I really like all the stuff but 1 star because of extreme heat and no air con !! Shame on owner for being so miser I feel so sorry for staff still bought lot of stuff I wanted to shop more but it was extremely suffocating. Will never come back !! May be this was the reason it was bloody empty.

This place is one of the best places to visit for shopping at cheap rates.... huge space and nice environment.... although AC was not working when I visited there... but overall nice place to buy clothes at very cheap prices... bumper discounts on bags and trolleys

Selling mostly those brands items which gives them more profit like Brink and first crop. Quality of these brands is just worst

Staff is not trained for customer service, AC never works there. Long time waiting at check out means at the time of billing. Vishal Megamart is not customer focused. Best example of uchi dukan fika pakwan. I never seen customer service in any of Vishal Megamart outlet. I visit Dhandra road Ludhiana outlet. No body was there to guide on query of their customer.

Average quality at very low rates available. Winter collection is really good.staff is not cooperative at all. They don't help customers.

New stock, a lot of apparels and other items. Some items are very cheap ( low cost).

Loved this place, everything under one roof at affordable prices, I visited a store for kid garments. Good overall shopping experience except at the billing counter, long lines. The store should have more billing counters.

You can buy garments, groceries house hold material,shoe toy lady wears.No Air conditioning,staff is also not good.

Worst Experience Ever i have been to Vishal Mega Mart Dhandra Road Few times but in such a heat wave they never put on Air conditioner. I told many Times they never listen.

Shopping here is just ok. You have to look for good product at low price. Cotton t-shirts are good for summers and u can find them very reasonable. First crop brand items are quite cheap.Go for Mustard oil and museli for this brand. One can find some useful household items at comparatively low price. Just have a visit once.

It was good but there is no Pent,T-shirt and Shirt etc of my size.So I can give him 3 stars.

Good store for middle class, most of the goods, grocery, stationery, shoes, etc are available at reasonable costs with large numbers of discounts.

Place is good as you will get variety of items under one roof, only concern is of quality like quality of shoes , clothes and bags etc is not up to mark. Childrem toy section is also having less variety toys.

Cooling system were not working properly resulting hot and humid atmosphere. Attendent werewell behaved. Needs improvement in product quality for class customer.

Employee of the billing section have less knowledge . They don't provide benifits .on 6 th feb l purchased items of rupees 1520, but a benefit of rs 100 was not given to me offered by you.Few day ago I purchased few items . After billing my family member told me l have purchased a paste of Himalaya , instead of colgate.l immediately requested the concern staff to change the paste but the MD refused to do so as a result l have to purchase another paste unnecessarily.
