Best Javanese food in town.

Indonesian family business. The entrance of the restaurant is the take-away area. Then, you enter the real restaurant. A big cozy place with a Indonesian theme (when I went in I had a flashback of a restaurant I went in Jakarta). I went Saturday evening and the place was almost full. Service was quite fast. We sat and the waiter cleaned the table and gave us the menu. The food came quite fast too. It was super tasty and delicious. The amount of food is precise for feeling full, but not hate yourself. Dessert couldn't fit :( The bill, equivalent to 25 euros for a 3people dinner, definitely coming back!

Friendly staff. Food was tasty but meat (satay) could have been bit softer. It was bit hard. Rest of food we ordered include nasi etc. was good. This restaurant is only for take away.

Tasty food, friendly staff, good experience!

Being from Indonesia I can definitely recommend this restaurant. Menu offers a very wide spectrum of dishes and the rice table is a great selection of dishes. Service is fast and very good. Plenty of seating options inside but also a great place for take away.

I'd like to give 2.5 stars for average. This restaurant used to serve great food. Yesterday's food was not great. The potatoe sambal was stale. The chicken in both dishes was dry. Plantains in the bakabanas were way past ripe. Very disappointed. Probably will not eat there again.

I've been visiting Suriname for 10 years and every time I go, I must eat at Sarinah! It's the best local food you can have. The prices are excellent and the quality of food is fantastic!

So the people are very welcoming. Even the security is very kind. The food is good. They have a short waiting period, which is very pleasant now a days. The restaurant is small but has a lot of character. This is really a restaurant to visit and dine in, but even for take away orders. The service is always good. The Javanese man at the cash register is also very kind and even nice looking.
