I
would
rate
Dr.
Greenfield's
exam
and
the
treatment
I
received
from
the
staff
as
excellent.
However,
I
do
need
to
rate
the
total
experience
as
4
stars
due
to
their
limited
inventory
of
reasonably
priced
metal
eyeglass
frames.
I
had
previously
looked
online
at
LensCrafters
eyewear
and
did
find
some
very
nice
and
reasonably
priced
Brooks
Brothers
frames,
however
this
store
does
not
carry
Brooks
Brothers
frames.
UPDATE:
I
am
lowering
my
rating
to
two
stars
do
to
a
very
disappointing
experience
with
this
LensCrafters
location.
Following
my
initial
eye
appointment,
lenses
and
frames
were
ordered
and
I
picked
them
up
approximately
10
days
later.
My
prescription
requires
progressive
lenses
and
after
wearing
the
new
glasses
for
approximately
a
week,
I
needed
to
return
to
LensCrafters
due
to
difficulty
seeing
with
these
new
glasses
(a
pulling
sensation
with
my
right
eye).
Upon
further
examination,
doctor
Greenfield
made
a
minor
adjustment
in
my
prescription
and
fitted
me
with
a
new
frame
which
he
felt
better
suited
my
prescription.
These
new
glasses
were
ordered
and
arrived
approximately
10
days
later.
I
wore
the
new
glasses
for
approximately
a
week,
and
again
still
had
the
same
problem
with
my
vision.
I
returned
to
LensCrafters
once
again
and
after
further
discussion
with
Dr
Greenfield,
he
could
not
determine
the
reason
for
the
difficulty
I
was
having
with
the
glasses
and
said
there
was
nothing
else
he
could
do
and
the
glasses
were
returned
for
a
full
refund.
Although
both
doctor
Greenfield
and
his
staff
were
very
pleasant,
I'm
very
unhappy
with
having
been
told
that
there
is
nothing
else
LensCrafters
could
do,
and
left
to
seek
care
elsewhere.
Since
I
do
not
have
the
same
issue
with
my
vision
with
my
current
glasses,
I
believe
the
problem
I
was
having
with
the
new
glasses
lies
with
the
lab
not
making
the
lenses
to
the
correct
specifications.
