THE BAD REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE. I saw the bad reviews, but still wanted to give it a chance. The venue and karaoke itself was awesome! My service with JUAN was poor! I had a question about the bill since I didn't receive one, and honestly wanted to make sure that I paid for everything. He was rude when breaking down the bill. I mentioned that the website was not very transparent about certain elements and he stated, "Nobody else has a problem with it, and that he doesn't make the website". I mentioned that I did not have a problem with the price, just would have liked a heads up. He stated, "If I wanted a receipt, I should have asked for one". Isn't that his job as a server though??? I then stated that he had bad energy and he walked off. He was absolutely rude, has no people skills, and clearly is not invested in the job he works at, or community he works for. This was my 1st time in Chicago, and 1st time at this bar and he was a poor representation. I now see why they automatically add gratuity because who would ever tip someone like JUAN??? Anyway, the amenities are nice, but you are better off serving yourself.

I think the concept here is great. The execution, less so. Firstly, if you want to drink and do karaoke I recommend having a few beverages prior to your arrival. Drinks are expensive and not very strong. We had a server (I can't think of the proper word for this person's role) who came to our karaoke room a few times. He promised us some drinks and snacks that never came. We rarely saw him. I suppose it could've been a busy night and they were understaffed? They have newer songs in the catalog but not always. You really want to pay attention when they give instructions because most of the screen is in (I think) Chinese. While I did enjoy myself, I'm not sure I would go back if I wasn't invited by someone else. I'm just not totally sure what I paid for. You're better off at someone's apartment with YouTube on the TV blasting your favorite hits with a homemade bar.

Juan was our server. He was the best part of our experience, very attentive. We had so much fun singing. Nice drink selection also!

Didn't eat the food... Actually showed up quite late at about Thirty minutes past midnight. Paid for A few shots at tequila and pineapple back. The atmosphere was amazing... Other than it being on the wrong side of town. It was a blast!

We arrived at this place around 11:20pm, the security checked everything and he took my 2 vapes, he told me he will return the vapes. After we finished here, the security told me there was no more vapes, and he said there were lots of people so he lost them. My face is like confused nick young, then I went to the manager and told the truth. The manager gave a smile and said “I HIRED THIS SECURITY TODAY, NONE OF MY BUSINESS, I WONT PAY FOR THEM” in Chinese. So confused nick young face again. The manager’s attitude makes me feel he doesn’t care about this thing, he doesn’t feel sorry for his customer. He didn’t give us a feedback and asked us leave. Me and my friends spent $673 today but this is the worst and terrible experience this year. I’d like to suggest everyone keep away from this place.

Nice place. Drinks were on point! But the dance floor is smaller than an 8x8 room. Be prepared to book a room for private karaoke cause the main floor is too small to enjoy. Service was great, friendly ppl.

I was inappropriately patted down by one of the security guards, and it made me very uncomfortable. One of the guests in my party didn’t have his ID so we were turned away from entering after I was the only one who had to be groped like that. The vibes are very off with that place. I came here to write a bad review after not saying something to the guard, and now I’m seeing all the bad reviews. Very bizarre pat down. Pictured is something written on the wall upon passing the “pat down.” Clearly the guard’s head is in the gutter.

Nice spot for a good time to spend singing away the night. The rooms were well set up and lots of different drink options. Nice service and overall vibe.

I’ve visited this place in the past and the experience was great. However last night me and a couple friends decided to go but that experience was not at all like the last one. The encounter I had with the bartender/manager was ridiculous he was very rude and very unprofessional and sarcastic. He attitude and demeanor towards us was very unnecessary. He printed out our receipt and handed it to us with no drinks we sat there for about 5 minutes as he made everyone else’s drink before ours i then ask him was he going to make ours he took the receipt and said “yea when you pay” I advised him I will pay once I receive a drink he goes to tap on the receipt and say we take payment before we make drinks so that through me off i never been to a bar and I pay before I receive my drink but then another bartender Jean came over and got our drinks made and took payment AFTER we received them. She was very professional and very sweet and the drink was AMAZING‼️

Room 201 is nice and spacious, our server barely came to see us, even after we pressed the bell several times. They were 15 minutes late getting us to our room, but then still tried to come kick us out after an hour and 45minutes, despite telling us they would honor the 15 minutes. Then magically the machine clears out and stops working before we hit the 2hrs. Every drink we ordered came slightly wrong, and we had no chance to get anything more because our bell was ignored. The free shots they offer you are gross and cheap, not even worth the reviews!

I made a reservation for a room a week in advance and ended up cancelling the same day because I found a better deal. Their website says you get your deposit back as long as you cancel 48 hours before the reservation. They never refunded the deposit, didn't respond to emails about it, and are now fighting my chargeback via the cc company.

Love this place. You have to check your receipts carefully before paying or approving transactions. The host automatically adds tips & gratuity of their choice every time you order something to the room. Their clear house liquor all tastes like GIN! Let them know what type of liquor you want before paying. IT's VERY PRICEY...

Good song selection. Mid service and watered down shots. It’s decent but not worth the money. Mandatory 20 percent on the room is crazy. And we didn’t even get our full 2 hours but they were quick to open the doors and cut our time short. Drink before you come

A group of friends and I were looking to have a fun, stress free evening. This was not the case from the moment we showed up to the place. The security was very rude and searched us multiple times without valid reason over other groups. The alcohol service, condition of equipment and cleanliness of the facility was also bad. The bathrooms were dirty and badly stocked, the rooms were wet with sticky floors and our room only had 1/2 good microphones. After chatting with other patrons a lot of other equipment was broken as well. What really got us is after we paid for our round of drinks, waited over 40 minutes to have them made, our server comes back and says the bartenders staff did not believe we purchased them and were refusing to make them when we had receipts. The only thing that saved this place from 1 star, since zero was not an option, was serene (our server). She checked on us frequently, assisted us in navigating the karaoke screen, and convinced the bartenders staff to give us more shots free of charge due to long wait. We were charged ridiculous prices for the service we received and will not be returning in the future.

As a tourist the place had a pretty sketchy vibe at first, we were searched at the door, it felt like we were alone at the place and the karaoke system was in chinese. But this weirdness just contributed to a great night. The hostess was super nice and everyone else were at least not openly hostile haha.

I enjoyed my time here! I only reserved the room for 2 hours since it was my 1st time here just to see how the service & environment was, BUT i wish i would’ve gotten more time because i had a BLAST for my birthday!!!! Love the song selection & the room & my host was attentive to my room. Also, if you need the host there’s a button on the wall that will ping them & they will come immediately. This is a must go to!!!

My bestfriend, family, and I had the best time here!! I’ll be visiting again and again. It’s a little pricey but definitely a vibe. The music catalog is good but could stand to be updated. Overall amazing experience.

This is how you do Karaoke. What a great place! The spot is very trendy, the service is great and music selection is much bigger than I expected. We went here for a birthday party and everyone had a blast. The 3 hours passed by very fast. We're definitely coming back.

Trust the reviews!! Total rip-off like everyone else says. 😂 We ordered 2 small shot towers and one Large one. It was like a rainbow Russian roulette: either pure vodka or some sweet syrup water. Some shots were so so so watered down they were like water, and we were charged a total for $600 for about 10 people for 1.5/2 hours. They definitely should have BYOB at least...

We came here randomly and it was AMAZING. It was crazy affordable for a private room and our server, Isabella, showed us the best time 🩷 she made sure we were taken care of and knew how everything worked. Would recommend 20/10

We had Lourdes serving us in room 201 and had an amazing time. She was super sweet, charming, and good at making conversation. The music choices were varied so everybody in our group could find plenty of songs they liked. The drinks were a fair price for the city and really really good! Totally recommend!!

What an amazing atmosphere. The staff was so accommodating and made sure we interacted with the music. They also let us sing karaoke right at the bar since the wait for a room was a few hours. The drinks were good and we will definitely be back. Had such a great time.

Me and my friends celebrated here for my birthday yesterday and we had a ball! Our host Mari was the best of the best. The food was good just a little overpriced for the amount but other than that we had fun we’ll be coming back again next month make sure u guys ask for Mari to be your Host u won’t regret it

Bruh ever since this place reopened after covid this is my first come back to enjoy karaoke with my friends. A lot things changed that really make me feel disappointed. First of all, there are three ladies at front I assume they are hosts and no greeting or anything. We’ve been stand there literally next to them for 5 mins and finally somebody says oh hey do you guys have any reservations. They made us to pay before which is understandable but on the bill they automatically charged us 20% tips without notice any of us. How is that make sense? When they told us about the final price they only said that was the room/karaoke fee and tax. I think that’s a fraud. I am done with this place.

The atmosphere was nice. Our 🎤 did not work. We thought it was us but found out that after our 2-hour session, they were malfunctioning. Unbeknownst to me I was charged a $15 gratuity due to there being 10 of us in the room. The kicker was after taking everyones order and delivering the one order she never came back. So how much she make off of our party with little to no service. I will not return

Lovely little spot! We did the “public karaoke” vs getting a room, but it was just my group and one other girl (who was a wonderful singer). Their song selection was a bit lacking, but the staff were super accommodating and I got one of them to sing something and he was AMAZING! (Lamar you are incredible!!)

Had a great time for a birthday here, I think the package that was chosen for our get together was a pretty solid deal. I only say that because towards the end of the night our server told us we still had credits to use, so we definitely got our money's worth for a total of 9 guests. Our server was great and attentive. Have to knock a star because those bathrooms were scary.

We were searched at the door, which is fine, but there's no signs or anything saying you have to submit to a search. You can't just go in and do karaoke or listen. You HAVE to get a room and pay for it by the hour. There's a bar area with tables, but you can't sit there for drinks. We ended up turning around and leaving.

Wonderful! I came up from Michigan for a concert and my friends and me all loved it the first night some of us went back for another night. Good rate especially on weekdays with decent priced drinks. We had Phil as our server and he was a joy-- staff are attentive and fun.

My first time here. Our server, Phil, was a great host. He was attentive and polite. He assisted us with how to use the touch screen menu, call button and even adjusted the volume to help us feel more comfortable singing. The karaoke room was clean and the booths were comfortable to sit in. We booked a small room which can hold up to 6 people. We were running late, so the 10 minute grace period was really helpful.

I've never been to a better karaoke bar in Chicago. The private party rooms are perfect size with a lot of privacy. The staff was nothing but helpful all night and I'll be back to show all of my friends. Our server, I believe her name was Rosa or Rosalina, was great. Will be requesting her next time 👍 Don't skip over this Chicago gem on a night out!

Mari was amazing! I’m a regular here and she always takes care of me. I recommend everyone to come here even for one time and get a Shot Tower. Lemon drop to be specific, they are so strong!

My experience was really great! Sheila made sure everyone in the group got what they needed and was very accommodating! Their system basically uses YouTube so you can just look up whatever song you want to sing. The room set up was really nice and cozy!
