Emerick was very helpful. He informed me about the different machines. He took the time to talk about my injuries and goals to help me pick out the right treadmill for me. It's very rare to find someone that genuinely cares. I have recommend Fitness Factory to my friends and family, and would recommend it for anyone looking for quality machines and excellent customer service.

Excellent service, prompt delivery, great product! After a very frustrating experience with another very large online retailer (who shall remain nameless), I was back to the drawing board trying to find an elliptical that wouldn't break the bank. I previously sold something to Fitness Factory at the Aurora location. Since I had a great experience there, I felt pretty comfortable purchasing something at the Mundelein location. Steve Schalla was super easy to work with, explained everything to me and delivery by their third party (TransMotion) was quick and painless! The guys from start to finish were professional, friendly and on time. The machine I purchased was a floor model elliptical and it works perfectly! Love the cost savings also. Thanks Fitness Factory, I will be back again in the future!

I went in to pick up some dumbbells today, and Emerick greeted me as I walked in. He was friendly, helpful, and personable. As we were discussing dumbbells he even offered to give me a bit of a discount of some nice rubber dumbbells. This I really appreciated, especially with this ridiculous inflation we are dealing with. He saved me some money, and was a pleasure to have help me. Will be returning for any future fitness needs. I recommend!

I recently got back into lifting weights and decided to give Fitness Factory shot at seeing what equipment would fit my needs for a home gym. Upon walking in the establishment I noticed a great selection and what seemed to be very fair pricing. I was greeted by Andrew “Rusty” Cohn who took a consultative approach by asking me questions about what I was trying to accomplish, space availability, and timeline. He took a friendly and educational approach as to what I was trying to accomplish and put together a few different options and proposals for me. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of equipment and tactful follow up, without overkill. Needless to say, my new gym now has a full cage, olympic equipment, weights and everything I need to never have a gym membership again. Rusty is a great guy and I’d highly recommend working with him.

Emerick is our fitness king! We came in to get a starter bench and barbell for our teenager but actually left with a much more versatile functional trainer for the entire family! We were also super impressed with the Power Plate and put that on our future wish list. Fantastic store with a super knowledgeable team member!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Working with Ken Maxie was an absolute pleasure. He went above & beyond to help decide & purchase a spin bicycle for my wife's birthday. I will 1000% go back to finish purchasing items for our home gym (in the making). I highly recommend you find this location and work with Ken. He will steer you in the right direction.

Did a good amount of research on brands before starting to build my basement gym. Other places equipment felt cheap vs the quality brands/equipment at Fitness Factory. Worked with Lenny, he was fantastic! I ended up coming back to make a second purchase through him, super friendly and great to work with. Great selection of equipment on the floor that you can try and feel what works best for you, lots of options of power racks that are equal quality to what you see in gym. Will be going back to this location as I add equipment to my home gym!

Went here on a whim with my family, and walked away with a purchase I have confidence in. Ken helped me realize what piece of equipment I wanted with all of his knowledge and professionalism. He was honest, not pushy or salesy, had great energy, and made our experience enjoyable. Not to mention gave us the best deal in town. Definitely recommend Ken and his staff.

I was searching for a bench to compliment my recently purchased dumbbells. My first instinct was to go here and after speaking to Ken Maxie, the store manager, I was able to find what I needed. He kept it simple, straightforward, and made it easy. I shopped around after initially going here and returned about an hour later after searching. I purchased the GFID225, a very versatile bench for the money spent. I got a good deal on it and he even helped me load it into my car. It was preassembled and all I had to do was take it out of the box and remove some plastic. One day later it is sitting nicely in my workout area and after some testing I believe it will make a great addition and serve me for years to come. It also doesn't hurt that it has a lifetime warranty.

I was shopping for home gym equipment but was not sure of the brand or features I wanted. Fortunately, Rusty guided me through options and I’m very happy with my final purchase. Rusty knows all the brands and he’s totally honest about the pros & cons of the competition. Called store to place an order for stack upgrade for cable machine spoke with ken. He made the process quick and painless. After getting to the store to pick up was greeted and helped immediately. Helped me with all questions and concerns. Was able to get help getting weight plates that would be exactly what I needed and best value for my budget. Didn’t once try to rush or push me into something outside what I needed. Awesome service by ken the store manger. If looking for equipment to fit your goals and ideas and someone to work with to help get there without recommending high priced speak with ken.
