Good hospital excellent staff all dr and staff members are friendly and helpful care persons

very bad experience...staff and mo behavior very bad and rude.. no one care our patient.. medicine ward ac not working and treatment is very expensive..before admitting patient.. staff say doctor available in sunday.. after admit staff say dr on Sunday leave..then mo says u can discharge ur patient.. and behave like rude language.. this time our 28000 rs spent on patient..bt doctors of this hospital are very cooperative ..after 2days we diacharge our patient and we never come in this hospital.. I say to everyone no one comes to this hospital.. I give 0star to his hospital...

My hospital experience is not very good. The hospital staff do the work of their relatives or those who are recommended quickly. The hospital did not even get the press on time. The hospital staff does not show the right way. The patient whom the doctor sends for observation, he is not able to get the observation done till evening. The hospital keep on giving further date to the inspection person. The hospital is private but the service is like that of a government hospital. The harmony of the employees is not good. Overall, my experience is that Oswal Hospital can only be visited by those who have a lot of free time.

The initial welcome was very warm. First timers feel very comfortable. Procedures are easy and staff helpful. The maze of the hospital was something that confused me a lot. Doctors were amicable and friendly. Very outgoing and voluntarily willing to give all information on doubts. The best thing is the SMS facility of getting results online. As for my experience it's very good hospital giving hope of life. Doctors and nursing staff are professional and provided all the necessary help whatever necessary to the patient. Real gems are Doc. Parveen Gupta and Doc. Ishu Sharma , they have done their best. I really thankful for that. God bless them.

I m not saying all doctors are bad , but the eyes specialist doctor Mr Arora is a commission agent in behalf of a doctor ... Kindly take the action against the said doctor he is asking to all patient to visit other doctor and he is providing the details of other hospitals to the patient. He is a commission argent

Such a bad hospital just want money careless hospital this hospital made my situation worst the doctor parveen gupta said take to another hospital we can't handle now . I got here 6-7 months treatment . my 2 chemo were cost near bye 90 thousands . I'm bone cancer patient (15years) and there was no help in financial as I'm child. my parents choose these hospital for best treatment but they gaved me worst treatment.

Very thankful to all..Doctors are really humble and ready to resolve all doubts. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Admin support was exceptional in all matters from the date of admission to discharge. The atmosphere of hospital was fresh, clean and energetic. Hospital was well organised and everyone working in the hospital treats its patients with respect and dignity. Food was also good .

Cardiology very worst experience doctor had no manners to attend the patient we have been waiting for 3 hours doctor is not in room but after he arrive he only attend patient who came after us it's almost 4 hours sitting in queue today doctor gurkirat singh sidhu my father in law is surviving from liver cancer he is not able to sit so long

Hospital is not a charitable at all. They charge 700 per dr. Visit if you are admitted there. We had very poor experience with Dr sushil jindal. Just admitting patients without reading previous case file and if he cant handle it then pass case to others. Very expensive. We have spent nearly 2 lac for 5 days and health of our patient has also suffered. ICU attendant dr.baidwal just wants patients to stay there without any serious condition because they don't have saturation monitor in private room. No charity and no sympathy at all P.s. hospital have TARGET to make money from patients. They just keep on increasing your bill please don't go there as a middle class family can't afford such treatment and also they don't provide that much care as they charge for.

Our experience is very satisfying, we came here with gall stone issue with the history of attempt of removal at PGI back in 2010 and couldn't proceed with surgery as the patient had sever bradycardia and patient was revived after CPR. It was suggested not to go ahead with surgery as there is every chance that same episode can repeat again. But Dr Ranbir Singh at MOH had other opinion about it, he insisted for laproscopy surgery although my family was reluctant with it, but he assured us after reassessing the risk present in the given case with other teams like cardiac and antsthesia and done the surgery safety and successfully. Really happy with support by MOH team.

This hospital is very bad. In this hospital doctor team is not experienced in this hospital doctor and nurse treat very badly with patience family and charged very high and unnecessary when my mother dead doctor know that she is no more but they sent her on ventilator the all staff in this hospital fellingless

The worst dental service, the Dr is so rude. He did negligence while doing my treatment for root canal and bridge. When I requested that I am still in pain after its been a year of treatment. He arrogantly said go and do case on me if you here to tell me my mistake. So rude and unprofessional man. The junior dr was polite and was one who did my treatment at first place when that so called main dr was busy. Pathetic services.. zero stars for being a responsible dr and empathetic towards patients.

Hospitals doctor specially dr geeti puri is very good. But management is not good. They are totally rude with attendent. Mr Sunil bhalla patient relationships officer is so rude, he is totally failed to clear doubts. If any problem occur management don't handle anything.

My mother is getting treatment for her breast cancer everything was going fine i dont have any problem with the oncology department they are doing their best but it has been almost a year that my mother is constantly getting high levels of alp in liver by the esta conducted by the team of this hospital. I thought of getting it done feom other laboratory and guess what they were absolutely normal... now it has happened twice..... A hospital is a place where person can trust and go for a treatment but when these hospitals aim to drain your money one should stay away from such places. So please be attentive when taking medical tests here.

Oswal College of nursing, ludhiana - really very disappointing and bad. Teachers treat students in a poor manner, hostel wardens don't even respect any parent and treats children badly. Very very bad hostel rooms+ washrooms. ILL mannered wardens don't even know how to respect+deal+care.

Very good surgery of oncology is done here.. Specialist Dr.Nishant Batta is the best and greatest doctor of oncology in Ludhiana.The doctor, Nursing staff and faculty members are very nice and helpfull.

My experience was not good, the doctor spoiled the case of my mother, she had the body pain and cancer and doctors advised for admitting the patient which I drop for admitting and they made 1 Lac 20 thousand huge bill without any benefit of nurse and under care of the doctors , after that mom starting much pain and urin leakage problem and the doctors said your patient has cancer and she will not get good well health just because of cancer, but they made only Money and they didn’t said or advices before admitting my mom, now she is suffering from urin problem every 10 minutes, they spoiled the life of my mother, i am also thinking fir knocking the door of the court for justice.

First a word for my Dr. Geeti Puri Arora- RESPECT!! I had known her from past almost 10 years .I had been diagnosed with some terrible disease and I was in no condition to travel so long from my place to Oswal ie another end of ludhiana for me. I showed to some doctors near by that were referred to me by my friends who were concerned about my travelling so far to a doctor in Oswal specially when the disease was correctly diagnosed and treatment options understood. I remember i visited two docs who prescribed me medicines, (all tests done, diagnosis confirmed). Still i chose Dr Geeti Arora . Its not the Medicines alone that cure you. Its 1.Medicines 2.Doctors Intention that reflects in how transparently he acts with his /her patients , does he give hope to patient when he loses it. I was lucky enough to get this hope everytime i lost it!! 3How dedicately a patient wants to get healed and how well a patient listens to doctors..4. Is he ready to trust Gods process. or Will . All these factors hold equal importance. Combination of all these factors is called Gods Grace. I could get the medicines from anywhere but Dr Geeti' can not be found anywhere. So I got a chance to visit Oswal hospital .The hospital is awesome when i compare it to Dayananad. Oswal has clean floors, . Dayanand has some creepy vibration and frequencies the moment you enter it. I didnt get any such creepy feeling here. It was good to see that maximum patients that come from low income or middle class from areas around giaspura, Tajpur etc could access the medical facilities on general days (fee was 100 at that time).So general fee should be once again dropped to 100INR so that services can reach where they should reach. The deprived shouldnt be deprived more. Staff Behaviour- Good and Polite . Pathology services- COSTLY - PLEASE NOTE THIS EXPERIENCE IS OPD EXPERIENCE. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IPD. IPD ALWAYS HAS A SAME STORY IN ALL SO CALLED CHARITY HOSPITALS SINCE THERE THE INVOLVEMENT OF HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT IS AT WORK. PATIENT IS HELPLESS AND OFCOURSE MANAGEMENT WANTS PROFITS.
