Checked in to this hotel (after leaving another one that had an odor and was noticeably unkempt) shortly after arrival and we immediately noticed a difference in quality and cleanliness. The moment I walked in I was in Heaven, as I could smell the cleaning products being used which let's me know without a doubt that they're keeping the hotel clean. When we got into our room we were equally as impressed as everything was in pristine condition. Absolutely no complaints so far. For those of you who are extremely big on staying at a clean, updated hotel this is the one.

Friendly staff, HORRID mattresses (even my father-in-law and wifes cousin's complained about them) "mehh" breakfast. Here is my complaint: As a 22+ year Hilton Gold/Diamond (Currently Diamond) I reserved a "suite back in early June and I received confirmation of my reserved suite. The day of check-in, I get a "Ooopsy, so sorry but you are not getting the room type you reserved and we confirmed". Complained to no avail. NOT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE A LOYAL DIAMOND MEMBER SHOULLD EVER RECIEVE! I DO NOT recommend and there are several other far superior Hilton properties within easy distance. Choose ANY of them over this one if you would like a good stahy.

Hot breakfast tasted like it was frozen and warmed up. Next time I'll just eat the fruit. Overall my stay was spectacular.

When we arrived, the kitchen floor had crumbs and the shower basin looked dirty. We asked to get it cleaned immediately, but there were no cleaners again until the morning. Next day, not a lot changes. I think the shower had been cleaned so poorly over time that it needs bleaching or something and the crumbs were just pushed further into the cabinets. As for the AC, it didn’t work correctly. If you set it to 74 degrees and the room temperature is 72, the air should go off. It didn’t. Also, the floors hardly have any sound proofing. Would not stay here again.

Half an hour before the breakfast time came to an end on Saturday, there were no milk and oatmeal available for breakfast. Apart from the unexpected shortage of breakfast items, all other features at the Home2 Suites hotel are just as good as my favorite Hilton Tru hotel brand.

We really like coming here. It's close to many corporate-like businesses, so it's a good place to stay if someone needs to be in town for a few days. The lobby is bright and colorful. It has tables and cushy places to sit and wait for an Uber, work on a laptop, enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, or your breakfast. The rooms are like studio apartments with a small kitchen area that has a microwave and nice fridge. There are coffee mugs, solid drinking glasses, bowls, cookware, utensils and a dishwasher. It also has a desk, a couch, footstool, and a TV bigger than all three of the TVs we have at home. There's a dresser and small closet area too with an iron and ironing board inside. It also has a privacy curtain if someone wanted to work and and another person wanted to sleep. Also, outlets and charging ports are literally everywhere. Housekeeping is largely by request so there's no fear of anyone coming to your room at 7:15 to clean it while you're still snoozing. If you need trash or linens changed, fresh towels, etc., there's always someone at the front desk and they are gracious about providing whatever it is you need. It's right off of a big main road with shops and restaurants but it's in a quiet spot. You hear absolutely no traffic noise. None. The cons here are subjective. It's a few miles off the freeway and there's no fast access to 94 so that may be a downside if you were looking for a place to stay close to a freeway. And the walls are a bit thin, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs somewhere to stay for any length of time. It's clean, the staff is friendly and the beds are comfy!

Exceptional hotel and staff. If you are visiting for your child’s basic training of the US Navy this is perfect! Lots of space in the rooms decent continental breakfast and not to far places to eat.

This place is excellent! The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very spacious. The kitchen amenities are great and the rooms are very clean! I very much enjoyed my stay here from the service to the pool and gym. Very much recommend if staying in the area!!

Wow, I've never written a negative review but I'm really disappointed by the false advertising and lack of care from this hotel. I was promised a call from the manager 3x (due to needing help with my account and having problems with the room) and no one ever called, Expedia intervened and the hotel agreed to a partial refund, then they refused. False advertising, room had lots of issues, and because of the terrible service I will not stay again.

Hotel was clean, rooms were super spacious, pool was great for kids, and all staff members were very kind. Great value for the price. Made for a great weekend getaway. Will be back!

We had a lot of fun! Rooms were clean. Loved the Zero% shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash in the bathrooms. My hair is 3B and it gave me really good slip for detangling. I also love that there is breakfast.

Rooms are always clean, the linens and bedding are always fresh. The bath stuff they provide are high class organic and free of sulfate. The location is quiet and staff are very nice and accommodating. I will be booking again with them in the future.

We stayed here for our son’s Navy graduation! Highly recommend this hotel! Great environment, staff, very clean, room was amazing, great special rate discount for Navy graduation, delicious continental breakfast; worth every dollar! Room a 4 star only because the bed was not comfy. I also need them to freely accommodate when I ask for an extra blanket. There was a slight hesitation like there was a shortage but we got one. Remember to do 24 hour advance room cleaning because they won’t if you don’t. I didn’t read that so my bad! Overall great hotel! It will be my first pick next trip.

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. We came in from North Carolina for our daughter’s Navy graduation and lucked out being able to check in early. From the moment we walked in the door everything was wonderful. Rooms are clean and big, friendly staff goes out of their way to make accommodations- like extending our stay and the breakfast was great. They even called our room to make sure we were happy when we checked in. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This hotel is far and away the best I've stayed at. Not just the amenities, but also the staff. I have a medical condition that flared up severely my first night at the hotel, and the manager Anton, who is an absolute saint, and his team acted quickly and literally saved my life. Whether it's business or personal travel, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. No matter what happens, they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, healthy, and always welcome, whatever the circumstances.

Very nice clean and big suits ! Nice area ! Beautiful !!! But the staffs are not so friendly or welcoming & we had to push our luggages up to our rooms . Maybe As a local Hawaii resident I get our very own welcoming friendly and helpful staffs & to see bad customer service elsewhere is not good . I came here for my daughters Graduation from Navy & we left hotel around 4am to get to ceremony early . We asked staff to get our rooms refresh before we brought back our Sailor and I wanted to cry she opened the door and beds were not made and towels were still on the floor . We called right away for a freshen up and they asked us we needed to be out of the room ! Omg we were tired and hungry we had to go back out and wait ! Just terrible considering we were so tired from a long day and we had a baby with us ! Our last day we came down for breakfast and they ran out of waffles mixer and they were speaking Spanish it just felt so uncomfortable not knowing what they are smiling and mumbling about !

The manager of this hotel is above and beyond the nicest, most charming, most helpful person that I have encountered in staying in a hotels. The rooms are awesome! However, I would go back just to see him!

This location has had some great employees. Giving five stars because I was mainly always assisted by a really exceptional one, though I heard he got a promotion to work elsewhere. Some others were less helpful at times but nothing outrageous. Last I was there they were understaffed and also swamped with their busy season. From what I saw, the business strives for good service though Convenient location. If you have environmental illness though, unfortunately this hotel will not work for you. But they cleaned the rooms up fine & it should be a decent place to stay for the average person

Only reason for not 5 stars was, I pre ordered not to be on bottom floor. Sent us there anyway. There was a child running upstairs from our room for hours and hours. Early morning and late night. I called the front desk and while she was sympathetic, she said she would take care of it. Nothing changed for 3 nights! My suggestion, follow the reservation special notes from your customers. Otherwise room was great and location was good for us.

We stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournament and was impressed with most everything. Because of the soccer tournament, the place seemed fully booked. Noise was not usually a problem due to quiet hours. The only place that seemed rowdy was the lobby because of some soccer parents. The rooms were very clean and stocked. Our stay was quite comfortable and the service was great. Breakfast was the only item that was not 5 stars. While the crew working breakfast was working hard to keep things clean and refreshed, my issue was how the warm food was put out, mainly the breakfast sandwiches. They seemed to dry out. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the friendly service we received.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a nice selection of food. Would stay here again if I'm back in the neighbourhood.

This is an excellent Hilton hotel, always clean. I stay here on business quite often and this is great place to stay. The room size is awesome and, Everything was super clean. The staff is super helpful. I actually had a whole kitchen in the room (large fridge, microwave, real dishes and silverware). And the breakfast was good. I look forward to staying here again. Can't say enough good things.

The room was clean and functional. Breakfast was hot with fresh and packaged items..coffee ws very good..the service lady over breakfast was very nice. My issue is and was the bed..Room 301 bed felt like I was on BRICKS..VERY DISAPPOINTED and uncomfortable had ws there 2 days and my back hurt the days I was there and a few after..I asked the front desk about the issue and her words were all of the beds are firm..Lady that isn't called firm that's torture. Im willing to bet Fred Flintstones bed was softer.. I am not new to this hotel brand and I can say I hv nvr bn this dissatisfied..ever..needless to say I won't be going bk to this location..

Stayed in Room 417(I think) Easter week. Hotel was nice and updated. Clean and cabinets in the kitchenette stocked with cookware and dinnerware/flatware. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaints would be hot water never got real hot. It was warm enough to shower but not enough for someone that likes it hot enough enough to turn you red. Water was a bit hard, a little harder compared to Texas which surprised me. (~pH 8 dKH 10 TX). Real con was the toilet, it rattled quite loudly when sitting. As if someone was trying to rip it out of the wall rattle. Made late night bathroom trip a stealth mission not to wake the whole floor. Pros, pool was indoors and yes cold but was pretty vacant. Free breakfast, good. Wish it had few healthier options but its good enough. Use the microwave for heated items, they were only ever lukewarm in the "heated displays." Get there early like 7 when they open, they feel understaffed and don't get to restock quickly. Also as with any buffet style, people don't consider not contaminating shared utensils. (Saw a guest(late30/40s) pick his nose on the line and then handle tongs and rummage through utensils.Eww) Coffee/Tea/hot chocolate is available throughout the day and good.

Beautiful Hotel and most importantly very clean. I really enjoyed my stay this past weekend. Everything looks new and well kept! Lady at front desk was also nice!

Great location, served a good breakfast. Clean rooms. The cleaning supplies they used had a strong smell when walking into hotel so my nose was a little sensitive to how strong it was (good for those that can be assured that the hotel is cleaned often)

I stayed at the Home2Suites this trip because my usual hotel was booked, however my stay was so good that I'll choose to stay here for my next visit. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was convenient. A nice place to workout is on-site as well. Keep up the great job!! 👍

Only issue is that I could see the wall unit being a bit of a pain for some. Everything else was great. Very clean, large, room with mini kitchen and comfortable shooting area/office space. Thus is my drive stay...very simple and convenient.
