Really love the couch I got. Sale associates were really nice. Delivery team was respectful of my home. I found my exact couch somewhere cheaper and without hesitation they price matched.

My sister and I had a great experience when looking for some furniture yesterday at Ashley. The salesperson Zara was very helpful and professional when dealing with us. She made sure we found exactly what we wanted and led us through the options and purchasing while making sure we were comfortable with all. I would highly recommend both the store and Zara!

Mary is awesome. She met us at the door, reviewed current promos. We let her know we are just looking and will find her if we have questions. She left us alone while we shopped. We ended up finding a couch we wanted, flagged her down, & it was smooth sailing from there. Looking forward to our new couch!

Thankful for the amazing customer service and care we received while shopping at Ashley Furniture. We were kindly greeted by Richie, and he accompanied us for several hours as we shopped for furniture and a mattress. He was very knowledgeable about mattresses and took the time to identify what mattresses were comfortable and a good fit for us. He was proactive, knowledgeable about all products in the store, and thorough during our entire time with him. We asked so many questions and we were grateful for his patience and expertise as we considered so many different options. It was a five star experience!

We shopped around for weeks before finding Angel in the Kenosha store. She is AMAZING. She was zero pressure, funny, extremely knowledgeable and had us sold on the perfect set in 20 minutes. She gave us tips on proper care of our new furniture and set us up with a great protection plan. I highly recommend Ashley, and especially Angel in kenosha.

I really can’t believe I have never been to this store before. And the delivery ended up living up 2 weeks as I had originally preferred.
