Basic experience is pretty much a joke. Wait time is excessively long. To actually go high up in the air, you have to pay extra per flight, and anything from the poor videos or pictures is also extra. (Not that you will be able to tell who's who from your run, as you wear matching suits and helmets.) Definitely safer than real skydiving, but overall fairly disappointing. The classroom video you are forced to watch is pretty much pros screwing around, just something to get you to come back. Not to mention they try to sell you half off passes on your way out (deal only right after your run when adrenaline is still pumping, great huh?) Even the high flight was just an instructor holding onto you while you do dizzying turns. Save your money and go to Sky Dive Chicago in Ottawa and do the real thing.

Loved it more than I thought I would. Our instructor, Adam was very nice and knowledgeable. Also had a good sense of humor. Would highly recommend and plan on going again soon.

If you are into extreme stuff, you definitely should of try iFly experience I did and I have the best memories, impressions and one of my dreams came true! First of all be prepared it’s gonna be hard to breathe! Not a very pleasant experience, kind like you are suffocating without to be able to inhale. But when you are figuring out the right position of the head all what left it’s enjoying the feeling of floating in the air! Everything is very safe, you have to go an education lesson and instruction before you go in the tube. Such a fun experience flying! We would recommend it to anyone to try it once. Super friendly staff. I just wish I had a little bit more time to practice all my moves.

Yes it's a nice experience for kids but I spent around $250.00 for two children to have two turns of one minute each and a video and photo of them. SEEMS OUTRAGEOUS for what this is! Also had to wait past our appointment time for almost an hour as they were running late. There was a separate group of 4 adults in white suits that would constantly get in the tube and fly around together and make our group sit and wait till they were done, really annoying! The staff was nice but probably won't go back to the Rosemont facility.

I took my daughter and grandson for our first experience doing this and it was awesome! It started with the woman at the front desk who welcomed us. I don’t know her name, but she was so welcoming and friendly! She put us right at ease from the very beginning! Our instructor was Joe G and he was AMAZING! He was so knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel safe with him! I would definitely do this again and will recommend this place to everyone!!! The high flight was worth the price and is a must do! We were a bit scared walking in but the staff put us right at ease. This place has OUTSTANDING staff!

It was an amazing experience specially for my kids. Such a good beginning to understand the basics of Skydiving. Instructor Zack was really awesome.

Location: we lost a fly, so this was a really good option for some hours. It is 5 minute away from the Chicago O’Hare. Service: the lady at the reception was exceptional and “baby Thor” our instructor knew how to win my daughters heart with his lessons. The ifly- a must is the $20 extra for the fly high. All in all great experience

It was very enjoyable and entertaining. You need a little coordination when doing this be the instructors are patient and encouraging. You may be soar the next day if you're old like me lol

Had a blast at iFLY! It's a bit pricey, which might limit frequent visits, but I'd love to go back and master more flying techniques. Definitely a memorable experience!

This was our first time with an experience like this and it was absolutely amazing! Our instructor Zack was phenomenal. Super informative, patient and all around professional. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews based on the price point, but if you’re truly looking for a one of a kind experience in a safe, clean, exciting environment — it’s worth every penny!! I highly recommend taking the high flight upgrade.

TJ is the best! Actually everyone we worked with was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. It was a wonderful experience. They did such a great job encouraging my son to give it a try. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.

Its our first time visiting this place. We were scheduled for 1130am. The place was packed. I was expecting it to be a little bit organized when they move people around but instructors and staff are just yelling over people to get attention and give instructions. I didn't know where to go.. people scheduled at 1130 were mixed with 1200 schedule.

Had a great time, will return. However they did not honor previously purchased ticket. Had to pay full price. Spoke with management to get a better understanding of policy but was told there was nothing he could do.

Lots of fun. My 12 yr old daughter and her cousins enjoyed every second.

The instructor was rude and made inappropriate comments and gestures to my husband and had me truly upset. When it was brought to the attention of the Manager they did nothing to make it right. They blamed us and defended their employee

Everything is well organized from the beginning to the end. It’s a bit expensive especially if you do some add ons but the experience is great.

Awesome experience. As a large guy, I really didn't have any good expectations. However, the flight instructions were cooler than the other side of the pillow and made my first experience a GREAT one. So great that I've already purchased several future flights. If you wanna experience sky diving without jumping out of a plane, I highly recommend iFly.

Lots of fun, but beware of the upsell or just bring some extra money 🤑. We had a wonderful instructor who was super encouraging and made the time extra fun. And don't forget to validate your parking before you go.

Loved our instructor! She was so friendly and so was the manager. They answered all our questions and even accommodated us whe my husband and had to take turns watching the baby while the other flew. It was an experience of a lifetime and I definitely would recommend this for people of all ages who want something cool and different to do. I can't wait to fly again soon!

I love this place. Instructors are so professional and trained and let you have the best time ever. They do all sorts of tricks and flying positions. Definitely recommend visiting.

Super fun experience for the whole family. Instructor was fantastic. Clean facility. Organized. Friendly staff. Complimentary locked lockers to store your wallet or phone. The experience takes about on 1.5-2 hours from check in, gearing up, instruction and flight time. Add the high flight option. Totally worth it!

My mother wanted experiences rather then gifts, so for her 61st birthday I surprised her with iFly. The instructors and staff were all very friendly and patient. They also cater well to guests coming along to watch the fun. She had a blast and wants to come back again soon.

This was an amazing experience for me and my family. I would have never considered inside skydiving before seeing funny videos of people doing it. The service was good and friendly. There was a mixture of age groups but mostly children. I smiled so hard while in the tunnel my mouth was dry 😂 The price is a bit steep for under five minutes of being in the tunnel but I can see us doing it again

Pros: - Very kind and professional staff - Lots to do afterwards in the Rosemont area - Cool first time experience or date idea Cons: - Your time "flying" is extremely short. By the time the "driver" has you in the right position, you will be in the air for less than 1 minute - All the cool videos (with tricks) are after you have completed multiple flights. The experience was basically a team member holding you and taking you up 2 or 3 times - Half of our party left with pain in our backs and shoulders (all in our 30's) Happy we did it once, but will not be repeating it any time soon.

From the moment we walked in the doors we were welcomed by amazing and friendly staff! It was my groups first time trying anything like this, we all stepped out of our comfort zone. Our instructor was Joseph G he was AMAZING at calming our nerves and making us all feel and know we were 100% safe! I was absolutely terrified to try this but I would do it again in a heartbeat! I can not recommend this place enough, give it a try I promise you wont regret it.
