Do not see doctor MORGAN! Not only is she rude while speaking to her patients, but will not take what you’re going through into consideration, she also will make you cancel any appointments for being a couple minutes late and make you reschedule for weeks later. I RECOMMEND DR. Dalton if you use this office he’s the best doctor on staff for quality and Expertise

I didn’t have a good experience during my appointment with Dr. Divya Singh-Behl. She just saw me for five minutes and when I asked her some questions about my skin she said she didn’t have time. Then, she dismissed me quickly. When I left, I passed by her office and she was sitting at her desk. I am so disappointed I will not ever return again especially after waiting over a month for this appointment.

Awful experience and customer service. Booked an original appointment 1month out, was charged a copay for doctor to look at me for 2minutes and to tell me to return for a procedure on a later date. Was only able to book 2months away due to no availability. And had to book with a nurse practitioner instead of an actual physician unless I wanted to wait even longer. I drove down from the city and unfortunately rushed in to arrive 10minutes late to my 2nd appointment. When I check in the girl behind the desk rolled her eyes at me and said that they will need to reschedule the appointment because I'm late!? I was shocked. Absolutely abbsurd treatment and complete lack of compassion regarding the lives and urgency of their patients. Would not recommend going ro deerfield dermatology for any service big or small.

I was late 10 min late and they wanted to reschedule my appointment they are so protective of their time but don’t care about patients what so ever. And Annie the receptionist was very rude.

I made an appointment to get my husband’s mole checked. They just looked at it, said it was fine and sent us on our way. A week later we got a bill for $170. I called to ask about it 3 times and no one has called me back.

From our first visit with my mother, we thought we were getting the best help out there. But unfortunately, that was not the case. My mother was recommended by a patient that recently had gone there and told us that they had one of the best dermatologists there. Doctor Sammi, was great and helped us with everything we asked but when it came to getting a biopsy done and the results of it, it came back as a life changer. First off, they misdiagnosed my mother with LUPUS!!!! HOW DO YOU MISDIAGNOSE SOMEONE WITH THAT?!?!? for my mother and I, it was a heartbreaking thing to hear.. we had to change her eating habits, the way she went outside because of the sun affecting her skin and everything. When the bill came at the end we PAID in full and even asked about additional charges we did not want to appear later down the road. A few weeks past by and they send us a bill for $400 dollars because they had to do "additional testing" to the orginal biopsy. but yet they wanted my mother to come back and get ANOTHER biopsy done when it was not necessary. The staff wanted to "save us money" yeah right!!! Never again will we go to this place. INSTEAD, we went with another dermatologist with Northshore, and was WAY more professional and MORE helpful with what my mother had WHICH WAS NOT LUPUS. And actually answered ALL of our questions and actually picked up the phone. Everyone, please be aware of how they handle your situation as we did not have a pleasant experience with this place.

I was in need of dermatology services for a questionable mole and mistakenly scheduled an appointment here. I was not able to see a physician, only a practitioner. At 7:15 in the morning, arriving at 7 like they requested, I interacted with a really rude receptionist. Her tone in detailing their credit card hold policy was as if I intended to not pay any of my bills there. Her demeanor was terrible, especially toward a first time patient. The office seemed deserted. Seeing Sami, the practitioner, she addressed my concern not with medical authority, but instead with “well if it concerns you we should take it off!” I realized this was a mistake and only a way for them to add to their coffer. A part of my body should only be removed if in your medically informed mind it looks dangerous-not for the fun of it. It’s also infuriating that I was manipulated into making a second appointment for her to view other questionable parts of my skin instead of just looking me over while I was there. I’ve cancelled the follow up appointment and was totally displeased by this experience.

Just love Dr. Singhbel. Excellent care here for many years. She’s got a full patient load but ask for Morgan or another Nurse Practitioner!

Morgan is a wonderful healthcare provider at Deerfield Dermatology Associates, who always covers all of my needs and concerns each visit. She is a great listener, efficient and highly skilled at her job. I know that I will always have a pleasant and productive visit with Morgan.

I called and was able to reach Lauren on first try. She was extremely helpful and prompt in dealing with my issue and very timely follow through . It was a pleasure to deal with her .

I felt Dr. Johnson was thorough in her examination, but the medication that she prescribed hasn't had time to determine if it is working. Only time will tell.

I was fortunate to get in to see Sammi Waitzman today, which is the Monday before Christmas. She had a last minute cancellation. Turns out I had a very infected abscess that needed to be drained. She quickly & expertly performed the procedure, helping to keep me relaxed during what could have been quite uncomfortable due to the location of the abscess. Her assistant told me 2 prescriptions would be called in to my pharmacy. When I called the pharmacy a few hours later, they had not yet received the prescription. I called the office of Deerfield Dermatology and spoke to Frances, the receptionist. She told me that prescriptions are usually called in at the end of the day. I explained that I currently wasn't able t drive at night and asked if there was a way to get the prescription to the pharmacy sooner. Frances messaged Sammi Waitzman while she was in with patients. I received a call back from Frances assuring me the prescription had been sent. I wanted to write this testimonial to commend the level of service and care I received from Deerfield Dermatology today, during a very difficult, busy week!

I was a little nervous having an excision but immediately Sammy and Meghan alleviated any fears I had. Everything was explained in detail, and I felt no pain! I love them. They're such sweet ladies. They even inserted humor, I was asked by Sammy if I wanted to hear the details as she proceeded. My choice was no, she was fine with that. Everything went well. This is my place to go for any dermatological events.

RUN!!!! Everyone at the front desk is rude, including their manager, Melissa Gotfredson! Besides a horrible customer service DD will charge over $3,000 for pimple removal! this will NOT include any "freebies"! like scar reducing patch for $25, you will be told to get it yourself on Amazon! (Other MDs offer it for free!). BTW, the usual and customary fees for Mohs (confirmed with my ins) is around $1,000!!!!, DD don't want to give you a price range before you appt "it varies"... "someone will call you back"... "depends on what MD will do during the procedure"... You are required to give your credit card on file so THEY CAN CHARGE YOU WHAT THEY WANT AND WHEN THEY WANT TO! You will see the actual MD for 20 min during the procedure! YOU WILL FEEL RUSHED AT ALL THE TIME!!! No one ever answers calls, you will have to leave messages and wait days for a call back (when they just ask you to call them back!) you will play PHONE TAG FOR WEEKS before you can schedule a procedure...the soonest 3 months later!!!! There is no way to find out the results of your diagnosis until you talk to a person... which is months! they work banking hours! they just don't care! You will be asked to arrive 15 before each appt, absolutely for no reason at all! when your appt takes 10-15 min, their time matters, YOUR TIME DOESN'T MATTER!!! I'm very disappointed!!!

The waiting room was clean and I did not have to wait long to be seen. My PA was thorough and suggested a prescription pick up at Walgreens pharmacy to save money.

Deerfield Dermatology has great dermatologists and a very friendly staff. I usually see Dr. Marcia Johnson. She is very thorough. If needed, they also do MOHS surgery. Dr. Singh-Behl is one of the few doctors in the area who is certified to do this procedure. I highly recommend Deerfield Dermatology.

Very knowledgeable and detail oriented. They worked hard to address my skin infection and get me on the right medication. When original medication seemed to bot work for my skin, very quickly they had me come back and changed things as needed. 2 appointments later, my condition resolved. Also, I had to bring in a toddler with me to a follow up appointment and they gave her some toys out of a treasure chest. Super nice.
