The service I used was Okay. There was no doubt in the make up that was done by Palka but the way they deal with customers was so dissatisfied and disappointing. Few staff members were fine but majority of them have no etiquette to talk to their customers. Once they get their payment they start doing whatever they want. For instance, I got my bridal makeup done which also includes a good hairstyle and nails as well but staff was told me off and said that I should have done a day before so that I wouldn’t waste their time. The makeup that Palka did was good but the rest of the junior staff do not know how to make a nice hairstyle and do not provide options they just do trials on customers. When I suggested something the staff said why didn’t I tell her before. She felt annoyed. Overall the makeup was fine but customer service was completely dissatisfied and disappointing. I will never recommend their service.

Customer service is very dissatisfied my family used the service for their make staff was very authoritative and have no sense to talk to the customers They think about their money and do whatever they like. My sister got her make up done from there,. They just thought about their photoshoot and talked to her rudely. They do not care about the customers. There was no matching of flowers and outfit when customer suggest something they feel annoyed. Overall it was poor customer service.

She is such a bad make-up artist . Firstly she don't know how to talk and same with her staff . She is so rude , arrogant and senseless women . Her makeup is the worst of all . She don't know colour matching and all . The pictures we clicked from our camera where also not good . Overall she ruined your mood , our function and ya money to . Such a bad / worst makeup artist . Trust me there are so many makeup artist better then her . Don't go to her on your special days she'll ruin everything. I wish I can give her 0 star or no star .
