I called two weeks ago talked to the service guy. Was told the techs handle their own schedules and one will reach out. I called back to DFS 4 times in the past two weeks left two voicemails and no return calls. I am over it. A service elsewhere to handle my gym.

When our moving company lost a part to our treadmill, they used Direct Fitness Solutions to find the parts and rebuild my Precor. Jerry Saputo was my field technician and he was great. Knowledgeable, did great work, and was dependable and on-time. Highly recommend this company for repairs and installs.

Knowledgeable staff, and I got a free year of membership after signing up for my first year. I wish the pool was bigger, but I appreciate what they did with their space. They also have a bunch of recovery stuff as well for post workout.

Went to get a quote on some equipment I was looking for, guy tells me the price, then I went home thought it over. I come back the next day and a different guy, Brian, gave me a higher price then what I was originally told.

Amazing experience all the way through the end. Worked with Josh Merens on a purchase for my family. He made me feel I was super important, informed me of all my options, guided me through some choices, and kept me in the loop through delivery and installation. One of the best experiences I have had with a large purchase. Tip of the hat to a great guy and wonderful company. So great to talk to professionals and not just some random guy trying to sell sell sell at another big box fitness store. We will be in touch when we expand our home gym.

I want to start off and say how absolutely blown away I was by the help I received from Tim Green, I had an idea of what I wanted and he was able to talk me through everything so I could purchase the perfect equipment for my needs. I was getting pretty hopeless that I would find a place that had the equipment I needed at a price that wasn't exorbitant. I went to three places before Direct Fitness Solutions and the first didn't even have weights AND even without weights the price for MUCH less quality equipment was about the same as what I spent here. I was expecting to pay more considering demand due to the current world situation and that just wasn't the case at Direct Fitness Solutions. Great prices, great service, delivery was quick and flawless (IT ONLY TOOK 2 DAYS TO ALL BE DELIVERED). I can't see ever buying equipment anywhere else. I haven't stopped raving about my experience to everyone I know. Thank you again to Tim Green, you guys are absolute lifesavers.
