The view from this hotel is really breathtaking, the o ly downside for this hotel is the accessibility by road. The rooms were beautiful and clean, staff was quite helpful too. Loved our stay there ans will also recommend this place to anyone wanting a good vacation.

Unfortunately, during my stay, I fell sick and required immediate medical attention. The hotel staff was quick to respond to my needs and arranged for a car to take me to the nearest hospital. The kindness and compassion shown by the staff during this difficult time were truly remarkable and something that I will never forget. exceptional service provided.The hotel itself was also wonderful. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay.

Nice rooms and food. All the Staff was helpful and polite. They gave us free upgrade. Rooms are very nice, clean and ambiance is very good. I would highly recommend deluxw rooms with balcony..

My name is nitin. We stayed in this hotel from June 19th to June 23rd 2023. My wife saw a youtube video to check for good hotels in manali and shortlisted few. She selected this hotel because the reviews were good and the pictures were also good. Initially we did not have much expectations because hotels in manali are not usually as good as hotels in metro cities but we were awestruck when we checked into the hotel. The hotel was very very cute and the interiors, furniture and the ambience was excellent. We were really surprised with the politeness and helping nature of the staff. They always had a smiling face and served us with great passion. The rooms were absolutely clean and the bathrooms looked like they were brand new. I dint have any words to describe the view from the balcony of their rooms. When you get up in the morning and stand in the balcony you can see the complete manali valley at the bottom and beautiful snow capped mountains on the top. Nothing can beat this view. We had a change in the itinerary of our trip so we had to extend our stay for half a day. When we requested the staff, they immediately arranged a junior room for us for those extra few hours and charged us very reasonably. When one of the staff members got to know that we were travelling to rohtang pass early in the morning, he got a fresh sandwich, banana and frooti packed for me and my wife and kept it ready in the reception by 5AM (though the kitchen was closed). We usually don't see these kind of staff members even in big metro cities. Maybe what the hotel can slightly improve is the wifi speed and they can probably give thinner pillows as the current pillows are a bit thick. The hotel can also probably post better photos in their website because practically the hotel and its rooms are much much better than what we see in the photos. These are just my suggestions and not complaints. On the whole, we absolutely loved the hotel.

One of the best resort for families. Had a pleasant stay. Allowed us to check in early. Very friendly staff. Nice food available on a single call to room. Games room Is available but not maintained well.

Hotel is well maintained and nicely placed in Manali. Category: 3 Star Service: Excellent Location: Excellent, but remote from Main city. Food: Good, can be improved with more options. Timing is restcited to 1000PM. Value for Money: Good, if Booked in advance Front end team: Excellent. Room sizing: Small, Upgraded Rooms are very Good. Pricing can be relooked and can be competative. Experience: Was very Good, Got an upgrade at competative Price from the Hotel citing the family gathering. Admin team led by Ms Monica was very helpful and would definitely be recommended for stay with family.

The hotel is 2 star, the staff is good, but lady manager is rude with no customer service skills and no etiquette to talk nicely. The hotel does not provide any basic necessities and no treatment for sick person not even blood pressure machine or or iron for clothes. Food is stale and horrible and water is disgusting. All the rooms sting bad.

It's a nice resort and the view from room will take your breath away. 5-10 mins from Private bus stand. Recommended if you want to stay away from crowded mall road area.

This is at a Peaceful location, with good view and service.. food quality could have been better per the pricing.. otherwise it's pretty good..

Great Experience. I got an upgrade with garden view rooms with additional cost. But the upgrade was worth every penny. The valley view from the room was mesmerizing. The service was excellent. Food was good but can be improved. Overall great budget friendly hotel. Strongly Recommended.

Positive: Rooms were neat and clean, service was awesome. Hotel staff was very cooperative. Food is really good. Garden area and mountains view from garden is very good. Negative: Little far away from central so you need cab or auto whenever you plan to go out. Spa was not operational anymore. Play area need maintenance but you can use for few games.

What a place to stay..it was awesome, their food was exceptional & their staff was really polite coupled with quick service. Only thing they lack is the lift.. rest everything is great.

The view from the breakfast lounge is too good. We did not have the valley view room. Was quite crowded as a college group had checked in. We went there in December 2021. A little far from the main happening area. You will need a car to reach the main Manali happening street. Food and service was average.

Rooms are a bit smaller size for standard rooms, but service here is really good, room service is also quick and responsive. Restaurant serves both Al-carte and buffet (Rs. 500 Veg, Rs. 600 Non Veg). Rooms are cleaned only after 12:00 PM when you are out for sightseeing. Has ample parking space.

The room was really awesome, quite spacious and neat & clean. There was lawn which is also nice and also there was play club and yes spa facility. Location wise a little bit far from main market otherwise just awesome, food was also good.

The location of The Holiday Resorts, Cottages and spa is very scenic, you will get the view of snow clad mountains from your balcony/window. The hotel service is also very good and prompt. The buffet here is also good. Manali Mall road is located roughly 2.5 km from here and connectivity to other spots is also good. The mountains here provide view of sunrise

Hotel is good. Rooms are neat and clean. But beware that wifi is not working even though they mentioned it wifi as facility. RO water is available free of cost but they use used mineral water bottle which is unhygienic and not good practice. They should use water jugs instead. Another issue was breakfast time . Its 8 am instead of standard 7:30 am. On top of that breakfast is never ready by 8 am and generally starts at 8:30 am only.

Food is so tasty... It's more than my expectation.... Different varieties we can taste here.. non veg is not included in buffet . But we can order seperately... Over all very good experience

Great location. View is fantastic from the hotel balcony for hill facing room. Food was good. Serivce was good. Extra price was charged for heater 300rs each day. In a hilly place like Manali this should be covered in room price. Game room was shabby and not maintained.

Though we booked online, the location, rooms and services are so good. The rooms and dining areas are maintained very neatly. The room tariff include buffet breakfast and dinner. The tariff is worthy. The ambience is so pleasant. The view from the balcony is awesome.

Hotel rooms are clean, housekeeping is done well too. Views from the balcony rooms are just amazing - waking up in the mornings to the mountain mist and amazon sunrise view! Hotel staff are very kind and attend to guests immediately on all needs. They also helped us with local sightseeing options and guided us well. Worth your stay and spend!
