We
stayed
in
the
one
bedroom
apartment.
The
room
was
just
ok
and
mouldy
and
when
we
checked
in
the
kitchen
was
dusty.
I
informed
the
staff
on
Whatsapp,
they
cleaned
the
kitchen
but
didn't
care
much
about
the
mouldy
walls.
My
partner
burnt
his
hand
because
the
kettle
had
no
handle
on
the
lid.
I
was
told
Gojek
drivers
were
not
allowed
to
deliver
to
room,
but
I
saw
our
neighbours
getting
food
delivered
to
their
doors.
They
said
the
Katapapa
staff
would
deliver,
but
one
time
Gojek
said
the
staff
told
me
to
pick
it
up
downstairs
because
she
was
busy
(the
cafe
is
never
busy)
and
when
I
came
downstairs
to
pick
up
she
was
on
her
phone.
Oh
well.
One
night
we
got
home
from
overseas
at
2am,
very
tired,
only
to
find
that
there
was
no
hot
water.
They
fixed
it
when
there
was,
again,
no
hot
water
the
next
days.
Towards
the
end
of
our
stay,
water
pressure
in
the
shower
was
so
small
then
to
top
the
experience,
the
shower
handle
was
broken.
We
had
to
use
pliers
to
get
shower
to
work.
It
was
a
joke
for
11
million
a
month.
There
was
always
something
broken
or
didn't
work,
but
they
management
didn't
seem
to
care.
Not
even
a
compensation
offered
for
all
the
nightmares.
And
the
pool
is
also
dirty
btw.
The
only
positive
things
are
the
prime
locations
that
are
close
to
restaurants,
the
security
man,
and
this
one
male
staff
from
Katapapa
who
were
nice
to
us
the
whole
stay.
