Very bad facility for visa medical. There is no proper seating arrangement if we pay this much for the medical atleast we deserve to have a chair with proper air conditioning, there were not even fans. The person on enquiry was very disrespectful he was busy scrolling Facebook. I suggest you should never choose this hospital for the visa medical.

DON’T RECOMMEND for visa medical for family . Very bad visa media facility and services. I booked for my parents and they are 73 and 67 years old. Due to seasonal flu they can’t attend the appointment. I contacted with them around 36hours before the medical appointment. One of the receptionist staff advised me that I need to send the medical certificate for my parents and they can reschedule. After sending all the paper work then they told that management is reviewing your case and finally when I called them after 3 days then they told they can’t change. I requested them to transfer the call to seniors manager and she can’t replied on my question and then she told me that she is going to transfer to someone else and discontented the phone. I can’t understand then why they charged me full amount 15000 for them and I requested them I am happy to pay 10 to 20% penalties. They never listen to me. It look like this is a big private Fraud station but not the hospital.

I visited SPS Hospital for my immigration medical exam recently. While registering, I was told that my identification number had a technical glitch which was from immigration's side. Due to that reason my medical exam could not be conducted. I was so disappointed to know about this thing because medical is one of the crucial aspects in getting visa. When I requested to the staff of the hospital if they could they help me in any manner to get my medical done, they all were so supportive. They immediately took this issue in consideration of the Senior executive, Medical desk, Mr. Tejwir Singh. He took it into his consideration and acted promptly on it on my request. They themselves contacted immigration on my behalf and helped me get a new identification number. They then called me up to get my pending exam done. Even while getting my medical done, the team was so polite and helpful. From the front desk employees to nurses there, everyone was so nice. I will forever be grateful for the staff of medical visa department for their kind gesture. It may be a small act of kindness by you but it was so much more for me at that moment. Dear Viewers, I went to this hospital on 08-Oct-2021 for VISA medicals, and I have had difficult time in this hospital right from entrance till exit. it is obviously a thumbs down for SPS. I have no hesitation in saying that this is most pathetic hospital I have ever visited especially for VISA Medicals. Few concerns for writing a lowest review. 1) Hospital has opened a Photocopy shop within it's premises in case someone needs a printout or XEROX. it is highly expensive and if you ask for why it's expensive, the answer would be go to market and get printouts. Few prices were 25 rs for B/W printout per copy. 5 rs per page Photocopy. 2) If you have appointment of 12 pm, you would be made to wait till 12:30 to enter. 3) Once you enter, you will be made to wait for approx(1.5) hours mostly standing just to get your advance payment verified. 4) You will then be handed over set of papers and made to run pillar to post to find out what is to be done next. 5) you will be seen by mostly paramedic staff, who will be rude to you if you ask any questions. 6) You will carrying your own Urine samples from one place to another. 7) By this time, 4 hours would have passed and you will go for Physical examination. For physical examination, your BP will be measured by untrained receptionist. 8) In case your BP is little higher which is likely chance as you have been standing for almost 4 hours, she will send you for ECG Bla Bla and for that you have to spend more. Please note, doctor will not be consulted to take call, only one time BP is taken to decide to take additional tests. 9) ECG guy will treat you as if you have done a crime by going to him. he will apply gel almost half of the body and then will ask you to wipe it off your self even if you can't see gel your self at all places. 10) Then an internal medicine doctor will see you, and without explaining anything, she will create fear in your mind as if your medical is failed. 11) Once you are done, you then will go to get an office stamp of that medical copy like a peon goes to get papers signed. In all these steps you are free to paly with results, values written on paper, changing samples with someone else. My understanding is this hospital is running because of huge influx of students for medicals, and they are playing with Immigrations departments by fooling them and not doing medicals as they should ideally happen. I request to all wise people, if you feel they are not doing medicals properly, report it to Immigration people else they will continue to be on panel. you can report issues to Immigration department and also raise concerns/compliants directly to Visa officer.

SPS hospital has highly efficient and professional set up. Very good ambience. They proceed with clock-work precision and don't make patients wait unnecessarily. Right from fixing appointment online till completion of the medical tests, everything is well organised. With different prefixed time slots of reporting at the hospital and exclusive set up for visa medical examination, one doesn't get feeling of overcrowding at the hospital. I convey my sincere appreciation for the efficient arrangements made by SPS hospital. Only problem faced was for entering the hospital main gate on account of the outside road construction which is going on at present. I suggest that the hospital should provide guidelines/ road map to the patients for arriving at the hospital while confirming the appointment , till completion of the outside road work.

All staff from security guard to nurses and doctors all are politely in nature. I highly recommend this hospital for medical as my appointment was at 1:30 but due to some reasons i arrived at 3 'o clock the doctor was gone but they again called doctor only for one student. I didn't think that any other hospital can do this only for candidate. I sincerely thankful to all the staff and highly recommended to all students who want to give their medical exam .

Was on holiday when wife suddenly fell unexpected ill. The complete medical staff and doctors were absolutely phenomenal in offering their support, expertise and advise. They quickly provided the necessary care and expedited all tests. My wife was provided the best care I have ever come across. They are a blessed team.

I had very bad experience with them. We have booked the appointment for my parents on 8th January 2022 to do the medical for the 24th January 2022 but we found another appointment that was quicker before the 24 January 2022 so on the same day after exactly 30 minutes we called and told them that we no longer need the appointment we made same day so we expected for them to give us the money back but they refused because we didn’t send them an email which they didn’t even notify as that we need to do that The staff has been very rude in this whole process.

Two times visited this place for my visa medical. Hospital infrastructure is nice. But one bad thing is not a clean washroom even it was not a washroom properly near by medical visa building but internally building is beautiful, cleaned washrooms are also great.

It took approx 2hrs.Not only staff but doctors are cooperative also.I enjoyed a wonderful coffee in clean&clear waiting area.only negative point is that it has less parking area, however they will charge you ₹50.Moreover,In case of emergency this is best lifesaver hospital.some area are restricted due to harmful radiations. Enormous faculties are available for disabled people as well as patients.

Staff has been requesting information from my end but not responding in a timely fashion. It’s been more than a week since I am waiting for their response after I explained them how important are these records for me.

Regarding Canadian Medical Exam - They have not mentioned their refund policy clearly and charged me the full amount when I tried cancelling my appointment even though I had called them more then a week before my appointment, still they did not refund. Excellent to book for your medical examinations regardless of your country. All of the staff was very courteous and professional. Took only 1 hour for 5 medical tests. Only concern was x-ray gowns for males, because most of them dont have ties which means many men feel nervous while going out if that can be fixed along with some instructions (visual) for aiding first timers as many of the kids are very nervous. But again 5/5 stars and bless this hospital and its staff to prosper and help Nation. Jai hind.

Good hospital but doctor venus bansal has no sense to talk with her patients. My wife is pregnant( this is her 7th month). Last week we took medicine from her but on Sunday my wife has a-lots of pain in her stomach. But when we called dr venus regarding this she told ,you don’t know its Sunday and after this she just cut the phone did not listen anything, her behaviour was very rude and its sound very bad.

Bad behaviour by the security staff...no facility for attendant of the patient. The security officers wake you up while sleeping in midnight for no reason while their own workers are sleeping on duty. Moreover, it was my experience during COVID-19 when the security supervisor forced me to stay in a congested area with other people ignoring the precautions like sanitization and social distancing during this pandemic. If you are employing someone on any level then atleast educate them about the safety precautions and respect tosto the client in such a reputed hospital. The clients are already suffering from psychological crisis and have to face this kind of behaviour by the institution they trust for their benefits and health. Our covid patient is admitted in hospital . Huge communication gap. No system. 1 injection needs to administered to patient, payment also submitted, but staff again and again asking, patient to clear the payment or whatever it is. No body is picking Phone either. I would like to state about the bad experience I had at SPS hospital due to night shift of the doctor in the emergency department (on 1 Aug 2020, around 03:00 AM) As I know SPS Hospital maintains a good public reputation and had collaboration with a hospital such as APOLLO for around 10 years. It’s a very unfortunate that a reputed doctor of such hospital misbehaves with the family of the patient. This behavior was not expected from hospital or its staff. If a person harms the reputation of the hospital, then hospital should take a note of such things. Because institutions like hospitals are meant for the welfare of the public, these incidents should not be acceptable in such situations.

Worst Hospital of Punjab,,,the final bill of a simple surgery is atleast four times of what is told. Every Patient is told an or two extra surgery took place,,just to increase the final bill amount.

Everything was excellent inside the hospital. The disappointing part was only high price as compared to normal fees of a medical appointment on Wednesday and weekend. It is acceptable for Sunday only but not for Wednesday and Saturday as a week for Indians is from Monday to Saturday. If we are not being paid high for working on these days then why should we pay high.... you need to consider this issue and take some appropriate actions.

They need to hire some good staff for their telephone inquiries. My parents went to this hospital for Canada Super Visa medical, all the way from jammu. The medical was completed successfully within the said time. Later after two weeks, we received an email from Canadian consulate to head back to the hospital where medical was completed to complete one additional required test. Before leaving for Ludhiana, we called them and told the person on call about the email we received and they asked us to come back. Soon as we went there the person responsible for medical tests told us that it was a glitch from consulate that they sent us this email for an additional test to be completed for my dad’s tattoo. However, this little information should’ve given to us at the time we called them. This stupidity made my parents travel 7 hours for literally nothing. Be more professional and understand the importance if someone calls. People don’t call for no reason to the hospitals, you guys should value someone else’s time too. Do what you do more responsibly.
