I will never use or recommend them again. I ordered a dumpster for a tear off on my roof. Then I get another bill for almost double the original cost because it was over on the weight. This was a dumpster THEY recommended specifically for shingles and I did not go over the fill line.

Driver badge#39 was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. It seem like he didn't enjoy his job, I was so stressed from my situation he made me feel even worst.not sympathic at all it is so hard to believe racism still exist that's the way he made me feel

Tri-State Disposal has been my go-to disposal company for years, They have always provided me with exceptional service and the tools I need to help make my business successful. I usually order their 30 yard dumpster for my rehabs and clean-outs. Their dumpsters are always clean and delivered on or before my scheduled time. The staff is GREAT and very professional. I've had other companies politic for my business stating they can offer better service or a cheaper price. However, they get you with over weight and/or delivery location fees. I enjoy working with Tri-State and they always know who I am when I call which makes my experience even that more worth wild. I have a partner with Tri-State for life.

Shout out to TSD and their driver who serviced the condominium complex at 15711 Peggy Lane, Oak Forest IL 60452 on December 1st 2022 at approximately 11:30am. The driver went out of his way 😳 to remove ALL the appliances (refrigerator and dishwasher) and construction debris consisting of wood flooring planks (several hundred) that were set outside or behind the disposal units. I watched for 15 minutes while your courteous driver thoroughly cleaned the disposal area of the construction debris and garbage bags that some other ignorant condo owner(s) haphazardly threw on the ground in the course of the 🌙 night! I would like to testify on the driver's special attention to safety ..using proper load and unload techniques while operating in a very tightly packed parking lot. WOW! Area was thoroughly cleaned and secured! Superior service!

Never having rented a dumpster before, had a lot of questions. Everyone from Sam to Kay to the delivery and pickup drivers was courteous, friendly, professional. They delivered and picked up on time, taking care to protect my driveway and tarp the filled dumpster. Their prices were the most competitive and the equipment was clean and in excellent condition. Since you went back and listened to the call teach and train your reps on how to effectively intercept a potential client or new hire.

You post your honest review, then the company posts their twisted reply, blaming the customer! What a shame! That compelled me to Edit my review now, saying that it's heartbreaking that such awful companies are even allowed to continue conducting business. They Refused to tell me their legal contact information, fraudulently charged my credit card despite me repeating many times "services were not performed, do Not charge my credit card". Raised their voices at me. Bad customer service.

Best garbage company around. I wouldn’t go with a different company after being with them. They are kind courteous and they actually pick up the garbage they don’t complain and leave stuff behind, etc. my drivers name is Terry and he’s a great guy. He’s going to get a nice tip on Christmas.

My original review: I am a real estate agent, and I made a mistake of referring my client to this terrible company. Even the supervisor argued with, and yelled at my client. They don’t pick up all the garbage if it’s left out. It’s an expensive service. I’ve never heard of paying extra for extra garbage pickup in my life.

We used Tri-State for a roll away dumpster. The process to order was seamless. We had the dumpster for about a week Customer service was exceptional.

I rented two roll off dumpsters (10 and 20 yd) from them on separate occasions during the summer of 2021 for a deck/swimming pool demo project in my backyard. Nothing but praise for the company. Their staff members were extremely helpful and very patiently answered all of my questions. Nothing but praise for the people I interacted with. Their delivery crew also put boards down to protect my driveway so nothing was damaged. Top notch service combined with low rates, you won't be disappointed. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Customer service was very helpful with a billing issue we had. We have not had an issue with pick-up since we started about 8 months ago it was worth the savings moving form Waste Management.

Tri-State is the best for less! I have used Republic service for decades and the price kept going up every year and the staff's attitude when I called kept going down and down. The last bill I paid to Republic was $167.71 for three months service. With Tri-State I am being charged $102.72 total including the taxes. Additionally, when I cancelled service with Republic they charged me a $70 service fee for them to pick up their own garbage cans! See what I mean about ripping you off! Save yourself $65+ per three months and switch today. Call them and see for yourself how user friendly and inexpensive their service can be. You will be very, very happy you made the switch!

The worst service, I will never hire this service again. Once you pay for their service they charge you extra things even knowing that they are charging more they don't care. Better look for another company that doesn't charge extra and you only pay what they tell you from the beginning.
