We have never been so embarrassed and disrespected in a jewelry store in our lives. Solely, due to the behavior of Mr. Deepak Gutpa, we will not be shopping with Kalyan Jewellers in the future. We are very disappointed in the services provided by the Kalyan Jewellers store in Ludhiana. They simply do not care for their customers.Mr. Deepak Gupta, who alleges himself to be a store manager, was very rude and disrespectful towards us. This man truly has no communication or people skills. Due to his selfish attitude towards customers, today, we will be not be shopping with Kalyan Jewellers.

They are very rude and services are poor . When they are trying to convince you for buying their jewellery ,they say they provide their customers with maintenance services but when customer return to their shop for the services ,they make excuses and do not respond . I was disrespected from them. So ppl dont fall into their trap .Buy gold from anywhere but not from here.

Good collection, but very bad staff. Visit them once and they will disturb you by calling again and again. Then whatever you say, they won't value your requirements but will force you to buy things you are not interested to invest in. After repeatedly telling I was not interested in buying diamonds, they sold me a necklace with it without informing. I came to know about it through the bill. Their making charges are way too high. The minimum making charge here is 13%. (Other items having making charges below this, nobody is ever gonna buy). And also, these charges could go as high as 23% if you like colours Dont go here, gold is difficult to collect. DO NOT forget to ask fort these things repeatedly or else whenever you go for gold replacement, you will feel looted.

don't buy any gold, diamond, or Silver item from Kalyan, especially with kitty plan, they charge you four times higher than any other gold company.

Jewellery showroom, staff is very polite and attentive to customer, only shows stuff what the customer needs, no staff members influenced customer to choose out of there budget or requirement.

The design at Kalyan jewellers was slightly outdated but the gold price was slightly lower in comparison of other places in Ludhiana.The behaviour of staff was friendly.They need to to work more on design side of the jewellery.

Fraud and looted machine , I had paid all installment of of gold I purchased, I clearly ask for if there are making charges or hidden charges on gold coin , the executive said only gst and gold price will be there , Now they are trying to charging me 7 percent extra plus gst for HALL MARK CHARGES , they don’t even listening to me My money stuck here , Not good happening Here the charges for hallmark Don’t purchase anything from Kalyan Jewellers

Space without AC and full of mosquitos ,Go there for a fresh mosquito bites ,Staff in hurry because of closing time ,Find one set in hurry ,Please maintain place and atleast make it mosquito free ,Uchi dukaan feeka pakvaan .
