20 before 11pm and if you show up even a minute after it’s $40 a person. The “blue” room is tiny and the DJs are bad. If I could give this place a zero, I would.

They literally stole my multitool on my face. Didn't allow me to take it in even though it was concealed and not being brandished at all. I always carry it and don't consider it a weapon. Lady that padded me down took my vape and multi tool. I was told I could not bring either inside and that I would be getting them both back when I leave. I left and she only gave me my vape and ignored the existence of my multi tool. When I brought it to her attention that I needed it back too, she suddenly came up with the rule that she could not give it back even though I was informed that I would? It was about 3 am and there were not that many people, we left about 10 minutes upon entering, a total of 20 minutes or less spent in the establishment. Horrible experience inside, without even the point of this post, my group and I left ASAP. I came back the next day (today), since I called the manager an hour before opening and was told they could do something and to show up to the door. Tonight, everyone including security was rude. Was also informed by the manager, Alfredo or Alberto (idk his name for sure but he is bald) showed me a picture of where I saw my multi tool being stored last night, and was told it's no longer there. I tried taking a picture of my multi tool in the bin yesterday for liability concerns and the rude girl did not let me or even get her name. Why did she have to lie about my multi tool? Why would she say she would give everything back and then my multi tool is an exception? Very unprofessional. If she said that was the rule, maybe I would still have it in my possession and in my car. Hate this place. Can't believe this. It was a special multi tool. Handed down from my family. They have no appreciation for peoples stuff. Either say you're going to give it back, or just let us know that you're not responsible for it. Which one is it? This place is WACK! Reviews were right. All the services were unprofessional and all employees were RUDE! They treat people like nothing and I have never seen most securities at clubs on drugs which made my group feel uncomfortable since they are the ones who are suppose to secure the spot. Drove really far to come to this place & it turned out my husband and I were not able to get in because of a face tattoo that is a money bag. Asked the security if we could cover it up & he said no. Horrible service from the entrance, the security did not inform us that if we showed ID with a photo,alcohol could not be consumed, after we paid to leave our coats, we went to the bar to order drinks and the waitress was very unpleasant, she made gestures at us as we were bothering... First time going here to see Gerardo Ortiz place is super small they have only one line for everybody so people who bought their tickets online had to wait in the cold after people who were just buying tickets there also you get inside and everyone is practically smooshed together there is no where to sit they said there was no VIP tables then come to find out at almost 12:30 they are selling tables upstairs then the bathroom says women only so my brother goes downstairs to use the bathroom but security won't let him back up because he didn't have a wristband and we weren't given one when we were taken up to VIP after that we went downstairs (getting money back for that) where we tried to stay by the bar but place was too crowded couldn't really move in there and they kept letting people in.. was too crowded to the point where we couldn't see or dance so we left without seeing Gerardo Ortiz over paid for nothing Never Going Back!!

I wanted to give 0 stars. My table paid $500 for “VIP”, worst decision ever. First of all, you had to pay $10 for refills of the chasers which were coke and cranberry juice. VIP didn’t even get free water, we had to pay $5 for a water bottle. Also, it was $10 for parking which is ridiculous. And you can’t bring vapes into the facility. Most clubs and bars don’t care but Mansion did for some reason. Most importantly, which I am the most angry about is the crowd pushing the rope barriers and storming into our section that we paid for. We had only about an hour of an enjoyable VIP exclusive area, but people kept ducking under the rope and they also drank most of our alcohol that WE PAID FOR!!! Security did nothing about this and they won’t give us our money back. Security just told us they would buy us shots in return or that we had to fight the people in order to get our drinks and space back. How rude and unprofessional. Also don’t go here if you aren’t Hispanic, staff and others will treat you with disrespect. The only good thing about this place was the music, but even then it was hard to enjoy since I had to keep pushing people all night and didn’t get to drink the alcohol I paid for.

Not the best but I’ve been to worse places. Drinks are a hit or miss. When they do have a concert buy the ticket or be subject to an up charge at the door. Went to one event were the tickets were 20 dollars (online) an hour before the event and when at the door magically it went up to 60 dollars even for girls when most places let girls in for free.

Don’t trust this place. Their own security and valet parking people will make up their own prices and over charge you/scam you. One valet will tell you it’s 10$ for parking , next guy will tell you it’s 15$ , then the last guy will tell you it’s $25 , and it won’t stop. Entrance fee will be promoted as 1$ , but will charge you at the front 60$ per person after you already payed for parking.

Liquor & Water is over-priced.. They have 1oz or less shots for $12,. $5 bottle water that looks like it came from Walmart. You have to wear a mask which is understandable but you don't have wear it if you order bottle service. Those people didn't wear masks and security didn't ask them to wear it like they were going around telling everyone else.They're special I guess. Music was the only good thing about this place. And I won't be coming here again. I'll wait for THE MINE to reopen.

For the first time, I came with my girlfriend to see el coyote. I didn't mind paying $70 cash at the door for each. We paid, got our drinks, and each round was about $17ish for a paloma and a can of beer. It's hit or miss with the club, but I would come back for another banda night. Not sure how it gets when they mix reggae and hiphop.

In their rules no where does it say you cannot wear shorts. I wore shorts and they did not let me in. They were very aggressive, bad attitude and confrontational when all I did was ask questions.
