We really love every doctor, PA, NP, and nurse we have seen at Kids Plus. Our only complaint would be the time waiting to be seen (a little over two hours total today) as it can be hard with an infant and sticking to a routine. We also understand that there is not much to mitigate this, and Kids Plus did their best to have someone come check on us throughout the long wait. All in all, the care is terrific, and we’ve always felt heard with any concerns we’ve had. Definitely recommend if you’re in need of a pediatrician!

We’ve been coming to Kids Plus and seeing Dr. Maddalena since my son was a few days old. I always appreciate her kindness, patience, and thorough care. Anytime we’ve encountered illness throughout the years, we’ve received excellent service and care from on-call staff, nurses, and docs. And the weekend hours have been so helpful when those colds inevitably hit.

We love kids plus! Have been going here for 5 + years and have always had a positive experience - kids are sick all the time, you gotta like the entire crew because you’ll meet them all - every provider is top notch! Most importantly I feel heard as a parent, we are always fit in when we need (weekend schedule flexibility, walk in and/or day of appointments), we utilize the online doctor notes which are great reminders/references, the timeliness of nurse line response and online portal message response is excellent and on and on. Love that the four of us can get our flu vaccines at the same time every year through their clinics. Highly recommend kids plus!

I love this place! I’ve had a pleasant experience with pretty much every provider we’ve encountered in this practice. Dr. Andy is especially good with the kids and Matty at the front desk is always friendly and polite. The staff is always quick to get us in for sick visits, the nurses and providers are patient, thorough and informative and the nurses are always quick to respond to phone calls or questions on the app. They also have a breastfeeding center within the practice and the lactation consultants were so helpful when I was struggling to get my daughter to latch early on in our breastfeeding journey.

Our twins are long-term patients of Kids Plus Pediatrics and we have always had a very positive, very personal experience there. We appreciated them so much at the baby & toddler stages, and they are still so valuable with our older kids. Thank you!!

Always happy to visit Dr. Andy! He takes his time to connect with his patients (and their parents 😉) to ensure no questions are left unanswered and no topic unvisited. We are also appreciative of the kind staff and overall care we’ve received over the last 12 years. I’ve come to even appreciate the extra post-vaccine snuggles. Thanks, KPP! 😉 💕

As always, Dr Springer was amazing. She really listens to parents input and never disregards or diminishes parental concerns. My daughter gets so frightened in medical settings and the nurse was amazingly patient and gentle. The practice is nothing short of amazing.

I've had 17 years of great experiences at Kids Plus. But this week, I had an experience that deserved an extra minute to review. Brooke, PA-C, saw my child (14 y.o.) for a sick visit. When I scheduled, I asked to make a note that my child was very upset about being ill and the things she was missing at school, with her friends, and with sports. She was also worried about what could be wrong with her. After a thorough exam, Brooke took the time to talk to my child. She reviewed all the body systems and explained her illness to her. She spoke to her with respect and honesty, without any condescension, and in terms that my child understood. My daughter left feeling calm and reassured. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your extra care and attention did not go unnoticed.

I had a professional experience, which I expect nothing else. I can say with all my children (well over 20 years) I been coming here and today the energy in the office was different. It usually felt family oriented but this visit felt tense and matter of fact! Although all the staff was nice to patients and families it didn’t feel like home.

We’ve had a great experience at Kids+ and feel we can trust them to provide excellent care and advice at every step. We’ve been going there since our child was brand new and loved their lactation partnership with the breastfeeding center, especially. Their drop in hours are a life saver and we’ve often taken advantage of the weekend and evening hours as well, It’s so nice to have a pediatrician that fits our busy life. Highly highly recommend.

Dr Halley was nice and I had a good experience with her. But the table where they conducted exam was dirty and floors were dirty and dusty. Definitely not cleaned recently. Administration staff could use a little more willingness to help. They were bare minimum and imposed upon with questions

We had our first appointment at Kids+ today with Dr. Andy. I’m so so thankful we found this practice to bring our newborn daughter to. He took time to talk with us and make sure we were comfortable with all things newborn. It felt more like a supportive community with excellent care than a doctors office, which is exactly what we were looking for.

My son is 3 months old and this office has been a LIFE SAVER! Being first time parents has been hard, but this office has made parenthood so much easier. Every single nurse/doctor we have been seen by have been nothing short of amazing. Very informative and amazing with my son. Very glad I found this office! Not only are they attentive with my son, but they make sure as a new mom I am heard & seen as well. 10/10!!!

I always have a wonderful experience Dr. Riley. She even asked about my older daughter who is now 19 who had been going to her for years. Even the receptionist and secretaries in the front asked about my older kids and how they were doing which is warming to my heart that it’s a family-based practice. I have always been so comfortable to ask any question and if they didn’t feel confident in the answer they would do research and call me to discuss. I love everyone at this practice and highly recommend them.

We had a fantastic walk in experience at the Squirrel Hill location. We were seen right away and absolutely loved Dr. Andy. My son got a prescription for his sinus infection and we were on our way. The care was thoughtful, well informed, courteous and we did not feel rushed at all. When we needed to have the prescription resent to a different pharmacy we got through to a triage nurse on the first try and the prescription was resent within a half hour. Really amazing care at this practice.

Jill was so helpful as my LC and gave me a plan that I could follow to see results. Dr. Springer was wonderful in helping us navigate a scary situation with our newborn and made me feel informed and included in his plan of care
